This is the first actual non-Nigerian that uses the OG button layout. Over here we Sprint with R1, Finesse shot with R2 and shoot with Square button and we also rarely have homes with Xboxes

Most of Africans we learned from pes/winning eleven era.
For those that started with pes and eventually switched to fifa keep up with the usual setting but I know lots of us that uses the Default fifa setting.

I just played FIFA 23 today too...I absolutely hated it because I couldn't set my controller because of the new stuff and defence just watch attackers run past them to the keeper. I prefer FIFA 19 it's realistic

Something i found strange, i can ping balls pretty well from outside the box into the corners with low driven shots, less than 50% power, compared to scoring from just 2 or 3 meters away from the keeper lol

By setting the commands the classic way like yours (pes) to make power shot in this case you have to press L1 + R2 and shoot correct?
Hello, I am having the double input problem please? When I try to scroll to the left or the right the movement is doubled, also some of the buttons do not respond such as the R2, L2, I am using a generic gamepad, but tried a PS4 controller using the steam setting with nothing working.
I made the same changes in my Control. But i use the R2 button to tackle

It’s funny how switching players varies with each person and each match you play. There are some games where it switches to the right person every time and it’s perfect and I have fun playing…. Then most matches it takes me like 7 different times to switch to the player that is CLOSEST to the ball! I just don’t understand why the game tends to switch to players not even in the play and bypasses the players right next to the ball
There's a bug I've noticed on old gen with the new switching, it causes my players from a corner to be uncontrollable and run off aimlessly by themselves and I'm unable to switch players or control anything, my inputs simply don't register. I've changed back to classic and the issue hasn't struck again. Very odd.

I have the same issue and i cant play. In the menus everything works fine but when i play UT my players just start running in a certain direction and i cant control anything. Can someone help me ? Im on pc with a xbox controller

Hey, I am planning to opt for Gold Tier NG membership which is shown to be of $24.89. However, as I am in India, there is a tax amount also which brings total to $29.37. Therefore, in the choose what you pay option, the amount, I have to edit the value from 24.89 to 29.37, right?

Yeah same thing happens to me. I find that tapping R2 a bit harder 2-3 times works for me. I hope this helps

@@sprayahx I am on Series X. It doesn’t work. In Squad battles it keeps turning save assist on semi and timed finish to on.
In other game modes the problem doesn’t exist apparently.

@@uncleted470 after you turn timed finishing on when ur in a game pause go to trainer and turn on the timed finishing option and it will stay on for every game

Co op, custom, as high as possible and as zoomed out as possible! Trust me, you see way more of the pitch and your players that you wouldn't see on any other camera angles in the game :)

It seems the other two guys can move the rest of the team but I can’t and it’s annoying cause they suck and I don’t lol it’s true! Most of you don't even know Fifa OG settings.. I'm a Nigerian 1. 2 I have played fifa from 1994 that has Gambia national team in it till date and owned fifa 05 on PS2.. R1 was the OG sprint.. Circle to Shoot... Circle + R2 for fake shot and so on.. But Pro used R1 as default which Fifa later copied.... Peace out...

I tried out ball relative switching and was living it, only trouble is the corners, as you're unable to switch to players in the far back, or even the middle.

The highly anticipated video :) Why are pros so stubborn when it comes to player switching? It is so obvious that Ball Relative is the most accurate way to right stick switching.
Its better for switching, but for pro level pressing its very effective and needed imho, but ur talking veyr pro level, some still use ball relative tho
@@NealGuides It's a lot better this season. Player Relative seems to jump around for me. BTW, my radar keeps disappearing. My settings keep resetting, game freeze, speed-up lag like never before. I've disabled cross-play

Guys if your settings reset you should go to kick off and choose the settings you want and it will save
