DNM 240mm burner adjustable airshock it has a blue knob to adjust it cant miss it. 240 mm right length if you have raised the front forks some with springs. 220mm if not
Hit subscribe bro I’ll be posting a video on a mx400 build from lone star electric got 25 mph on a shit 48v Chinese battery. Literally finished it last night and he’s sending me a plug and play hydro brake upgrade he’s workin on it now. Lone Star Electrek is where it’s at
I did a Lonestar big boy kit but got the battery from e and c. 20ah 72v. Its crazy fast and will wheelie out from under you pretty quick if your not paying attention.
I can’t even imagine 20ah! You get 45mph pretty easily? Ya seriously bro I leave it on the slightly slower mode lately so I don’t accidentally loop it fooling around 😂
Thanks man I was nervous coming from all gas bikes but I sold one that financed this since I was moving back to the city the silence of electric keeps everyone off my shit lol. Needless to say I hit that throttle the first time and I knew I was going to be happy with my purchase hahh
Could you help me out with finding the pedal lowering kit you have aswell as the shock. I think getting those items would sort out a few problems I’m having with my sx500 build
Drop down 40 mm extension pegs www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0792W95VH?ref=em_1p_0_ti&ref_=pe_2313390_630621550&pldnSite=1 And this shock off of Amazon Ebike DNM Burner-RCP 2S Rear Shock Absorber Downhill 240mm 550lbs for Electric Mountain Bike Lmk if there anything else I can do! Shock is adjustable and can find super comfort setting for anyone
Awesome build. I got the electronic and co - I wish I knew about this kit before but still learned so much from you video. Also was wondering what pegs you used?
Thanks I really appreciate! Good to have a video for the first timers like myself here. Ya I recommend the 40mm drop down version for 60 bucks. Keeps the knees out of your chest. Also will need to grind it down some to fit but not much easy to do!🤙 smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B0792W95VH?ref=em_1p_0_ti&ref_=pe_2313390_630621550
In my opinion, this is the best Razor frame (MX is similar). The shock doesn’t interfere with the battery/ controller cavity, and the rear wheel comes with an actual, replaceable freewheel (though my yet to be built RSF did as well); as opposed to those one piece, pieces of sh.. Suprised Razor hasn’t more fully embraced the culture for which it is responsible. It could be sponsoring custom events. It’s positioned to compete with the other manufacturers, though it would have to finally abandon its achilles heel: Lead Acid.
Couldn’t agree more man they are just another corporation too big to think outside the box and happy with profits and cheaper products sadly. I didn’t know that about the freewheel I haven’t changed mine yet. So when I do it will come out much easier that others!? That’s great to hear lol wasn’t looking forward to that!
@@ebike-acon513 I will say their customer service has been great. I was able to get parts easily; and when something came damaged, they sent me another one, no questions asked. With respect to the freewheel, it is totally worth the effort. If you use a beefy one (ACS Paws 4.1) like I did, you’ll have to shave the inside of the rear cog, and the rear retainer ring a little. Totally worth the effort. You end up with a much better setup you won’t have to worry about breaking; for long time, if ever. I’ll be sharing my RSX5000 soon. I get excited just staring at it; and my initial test was… well, you know how we do. It catches you off guard. Have fun! Rubber side down!
They are so helpful and will answer all your questions it’s refreshing to work with ppl like them honestly. Sx is by far my favorite frame it’s much more solid feeling for an adult compared to the 650 my son rides imo. @Ebike-Acon ya it's a bit much for me at first. I'm in mode 2 most of the time and I'll even go down to mode 1 if I'm from a dead stop.
@Ebike-Acon and ya gets 45 easy with me being 170lbs
@@Battshimself bad ass!! Ya man full speed from stopped is a death wish 🤣
Which one is the big boy kit?
So awesome man. I'm jealous. Been wanting this build for the longest!

Im going with them. What rotors do you have? 6 holes dont line up with the sx500. I got the zoom kit
You have to get rotors too 2mm I believe lone star Electrek sells it by itself

@@ebike-acon513 thank you will do!
How much did the build cost? I’m looking to do the same
Around 2k 2500 if you go with all the flashy parts too. Not bad imo for being able to ride wherever and always bring a smile to my face lol

Happy to man hope it helps people take the jump and try a build!
Talking with Gerardos and Jason now. I'm really excited to build my SX after watching your videos. What handle bar kit and clams did you go with?
