Especially when they can manipulate the whole flow of the game like to the smallest detail and it’s rare to find guys that can do that unconsciously for their careers. Magic, Steph, John Stockton, CP3, JKidd, Steve Nash, Jokic, White chocolate, and maybe a few others.
I don't know about the greatest play. Warriors and Suns are the two teams with the best plays in their book, even Bulls have had better plays than this. If you're talking about the most exciting though, that's understandable. This season, Bulls are always exciting watch.
@@jackbarnes9316 he literally put a slash in between assist and sequence, he didn’t say assist sequence. It was an assist, and it was a sequence that led up to the basket. Why you gotta be that guy?
These are all great passes, great compilation. The only glaring omission here is Josh Giddey, already one of the best passers in the league and only a rookie.
As far as pure passing and playmaking is concerned, Luka and Jokic to me are this era’s Magic and Bird respectively. The former creates plays off the dribble like Magic, the latter hits cutters and shooters from the post or with outlet passes which was Bird’s forte.
It stinks that Jason Williams’ Carter was cut shorter and limited as it was. If he had a full clean career he would be a legend… he is already a legend in my book.
A good assist is so much more satisfying to watch than any good crossover or shot these days imo. Anyone can dribble or shoot bit these no looks are clean
It's like they already know all the moves of their partners but also the ones of the adversaries so that in real-time they can pass the ball and you know the rest..
Basketball plays are like a line. Scoring---Rebounds---Defense And more in between of course but between all of it assists and passes are the connecting major.
The more you pass, the more play you make and the more chance to win in my book. Even if one of your team is rook. Just pass the ball to him if he's open.
That shows my point I used just be greedy and score for myself then I learned to be a good point u need to lead and pass ur not gonna get scouted without being A leader to ur team
Ahh shut up who saving the bulls really dmar lonzo lavine y’all cruso fan boys are delusional now days he avg 8 points on 44% on 8 shots per game . The man get one good play a game and have to depend on rest of team to win .Russ avg 20 8 and 9 don’t compare the 2
@@dmicooutlaw9471 You’re actually dense if you think that’s all that matters. Caruso is a player that makes a massive difference on the defensive end, dude averages over 2 steals a game, has killer defense and has great passing sense too. He also does everything that stats don’t show, and he does them well.
These all are realy sweet but damn I miss old days with Kidd, Nash, J-Williams, Baron Davis, C.Paul, C.Webber (all early 00s Kings actually), Marbury, Ginobili and maaany others. Back then assists were much more spectacular.
MAGIC JOHNSON eating pop corn : "Aaggh! It's cute, please wait for me, I'm going to warm up. I'll show you a wonderful passing on my prime, hold my pop corn JASON. JASON WILLIAMS : SHOW THEM sir!
Today there's no any great passer , are all mediocre passers , 20/30 years ago every team had at least a real point guard or good passer, imagine during the same era there was kidd , nash and white chocolate together, for theme these assists were absolutely routine, for modern players its something extraordinary
Assists are one of the most underrated parts of basketball. A good passer can make such a big, often unnoticed improvement to the team.
Ikr
Lonzo

Rondo and Rodman for example. Rondo is the best passer tho... 😄😄😄
@@CoreyGreen955 crazy to think that jokic is in this list and it’s not even a questionable statement
That full court bullet by lonzo was so clean.
No it wasn’t
@@alexvidal6881 You just cant do it
Which one.. What minutes?
Lonzos full court bullet pass for the lavine 360 dunk is the greatest play of the season so far
you mean caruso steal, lonzo qb pass, lavine 360
Facts!!!🔥🔥🔥
I don't know about the greatest play. Warriors and Suns are the two teams with the best plays in their book, even Bulls have had better plays than this. If you're talking about the most exciting though, that's understandable. This season, Bulls are always exciting watch.
That Caruso steal leading to the bullet pass from Lonzo to Lavine for the 360 dunk was *chefs kiss*
6:49 prob one of the best assist/sequences of the season.
that pass is nastyyy
It’s a nasty pass but that ain’t an assist sequence my guy. That’s just a nice pass.
@@jackbarnes9316 maybe what he mean a sequence, from caruso that steal the ball in the passing lane, and then lonzo qb pass, and lavine 360
@@jackbarnes9316 he literally put a slash in between assist and sequence, he didn’t say assist sequence. It was an assist, and it was a sequence that led up to the basket. Why you gotta be that guy?
Caruso’s court awareness is something else. Combine that with his defense and every day I’m wondering how the hell the Lakers ever let this guy go.
I swear it's so fulfilling to watch Lonzo and Lamelo throwing those full court passes knowing that they been honing that ish since high school
6:49 that is one of the best sequence i've ever seen this season
James harden throws off tempo dimes with consistency and accuracy it’s so underrated and special
The ball brothers too smooth with the full court passes bruh
They actually play point guard which I love
westbrook just might have had one of the best assist ever vs the kings. Wish this video was one day later.
Lonzo’s bullet pass is just 🔥
6:48 man
Sengun's behind the back of 3 Celtics deserved to be in here
This is the reason we love NBA
So many great passes this season
Love to see it
Real hoopers only watching this video
3:55 that’s filthy

Oh
As far as pure passing and playmaking is concerned, Luka and Jokic to me are this era’s Magic and Bird respectively. The former creates plays off the dribble like Magic, the latter hits cutters and shooters from the post or with outlet passes which was Bird’s forte.
Wow, really accurate observation and comparison.
Nice!!
Stephen's pass was incredible.
the bulls are so fun to watch man
2022! UA-cam sucks these days, but that was a nice pass.
It stinks that Jason Williams’ Carter was cut shorter and limited as it was. If he had a full clean career he would be a legend… he is already a legend in my book.
Good game between Suns and warriors. Hoping Steph will come out on top
Surprised Giddey isn’t on here
me too...a couple of his dimes look top 10 for the season
A good assist is so much more satisfying to watch than any good crossover or shot these days imo. Anyone can dribble or shoot bit these no looks are clean
Great technique and vision by the passers
2:04 did he just say "type shit"? lol
Rubios pass deserved 19 replays. That pass is tough and he made it look effortless
Caruso is must see TV
It's like they already know all the moves of their partners but also the ones of the adversaries so that in real-time they can pass the ball and you know the rest..
Nothing quite like a perfect pass/assist...

Those Ball Brothers can Pass

J will: I've done all of that.

Early gang but those passes i like the Marcus smart and curry
4:41 touchdown?
The pass
A simple kid that view kuroko no basket
1:55 when doncic moves the ball around his waist while running is that not considered a travel?
I know nothing sorry if it’s an obvious question
Can you make a video where is best alley-oops of 2020-2022 season!!!

What about Chris Paul’s assist to Aston when he was falling out of bounds against the Mavericks
ayton
Wow I wash it was me😎😎😎😎
Wonderfully ✅
That shows my point I used just be greedy and score for myself then I learned to be a good point u need to lead and pass ur not gonna get scouted without being A leader to ur team
16-17 are we sure VO and Cameron Payne played together? There was a trade in Cameron Paynes career, but VO was on OKC
If the Lakers had Alex instead of Russell, they'd be second in the West.

Look at Facundo Campazzo, he made some magic assist this season.

Is there any school to become a good passer?
The basketball court
I guess I am famous
Falto una de Campazzo pa
Congratulations to everyone who found this comment
Why. You’re a nobody.
😐
Uk a pass is great when you don't realize how it happened
Scottie barnes had some cool magic johnson esque passes. Yall just heavily under rate the raptors. His no look pass to achiuwa was nice
Hey, it's a total disservice to humanity not to rank LeBron's one-handed no-look pass as the greatest pass of all time! XD
Where is Sengun?
Even the nba knows Caruso is a meme🤣

This is why i could never be good at basketball. I would be on the same team getting faked out by passes coming right to me.
