I’ve been looping this all night for 3 nights and have had some really interesting results. Feels like moments of lucidity mixed with much more vivid dreams. These usually don’t do anything like that for me.

That was incredible! Having followed your astral projection video for a week, I was very quick to pick up the sensations of this one. I actually imagined events and had vivid images and feelings.
Very glad you enjoyed my latest guided meditation! You said earlier you had the aspergers syndrome, did you know that alpha waves and beta waves differ in those with autism? Findings show that ASD individuals exhibit fewer beta and alpha waves in certain regions of the brain as well as irregular patterns in the frontal lobe. You should check out some of the music I've uploaded which is infused with beta or alpha waves! See if it can have a positive effect on you. Please do try it out and maybe give me some feedback after one or two weeks if you have noticed any changes after using it ?
@@LucidPowerMind Thanks for that. Autism is actually quite common in technical trades such as engineering and computer programming. I have also worked as a high school math and physics teacher. There are definite advantages to this condition. Not only do these videos help with developing EQ, but my increased focus is helping me to develop the skills rather quickly. I've been attempting lucid dreaming (and a.p./a.t.) for going on a year now with little to no luck....i do achieve a state close to sleep paralysis where my hands and feet get tingly and I feel floaty a bit, and I've learned to not let fear into the mind during these states but I just can't seem to get beyond the (sort of) float and see myself from the 3rd person, perhaps im just thinking too much? Trying too hard? Some day soon I will achieve the obe / lucid dream I am meant to , and your video has gotten me closer , so thank you for sharing !!

Have you tried to add Melatonin into ur routine, that stuff makes me know I’m dreaming when I’m in a dream for nooooo reason... idk how it does that but once im in a dream, for no reason, I just start knowing I’m dreaming-
I suggest making a practice everyday of focusing on certain things like blinking, apparently while dreaming you can’t close them. Also write down the dreams you do have it will help remember future dreams. For me the things I started to practice during the day mindfulness noticing my own body. Focus on things around you. Is that normal the things you are seeing or doing. Also I have repetitive dreams like losing my car or can’t find a bathroom so when I notice it I realize I’m dreaming and eventually you can begin to change what’s going on in those dreams.

Beautiful voice. I stopped this hynopsis at the 54:27 mark. I felt a spark of energy waves on the left side of my face and it scared me. I immediately tried to get out of the trance. It took about 1 min and I turned this hynopsis off. What was this? Am I suppose to be scared?
K. Bloise you might have had a bad reaction to the theta brainwaves. Its not something to be afraid of, its actually quiet normal to feel fear during a session like this. Colby Martinez you absolutely want to fall asleep and enter the REM stage(rapid eye movement). But you can also start by doing different things in your daily life; reality checks and writing a dream journal. Every time you wake up after a dream, you write down what you can remember from that dream you just had ☺️
It was my first time ever listening to a lucid dream hypnosis and I woke up around 10 minutes before it ended and I felt so relaxed, didn't have a lucid dream but I plan on trying again tomorrow, I know the hypnosis mentioned the eyes darting around during it but mine felt more like they became anchors latched to a location and wouldn't move, is that just me relaxing or is that the hypnosis, either way great video great intro into lucid dreaming Tldr: Great video had a weird sensation that was heavyness in my eyes and was wondering about it
Hello Chan! Great to have you here ☺️ The background music is tuned to 4.5Hz Isochronic tones which is basically «theta» brainwaves. They are very potent and can cause you to fall into deep REM sleep(rapid eye movement), which is a good thing if thats what occured ☺️ Dont know if it was hypnosis, but you sure got something out of the session! You can try some other tracks and see if you experience the same ? At the first time it gave two minilucidities (something like "yea, I am dreaming....ah, whatever"), at next times there is no effect at all. I didn't even remembered those fractured plots Should I keep on trying? (Sorry, my English isn't perfect at all)
Your english is fine Alex 🙏 Good job on being able to obtain lucidity! I would suggest you to start writing a dream journal to improve your dream recall. This will help you in the future 🙏 You should absolutely keep trying! We have tons of different lucid dreaming guides with different fun techniques that you can try out 😊

Hey guys 😍🌈🌈💚💚🙏🙏 have u ever seen transparent waves followed by big green flash when u r not meditatimg or praying then all the sudden u see nothing but green light....first its transparet waves form flying in above u from outisde the house or a window in an apartmemt in thord floor or whatever ....interesting ur neighbor dnt see it but it only happens in ur apartment....sometime u wake up when ur physical body reach the ceiling lol even the blanket is floating then u lose consciousness again but for sure u see more in future as u see ur self flying over ur body and u see that in the eye of that other u as well. Or u see urself as dots in universe and u r where u want to be . But u r eveywhere ur awareness is ...

Been doing this for 8 days, passed 3 or 4 days been waking up either just before my alarm which changes daily, or just after this has finished.

So I have a herniated disk that presses into my sciatic nerve is it still possible to lucid dream/ astral project even tho my body is in pain?
I have severe back problems myself, I've learned to "control" this pain through meditation 🙏

Hey guys 😍🌈🌈💚💚🙏🙏 have u ever seen transparent waves followed by big green flash when u r not meditatimg or praying then all the sudden u see nothing but green light....first its transparet waves form flying in above u from outisde the house or a window in an apartmemt in thord floor or whatever ....interesting ur neighbor dnt see it but it only happens in ur apartment....sometime u wake up when ur physical body reach the ceiling lol even the blanket is floating then u lose consciousness again but for sure u see more in future as u see ur self flying over ur body and u see that in the eye of that other u as well. Or u see urself as dots in universe and u r where u want to be . But u r eveywhere ur awareness is ...

Nadeem Elkhamissi there is no answer on how long you can lucid dream ☺️ When you’re having a lucid dream you’re basically aware that you are inside a dream and you’re able to control your environment and how you react inside your dream 🙏
