    (2 cup water + 1/2 salt + 1/8 tsp Haldi Powder)
    (3 cup Water + 1/2 tsp Salt +1/4 tsp Haldi Powder)
    1/2 cup Fine Chopped Capsicum
    1/2 cup Chopped Gajar (Carrot)
    3/4 cup Chopped Kobi (Cabbage)
    1/2 cup Fine Chopped Beet root 3pc (1 tsp) Finely Chopped Spicy Green Chili
    1 tsp Cooking Oil
    1/4 tsp Hing (Asafoetida)
    Salt to Taste (1/2 tsp)
    1 tsp Lemon Juice
    1/2 tsp Chaat Masalo
