I feel very exposed by brutal honesty here. Wish it all was not true but it is, speaking for myself. The most profound points for me were loneliness, receiving hate, overanalyzing and being misunderstood. But still, I'm happier living up to my integrity, morals, having freedom, being true to myself etc etc. Selling out and being a miserable, robotic enslaved sheep like most, is not an option.
Trust me, there are more wannabes than actual Sigmas, sigma males are akin to lone wolves, which means they prefer to hunt on their own mostly because others dont like that type of wildness, which also means they are skilled as an entire pack on their own. also means they are tested frequently and growing up would of been in more altercations than even an alpha and won them all, because 1, we dgaf, 2. most dimwits and alphas dont recognize what we are and underestimate us, and most ppl who claim to be sigmas are too fruity and never had a life like that. Real Sigmas are silent Apex predators, they float between multiple packs and mostly have Alpha friends because they are the most relatable. A lonewolf is only thought as one when its alone, other times it blends in with the pack effortlessly. ppl think sigmas are out side of the hierarchy, but in truth they run multiple packs and usually leave an alpha in charge in their absence. Also very likely were part of a single pack in their youth and leading it and broke it in search for adventure where we cant take the entire pack with us. If you cant relate to this, i guarantee you are not a sigma, likely a confused/wannabe gamma.
Once again, I can relate to every single one of these weaknesses. That's why starting your own business and investing for financial freedom is one of the best deals a Sigma male can get. If you're going to work for others, make sure the work is as independent as possible with a small team with mutual interests that works toward a common goal. The more peace of mind you have during work, the better.

I really don't know where the author is getting this stuff from. I fit the sigma criteria in virtually every way, to the letter- but I AM spontaneous, and while I CAN maintain a schedule or routine when needed/wanted, I would absolutely hate to live my life that way. Considering the other sigma characteristics, one should realize that we of all people can roll with the punches and not only handle, but enjoy and demand a spontaneous lifestyle. Yes, we can tend to over-analyze every little thing- but while I can't speak for others, I know with myself, I tend to minimalize that; or if I do engage in it, I hold back and ignore the possibilities, and rather just deal with the situation on a take-it-at-face-value/spontaneous level until I have reason to do otherwise. Small talk? Yes, while I detest it when engaged in by people I've known for a long time, I have no trouble tolerating and engaging in it with strangers/casual acquaintances for the social amenity it is/to put them at ease/reduce tension. There is one thing that the author does not seem to understand: We sigmas, probably more than anyone else, are versatile, and will gladly operate in pretty much any behavior outside of our own realm when it is propitious to do so. I personally love spontaneity and adventure. On a trip to Italy, my wife wanted to plan out every day. I, on the other hand, said no, let's just go and let things unfold. I went along with her plan as I don't care to argue. I found things tedious and boring but said nothing. Wife is a control freak, and I avoid control. This is why I work for myself and often by myself. Don't care to be employed by others.
I agree for myself on every point, but at the end of the day nothing will be eaten as hot as it has been cooked. For instance, smalltalk is not my thing either. However, I can learn to use it strategically. I do the boring fluff talk first, and let it lead to the deeper interesting topics I like to talk about. I don't feel lonely either because I have quite a bunch of people who are always excited when I call them after a few weeks with no contact. Yes, feeling stressed out by aggressive intruders three times a minute is a problem, but if you are prepared, you can fight back. (“What's wrong with you? Yesterday you bothered me three times a minute with crap talk, today only once within 3 minutes. Are you running out of material? You disappoint me!”)
The most dangerous person is a person who has nothing to lose. The reason why this is relevant is because sigma are shaped and made into a person who people has done wrong over time. No body likes the monster they created.
You still don't know what it's like to power up like Goku into Super Saiyan Blue, Mister. I was at that point in 2018/19. But it's hours of daily effort and routine. 6 hours a day, everyday. In one year, the presence of a spirit takes form around your house. Sometimes a Crow with an unusually long Beak. Sometimes Porcelain like Angel Ladies. Depending the Vibrations you are engaging with. Vibrations are what we come from Mister. As does all of this world and creation. If you can wield and control Vibrations with focus you can slow down or even stop aging. Getting sick becomes a thing of the past. Your body feels light as a feather. When you ffo so deep, even the concept of parents doesn't mean anything. It's a choice between living in the human rat race or embracing Vibrations that are so potent, they spontaneously manifest life, permeate and penetrate every empty pocket, space, vacuum, corner of existence. And those energies don't recognize you unless you vibrate on their frequency. I live by the rules of creation and existence. This is why I can see so much more than regular, "Normies" Did you know, there is an Infinite number of heavens and hells. And people may never meet in this world, nor ever meet in any form of after life ever. So, what I do here is an effort to find my spot In the after life, in the higher tiers of the more pure energies and Vibrations. I'm a true sigma. I have been trying to open up more than usual, and am need to ask for help but it's very hard to trust. Unlike most sigmas, I can converse with others extremely well. But my last girlfriend Said I wasn't very emotionally open or vulnerable for her comfort. Which is part of being a sigma. We keep everything close to the chest. And as I grew up I was very cordial and well-liked by many. But Imo the nature of a sigma is nurture rather than nature. I think that all the Sigma’s have troubled pasts. I know that I have been through an immense deal of things. As a truly diagnosed Sigma, I know that I have a hard time opening up and that all sigmas are extremely guarded and make excellent boyfriends and lovers. And a sigma that finds his queen is an extremely great husband. If he finds the warrioress to his warrior nature. I guess how I'd illustrate it is in the history of Sparta with King Leonidas and his beautiful and devoted queen Gorgo. Even the movie as well as in the history books I read showed her being his fellow ruler, and he and she consulted each other on the decisions of their nation's future. A sigma needs the lioness to match his lion. We sigmas have faults enough and this video showed a lot of them which I agree with. But the truth is we have these kinds of weaknesses and faults bcz we've been hurt so much.
It's not that we hate crowds or gathering, we simply feel that it is unimportant to us. Same way, if we really want to be involved, we can easily adapt and converse. I believe, we are wired differently and going into any settings, we are already aware of the surroundings. Now we prioritize in our heads, how important it is in an instant and act accordingly!
