Unfortunately, I can relate- especially to sparking jealousy and envy in those covetous types of people. Yet, I don't believe that overthinking is applicable to me, simply because I just have the tendency to recall certain applicable things that are relevant to my reasoning behind my sense of objectivity. So whenever someone in my circle is accusing me of overthinking anything tends to be the main one with the manipulative pattern of trying to control or conform other people's behavior. That finger-pointing pretentious phrase only triggers my trust issues and proves my case and pinpoints exactly who the wannabe sneaky snake (bad actor/ liar/ deceiver) really is- every time.
That's because I know how to read the room; read in between the lines; put two and two together; judge character and intent without being judgemental or condescending or without critically scrutinizing other people.
So be it. No options.

I've commented before on this subject and I believe my take to be true having watched loads of these 'sigma male' vids.
Every single trait described as 'sigma male' can be accurately found in anyone male/female who is also known as 'High Functioning Autism'.
It is me and my 22 year old Son who has a documented diagnosis.
I don't know who dreamt up the 'sigma male' idea but anyone who relates to these profiles really needs to check out 'High Functioning Autism' which doesn't come with an understated yet dramatic , sexy, masculine, American narration.
'Ain't nothing much sexy about it. It's just a way of life that some people live.

Some may be autistic. I think the chasm between a high functioning autistic and a sigma male is absolutely vast. You are attempting to describe sigmas with labels that non-sigma people decided to use in order to explain an extraordinary person they cannot truly fathom.
