Hey girlie! As someone who refused to do the epidural i recommend meditation! It literally was the reason i was able to do it. Letting your body just feel the pain and not tensing you is what i learned from my labor and delivery classes. Even if you just meditate once a day for 3 minutes. I practice relaxation with my bf. Created a relaxing playlist and now every time i listen to any song on it reminds me of how amazing my labor and delivery went ! Sending you so many good vibes !!!
You go girl! You did not overpack at all. This is exactly what i will be taking to the hospital (3rd pregnancy). Everything else they provide, plus you get to take everything home so remember to leave space for that. Wishing you a smooth labor and delivery. Que dios te acompañe en todo el proceso. 🙏🏼💙
One thing that helped me for my 3 labors to not get medication was that I put it in my mind that there is no such thing as epidural it doesn't exist kinda like the old days...and so far it has worked for me Also while getting a contraction try not to hold your breath instead breath slowly in and out...that will help you calm down...because you sometimes want to hold your breath while in pain...you got this
This is soo true i did exactly this 3 times and the experience is out of this world!!! Woman were born to give birth and like u said like back in the old days they had no choice💪 my grandma(5 kids) and my mom(3 kids) did it all natural so i wanted to keep this tradition going and hopefully my now daughter will keep it going🙏❤
I only took a charger and a change of clothessome dollart tree chanclas to shower and trow away if u dont take any u can put a towel on the shower floor and my babys clothes they took it to my before i left lol u dont need anything
100% Agree . I get dressed with what imma come back with. They strip you naked there so your clothes is clean. They have everything for you. I just walk in with a backpack that has baby clothes.
Lo más importante es tener en mente que puedes hacerlo, respira y mantente en movimiento. Tú support system is strong so no need to worry about that part. You were pretty active during your pregnancy so there’s a big chance that your labor is easier than most first time moms!! I’m 2 weeks behind you right now 🥰💙
OMG es impresionante como te ves a esta altura de tu embarazo , gracias por enseñarnos a estar saludables y lucir saludables , sin parecer gigantescas por comer mal y no tener entrenamiento , estás PRECIOSA
Girl you look so good❤️ you got this, it'll be amazing. I was super scared and my labor/delivery took 20-30 minutes! You will be so darn happy when baby boy is here and healthy💙 it's the best feeling I swear
Finally Baby J will be here soon 💙 If I recommend anything it would be a robe, just to get out of the hospital gown and be more comfortable with easy access to breastfeeding and the nurses when when come in a feel your stomach! Prayers, you’ll do great and it’ll be the best experience when you meet your little one 🥰
I had 3 births with no pain medicine one of them being almost 20 hrs 😩 , you really just gotta keep your head strong and try as hard as possible to push through the pain. Goodluck gurl ❤️ cant wait to meet Baby J!
So true just had my 3rd birth a week ago all natural no epidural and the pain is so worth it!!! I didn't stress when my contractions came i just prayed for strength all the way to pushing and with God all is possible🙏 im so blessed to have to experience such a beautiful life changing experience 3 times❤❤❤
You won’t need most stuff just to be real honest , maybe only the clothes you’ll use when going home lol. But whatever makes you feel better and comfortable 🥰🤍
One thing that I would always pack is baby book. I bought all 3 kids one and I would take it so that they can stamp their little feet in there for memories. Also the little wood birth announcements signs. Not sure if you are doing something like that.
first time mommy here and i didn’t get an epidural it’s sooo painful but it’s all in your head.! tell yourself you won’t get it and just think about the pain only lasting one day rather than back pains every day. also don’t take your water cup it’s too heavy use the one they provide you with at the hospital. you’re going to feel really weak while in labor.
@@blancaj love you too Blanca, I’m so happy for you because you look so happy and beautiful as always. Been watching you since day 1 and always watching your videos at any time all your pedas el sábado, etc.. have a safe delivery 🤱🏻❤️ can’t wait to see baby j for the first time 🥰
You can do it!!! I did a unmedicated birth and yes it was painful yes I wanted to change my mind many times but I knew I was speaking in the moment. I stuck through it and hands down best decision to have a non medicated birth, I healed faster and felt great after 3hrs of giving birth
Hey girl i just had my second baby in October and let me tell you well in my opinion i didn’t use slippers while there only the fuzzy socks with the grip on the bottom. I would recommend getting the woman diapers and wearing tight boxer underwear with them life saver honestly! If planning on breastfeeding don’t forget nipple pads so you don’t leak through your bras. Praying for a safe and easy delivery for you and baby 💘
Hey girly! I loved your video. You kept it simple and realistic. My fav. what’s in my hospital bag for sure! I actually used men’s boxers when I was in the hospital and it was the best idea ever take another pair just in case :) so excited for you both!
I bought the whole frida mom postpartum kit and did not even use anything besides the peri bottle! 😭 they provide literally everything! Just take toiletries towels and definitely sweats and slippers! 💕 I just had my baby girl back in September they truly are a blessing 🙏🏻 wishing you the most beautiful labor and delivery ❤️💐
Take the minimum amount of stuff that you can, a change of clothes for you and baby and snacks. Its more of a hassle to take everything home when you have your newborn. The hospital will provide EVERYTHING that is needed for your stay. Can’t wait to see baby, & I hope your birth goes exactly as you plan 🥰🥰
Your glowing😍 people are saying you over picked but it’s actually a good thing you don’t know how long you can stay there for, hopefully no more then 2 days of course but you never know best wishes you got this love you❤️
Buy a Haaka!! They sell them at Target for under $30! Life changing when you’re breastfeeding. You suction the breast he’s not feeding on so it catches all the milk. That “pump” doesn’t hurt at all and it’s so relieving! Also the breastmilk bags from Target brand are the best I tried. Super durable.
Good luck girl and I am so excited that baby boy can come anytime now and you got this just pray and have faith in god that all will turn out fine..love u🙏🙏💕💕
Oh my gosh can’t believe he is almost here. Praying you have a fast, easy and unmedicated delivery. God bless you and your little family Blanca🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍 Cant wait for baby J!!!!!!!
Frida mom perri bottle is a must!!! 🙌🏼 Take deep breaths as much as you can!! You got this!! I pushed my baby girl out with no epidural!! She was 8lbs 4oz 👶🏻❤️ May you have a smooth, easy, and safe delivery!! I will keep you and baby J in my prayers!! 🙏🏼
Hola bonita 🥰 As a Mom of four I don’t recommend the faja because on my 4th baby I tried putting one on before going home, and I was in pain, 😣 also put him the yellow lines outfit, it’s cute plus in our mexican creencias, a baby out the hospital with yellow clothes brings “good vibes” 🌟 buena suerte .. I also recommend to stay on your slides hasta para salir del hospital, more comfortable 🤱🏻Ya the rest mientras tu estes agusto de lo que vas a llevar. I didn’t use epidural for none of them pero they could put a pain killer in your IV, if needed.. I got one because on my 3rd one I couldn’t take the pain.. Hoping for a smooth delivery, and fast recovery, blessings always ✨
Prayers Girly! Hopefully you get your unmediated delivery I wanted it as well that I cried because I had to get medicated not because I wanted too lol C-Section momma in the house hopefully its oppisite for you and have a nice smooth delivery and fast recovery! 🥰
Hoping for a speedy delivery momma!!! If u do end up getting the epidural get it maybe as soon as 4-5 cm... my hospital will not let me go past 4cm and by 8 cm or so they dont let you press the medication anymore and honestly it was great because by 10 cms i was able to feel contractions n i knew when to push... but u got this u can do it!!!!!! ❤️ if u really want to do it like that its all in the power of your mind hun.
Awww 🤗🤗🤗 can't wait to see you and Johnathan holding your newborn in arms and ya falling in love.with baby j 😍 best feeling ever. Dios TE bendiga y Todo VA salir Bien 👍🙏🙏 you taking a good bag 👍🙏🙏
Yayy! I need this video cuz I haven't packed my hospital bag yet!! I'm so excited to see baby j and finally know his name!! Omge girl if you're induced on the 8th then hopefully our babies will be 1 day apart since my due date is the 9th!!!!
I always say bring whatever you want your in labor you want to have what you need to be comfortable and then after baby to feel good because face it we bleed and feel so dirty after so I always say you pack whatever you feel you need!!!
I think you did a good job packing! I didn’t see you pack nursing pads though since you are wanting to breastfeed. I hope everything goes as plan. I can’t wait to see Baby J on this channel.
Wear slippers cause the hospital floor is cold. honestly take stuff for you, like your shower items tooth brush, and PADS for after having the baby. they have everything for the baby the pacifier, diapers wipes milk even a outfit and blanket and a little hat for the baby. I over packed my first pregnancy then my second pregnancy I packed lightly and the hospital gave me everything in the room😂
I agree very organized hospital bag, the last thing I would put in are some adult diapers if you have a natural birth. I was honestly the best decision I made for my second birth, you will be comfortable and will not have to worry about staining yourself.Good luck blanca I wish you the best and an easy labor. I had a natural birth without the epidural but did receive some pain meds in the beginning through my IV and I still felt all the pain, but it was so worth It and I would do it again and again.
Good luck with everything but what i can say is the best thing to do is shower in the hospital, you will feel amazing after all the struggle just a nice warm shower!!
Haven't finished watching the vid, but forsure pack your boppy pillow if you plan to breastfeed, I didn't have one for my previous to babies but with my 3rd its a life saver!

I would pack shower stuff its better to have them just incase you feel like you want to and not have to go out and get some. Good Luck prayers for you and BB
You actually packed the essentials…good luck to you and remember all the pain is worth it onces you hear him cry (: y cuando estas con los dolores no te dejan tomar agua solo ice cubes.
The combs are magical girlie I was given 2 in the hospital I never knew about this method until my nurse gave me them and YES it worked wonders!! No epidural, yes it still painful lol but you are distracted till you are ready to push🙏💙 Goodluck Prayers to a healthy delivery ❤️ Ps. The combs will look destroyed after using I will dm you a pic of mine😭
Hello new mommas a great video to watch I highly recommend is “sarah lavonne breathing” I’m a momma and of two 💕 things that I really used at my hospital are: travel size bathroom toiletries , hair brush hair tie , a very hydrating lipbalm I use carmex bcs for some reason lips dry crazyyy!, warm socks, Snacks! Granola bars or a favorite protein bar, sometimes labor takes a long time without eating and hospital food 🥴..Take comfortable slippers to the hospital. A change of clothes. Baby coming home out fit..Gatorade powder for my water ice during active labor and lollipops. Bring an empty bag for paperwork they send you home with.
This is hands down the MOST organized and on point hospital bag video I’ve ever watched! Congrats!
Thank you so much 😭❤️

Unmedicated birtg is better can't wait for baby j
Thank you bb🥺❤️
Yes we overpack so literally leave everything lmao don't take anything haha just stuff to shower if you want. You'll probably want to
That’s true the hospital provides mostly everything
I only took a charger and a change of clothessome dollart tree chanclas to shower and trow away if u dont take any u can put a towel on the shower floor and my babys clothes they took it to my before i left lol u dont need anything
Thats such a good idea. Take things you can just throw away later so you don't have so many things
100% Agree . I get dressed with what imma come back with. They strip you naked there so your clothes is clean. They have everything for you. I just walk in with a backpack that has baby clothes.
Yupppp 🙏🙏🙏 or outfits to take pictures.
