Damn jimmy you’re killing me! I feel like I’m one step behind you. First with the Unmarked DB Hunters, now the Master supply field jacket. I haven’t snagged one yet, but I have the tab open on my phone and computer for ages. It looks great on you.
The Y2 jacket on video looks fantastic, the Master Supply looks like a basic jacket, not bad, but not memorable. To my eye, they are not comparable - the Y2 looks like a much higher quality luxury clothing item.
Having both Y'2 jackets and this Master Supply jacket, they are each great brands..and it depends on the intended usage of the jacket. I work in my MS in my wood shop/studio and love it. Wouldn't do that in my Y'2's.
Are they in Toronto? Yeah, definitely… go check out their shop and report back. My brother lives in Buffalo NY, next time I visit, I may need to drive up there!
@@themancaveclubdidn’t know they existed but now I’m probably going to plan a drive. Guess the algorithm knows I’m a jacket whore 😅. That chore jacket looks cool. Black one too!🍻
Having owned the Y2 one in the past (now sold) and now the Matster Supply Co version, I'd say that the Y2 has a more superior leather (well it's like 3 times the price of the Master Supply one), that is way softer and better looking than the Master Supply one, but Master Supply has a better pattern and design.
was looking at that suede trucker and I think it's rough out too, which is nice. It's a good deal. Don't think a suede jacket should cost more than $400ish. A lot of brands charging $1k plus nowadays.
Hey, thanks for the comment! Not to be too technical but, these are not "suede" leather. They are full grain with the rough side facing out. Yeah, I tend to agree with you on the prices. Some suede leather designer jackets (Armani for instance) prices are crazy!
Hey all! Lane here from Master Supply Co (one of three founders). Thanks so much for creating this video, and taking the time to do so ✌️
@@LaneDorsey You’re welcome brother! Thanks for creating such awesomely cool jackets. 😎
Have that Y’2 in horse hide in shipping right now and can’t wait to get the break in started! It’s such a classy understated pattern/layout.
Another great video, beautiful jackets. Thanks guys for introducing me to new brands.
Thank you!
Great looking coats, happy new year’s

Thanks for your comment. I would have to agree with you. But, sometimes you want something that is more basic in your rotation.

fully agree. The Y2 looks better quality from far
Awesome show
Thank you! We’re glad you enjoyed it. 😊
Mater Supply is in Toronto. I may have to go check them out. Great jackets. I like jackets too!
