I recently have lots of friends discussing the topic of alkaline water. Just wondering whether you will talk about this in your UA-cam or you have any idea about it. Is Alkaline water benefit or harmful to the health in long term? We are using reverse osmosis drinking system in Canada but people said reverse osmosis remove all the minerals in the water and makes the drinking PH level to 6 which is acidic. Would there have any long term negative impact on the health? Should I change the reverse osmosis drinking water to alkaline water?
Reverse Osmosis water is another controversial topic. People said it cause harm to the body due to the fact that it removes all minerals in the water. Hope you can also talk about that. I am very confused with all the controversy online information. Thank you !

癌症病患者應該按階段需要調節飲食,更加不能一個程式跟到尾。
有聽過有癌食生酮,即係生酮都有機會患癌。
每個人體質不同,我唔相信 素食、生食、生酮適合任何人。
我盡量做到168斷食,平時均衡營養均衡飲食,間中任性食D自己喜歡嘅邪惡食物。😅
