Tip For Quan: Just Keep all of the 5 hospital bags and items in the car too. no need to try to remember to get everything the day of. all that needs to be done is grab the computer bag and get Rissa into that car. So excited for you guys to meet the biggest blessings in your lives!! ❤️❤️❤️

BRING AN EXTRA BAG! it costs so much to have a baby, so everything in that room take with you when you leave!!! They give you so much stuff for you and the baby! It’ll come in handy!
Rissa I love that you’re over-prepared! But the only thing you’re going to need is that postpartum bag. The spray bottle and healing spray is going to be your BEST FRIEND! And trust me, you’re not going to want to wear pants…just let it be free…lol! And trust me, you’re not forgetting anything. Congrats to you guys…baby boy is coming soon!💙💙💙💙

@@jadelevesque635 yes 🙌🏼 and I always did over pack .An will to at end of February I’m having baby #6 😂 My two youngest I had my bags packed and ready inside my truck .especially with my last two check ups I had .It was perfect timing to because you know when the baby is coming to from your body most of the time . I drove to my checks up alone and was told to go across the street to the hospital . lol 😂 So I was ready . My four girl I was in hospital 24 hours .My fifth I was in for 5 days because they had to watch me after I had severe preeclampsia . An no epidurals so my recovery time was way faster .
Quan is so supportive I love that. U can tell he’s like wow this is a lot but he is so cool about it. Love y’all.
I just want to say that I’ve been watching you all for 3 years and I’m so proud of your growth as a family unit. I’m praying for a safe delivery for Rissa and baby Roberts. I know that God will continue to bless you. Quan I know you will do well supporting Rissa every step of the way. I do want to say to just breathe go with the flow because labor and delivery can take many turns regardless of what we plan. Also, I’m not sure if I missed it but make sure that you pack some nursing pads for leaks. Peace, Love and Blessings to you all!!! ❤️❤️❤️

theres nothing like giving birth for the first time. its the most amazing, most unbelievable feeling ever. the feelings are way to much too explain. all i can say is you two are going to be amazed as any other parent who gave birth for the first time. im so happy and excited for u both. i know im not the only one whos patiently waiting for baby Roberts to arrive. Im praying for u both for a good delivery. and a speedy recovery.

I'm so excited for you guys, one thing I will mention is Rissas outfits for after are super comfy looking but from personal experience you really should wear darker colors cause you bleed 10x worse than you would on your period. I would hate for those cute outfits to get ruined. 😭

The heated/cooling breast pads will help a lot! Especially when you're engorged and sore. It will definitely make them feel soooooo much better and will help express the milk to relieve pain.

You guys are are super prepared! You probably won’t need or use 3/4 of that stuff but it’s good to be prepared. Just put the hospital bags in the car and leave em, that way nothing will be forgotten while rushing to get to the hospital. Add stool softeners to your bag. Congratulations again!!! 💙💙💙💙
You guys should have an extension cord for extra outlets and towels face and dry off towels floss maybe a warming blanket for Rissa. Congratulations and good luck on the delivery

Hello guys!! I’m having my son as well in a couple weeks. I highly recommend getting a nursing pillow, one or two bottles, and a manicure set for the baby. Their nails are so grown after birth it’s ridiculous and they will scratch their beautiful faces.
Quan has so much to carry to the car. I was thinking you should take all them bags to the car so you wouldn't be under too much pressure when Rissa goes into labour. Love you guys. Can't wait for baby Robert😍😍😍💖💖💖
Love that you packed different sizes for Baby Robert’s clothes because I packed newborn and 0-3 months for my son and he ended up being born in a premature size even though I was full term, so nothing we had with us fit him 😭😭 we had to go to Walmart once we were discharged to get preemie clothes.

We had our car seat and bags in our car ready. I’m glad we did because when my water broke in the middle of the night, I had time to shower and we just got in the car and left.

From my experience they definitely overpacked for everyone WHICH IS OKAY ! Part of being a first time parent is discovering what is necessary and what isn’t for your child and parenting style. You never know they may tell the hospital to keep everything because they only want to use theirs that they brought. ....
I just love watching these videos of first time parents it reminds me of when I was a ftp. I was anxious/excited and packed EVERYTHING trying to make sure I didn't forget anything and I was having twin boys. After bringing them home I barely used the things I had packed. Now they're almost 7yo. Safe delivery to you guys!!! 🙏

The hospital usually has good snacks but be sure to pack some of your faves!! Rissa especially because nursing Momas get hungry frequently and so does Daddy. #snackpacks❤❤❤

Those pearl pads really helped me when I was breast pumping for my daughter when she was a baby. I pumped for her for a year. I hope you will have a safe delivery. You guys give me hope. I’m not sure if y’all will have this in y’all’s laptop bag but long chargers for your phone. They’re a must ! And your own pillows along with your blankets.
The hospital gives you a lot of stuff for the baby ! The outfits are super cute but I think y’all might have over packed his stuff 😅 he’ll be being checked on most of the time he’s there so you won’t even get to change him that much. Really just one outfit for your stay and then a going home outfit. Also if it’s cold you should pack baby Roberts a warm thick blanket maybe even a car seat cover for when you walk out of the hospital with him, don’t want the cold air hitting him right away.
Also snacks for Quan ! 😅 maybe even some games to pass time in case you have a longer delivery
