I love this video. It is very informative, and the explanation is clear and easy to understand. Now I have a better understanding among cosmetic devices as what does what and how. Thanks so much, Dr. Swati Kannan. I am happy to find your channel.

Dear Doctor, I was considering Masseter muscle botox injections, and a litttl ebit of jowling ( I am 35 years old), and I wonder is it commong tto get increased jowls due to botox in masseter muscle>? Or is it more of an exception? OR what to do if I want botox in my Masseter? maybe combine with some procedure? thank you!

Masseter Botox is helpful. Only if too much Botox is placed in too quick of a time can you get a little bit of jowling.

Botox, Filler..... I would say, that are something like surgeries, even if it's not a real surgery, but it's in the same category.

It can be confusing but Botox and filler are injectables. Surgery involves cutting and many other things. There is no cutting with Botox and fillers.

@@drswatikannan I know, but it's still a medical treatment, that alters your body. So it's not much "less" than a surgery. It just sounds better.

I thought Thermage is radio frequency not ultrasound? I had Thermage over a month ago (6weeks) and I don’t see any difference in my neck crepeness and laxity. Is it possible it doesn’t work for some people? la it possible to do too much radio frequency?

Hey it is radiofrequency. It takes a while for these devices to show tightening and there is variability of results.
