I’ve gone completely carnivore. That means I eat only animal products. Ribeyes are one of my favorites. I have 3-5 or even sometimes 6 times a week. I love to sear it off in ghee…clarified butter. Ghee doesn’t burn like butter because all of those proteins have been removed. It’s delicious and Ms T you might want to try ghee. I love Redmond salt on my steak seared off only. I love it rare. I tend to cook my steaks outside on an induction cooktop because off the smoke. I’ve lost about 100lbs eating animal protein and animal fats.
What exactly is the purpose in washing meat? I do chicken and pork, but not beef. Do you wash ground meat? What’s the difference? I’m sincerely asking so please don’t take offense.
@@neilg8069 The reason why I wash my meat is because you don’t know how it was handled from the butcher to the package ie, it could have fell on the nasty floor, dirty hands…and if not for nothing you need to wash the blood off. But to each their own.
Lol I don’t believe Garlic has any salt so it’s ok to use how much you would like and I lovvvee garlic and onions it’s nothing but a lot of delicioussss flavorrrr! 💕☀️

Cover them with a lid. The steam will cook the tops. Also turn down heat so edges won't burn.
