Yes I actually follow a couple, Jessica Kellgren-Fozard and her wife, who don't show their babies face! There's still so many video opportunities and they use many creative ways to hide their babies face while still spending time with them in videos. I'm not saying your baby has to be in your videos but a big part of your lives are videoing so it would be weird to put the baby in the other room. You could go see their channel for inspiration shane and ryland!!!
I think documenting your baby journey is also inspiring to others who want to build their family thru non traditional means.
I agree!! Cuz I’m a girl but I don’t want to ever give birth. It just freaks me out so id also like to get a surrogate! People are so judgmental about it. I don’t want to give birth ! My decision.

I’ve grown up watching Shane and it’s so awesome seeing how he has grown over the years into being a dad with a farm it’s everything so happy to see this
I wanted to give you two some encouragement. When I was 18 I gave my daughter up for adoption. I too had to look through profiles & photos (binders back then) of prospective parents. When I read the family I eventually chose I knew INSTANTLY THEY WERE HER PARENTS! I just knew. It is now 25 years later & I was blessed to have an open adoption that became like extended family. My daughter Lex was in my wedding…At the birth of my son her half brother..I watched her graduate from Kindergarten & then High School. It has been an INCREDIBLE GIFT! So those feelings are valid. They are your family colliding with hers. You are creating a beautiful blessing & will experience SO MUCH JOY from that little one! Cheers. 🤍🙏🏻🥰✨

You know what I love, the banter between both of you first off but if you look back on Ryland’s vlogs in LA he was alone almost everytime he left the house. Now in Colorado you two are always together, Shane goes everywhere there and I am just so proud! The change is apparent and it just gives me hope for myself. I’ve been in a depression for years but after my mom passed suddenly I am a hermit I only go to work that’s it and seeing you guys thriving does give me hope that one day I’ll snap out of it.
Hi Amy, so sorry for your loss. I can't begin to imagine how painful it must be when you lose your Mum. I know an amazing partner is out there waiting and hoping for you to enter their life too. Give yourself time to heal and process how your feeling and please don't beat yourself about feeling the way you do. I too have become a bit of a hermit lately and I seem to get really stressed out about going out to point that it can ruin my night's sleep the night before I know I'm going somewhere the next day. Ok I'll stop rambling at you now lol sorry. I just wanted you to know you're not alone here in this family comment section, we got you, hang in there Amy and have a great day xxooxx 🥰
I know I dont know you but I think grief comes differently for everyone I could say that your mom wouldnt have wanted to have you be a hermit but also healing and stuff like that takes time and you deserve all the time and space to do that sorry for your loss.

I relate to this so much. I have anxiety depression and BPD. My house is disgusting. I work a lot and I’m pregnant and I’m so depressed that cleaning the house seems overwhelming. I hope to snap out of it too. Sending love to you. My dad passed and I feel you pain. Sorry for your loss

I feel like typically I see Ryland as a character & in this video when he was talking about managing his expectations & not getting his hopes up until they are closer to the finish line with the surrogacy process felt like a very authentic vulnerable moment for him & humanized him more in my eyes. Wishing them both the very best with their journey.
as someone who’s owned alpacas, donkeys, chickens, peacocks & so much more….these animals are needed in life. they each have such a different type of love it’s amazing.

As a 35 year old carrying my last child for an amazing couple of dads the last few minutes got to me I completely understand that feeling of unknown of picking through your gut and than getting confirmation that your right I’m due in two months and I know every heartache every tear every moment of stress was all worth it for them to get to raise a beautiful baby girl thank you for being a beacon of light throughout my process !!!

i hope they know what they are doing. Raising a child is not easy. i know what i'm talking about, i have a 9 month old baby. there's a lot of crying and sleepless nights.

As a dog trainer I urge you to work with Riley on the jumping before the baby comes because after you will be to busy and once your baby starts walking you won’t want to risk her knocking them over! With peace and love of course! Love watching your family grown

I was a gestational surrogate twice for the same couple. I went through Growing Generations and I was able to choose the intended parents, or in my case, intended fathers. What a wonderful journey you will have with your surrogate. Enjoy every moment!
You might want to be careful of barbwire fencing. I worked on a farm, if an animal gets its leg stuck, and struggles, it can grind down to the bone. Just something to be mindful of

I turned 25 last Monday and I’ve been watching Shane since I was 12. I went through a lot as a kid and He truly was like a big brother that helped me feel like I was normal and that everything would be ok as long as you’re still able to laugh. Being able to see you and Shane in this new chapter in your lives is truly heart warming. I don’t know I just love you guys and I’m so excited for you to experience all the freaking adventures that this baby is about to give you 💜💜💜love you love you love you and congratulations 😊
