What a neat idea. This close to Christmas they should sell fine.

I'm hoping so David. Never know, if the bourbon barrel projects sell (or at least those that do), I can see me doing a few runs of them in the barn this winter out of the cold. Maybe build up enough stock to do a table at a farmer's market some day, never know. With the inflation of everything, looking for some projects I could do that I would (a) enjoy (b) keep me out of trouble and (c) make a little return for the wallet. If I account for my time, they likely would not be worth it, but I'd be spending that time doing something anyways. Thanks for the feedback as always.

Why thank you Navy Mark. Was thinking about making some more, holiday shopping season is quickly approaching again. But today I was busy making pumpkins out of my big pile of tobacco sticks for Halloween and Thanksgiving.

The coasters are very nice! Bought 4 from TNT... They're extra Special because I got to see them made! They have a nice large base for the bourbon glass to sit in..

Thanks for taking the time to leave the review, much appreciated, glad you like them, it was certainly a fun experience making all of the bourbon items for the first time. I'm looking forward to making more over the cold months this winter. The wife has asked me to figure out how to make "Bourbon Barrel Pumpkins" that should be fun :)

I'm wondering what happened to the Bourbon?

I am an embarrassment to Kentucky I do believe... not a bourbon fan... Crown Royal for me.

The next one was a bit tricky to figure out, but was nice to use up the scraps... basically cost me nothing at this point.

Don't think there is any question about being able to sell them and make money. Maybe not quitting the day job but I bet they sell well. Great project....

If it keeps me busy, and I'm having fun, the money is an upside.... that being said, the clock is running out on the 'day job'... :( Will have to find something else to occupy most my time and cover the bills next year.

Nice job! The trees have been really popular in my area and they are going for $45.
Are you keeping warm in your shop? I fired up the wood stove Monday and the pipe was stopped up with bird nests 😵😵

All I have for warmth is a couple propane heaters. Good as long as I’m in front of them.

Very nice! I might be interested in purchasing a couple.. Is that possible?

Wow! It may be possible, I'm not really set up for payments... I could do Venmo if you have that. I have sent payments with it, but never received one as of yet. Be happy to give that a try if that works for you. I was looking for $20 for 2 and $35 for a set of 4. If you are in the US, I could probably include shipping in that price.
