I can't believe that you don't have any snow. Wouldn't you ordinarliy have it at this time of the year? It's so pretty where you live! I'd love to live there. Which kind of hummingbirds do you get? We get two kinds here. Rufous Hummingbirds come here in the summer, and we have Anna's Hummingbirds year-round. Oh btw, I found out this winter that we shouldn’t hang hummingbird feeders in the sun because it converts the fluid into alcohol too quickly and harms birds… so maybe put yours out of direct sunlight 😊

I can't believe that you don't have any snow. Wouldn't you ordinarliy have it at this time of the year? It's so pretty where you live! I'd love to live there. Which kind of hummingbirds do you get? We get two kinds here. Rufous Hummingbirds come here in the summer, and we have Anna's Hummingbirds year-round. Those snippets at the end were from the summer time...I thought it would be a nice change for you this time of year! We only have ruby throated hummingbirds in NS so they get here around the end of April and leave by mid September. That's so neat you have ones around all year round! It's snowy and cold here now...not my fav time of year to be honest (I don't like shoveling!) 🙃😉

Oh btw, I found out this winter that we shouldn’t hang hummingbird feeders in the sun because it converts the fluid into alcohol too quickly and harms birds… so maybe put yours out of direct sunlight 😊

Yes I 100 percent agree with you and all the feeders are placed under the overhang on our roof...so they only get sunlight in the very early morning and later in the day when the sun is setting! I also only use glass feeders and clean them constantly! It doesn't take long for them to empty the feeders when the are in their hay day! 😉🥰 Thank you so much for watching my awesome friend!
