I am trying to follow the steps but my pixel is not recognised by the Flash tool unless it is on (and not in fast load mode). I leave the phone on and then start the processs. The process stops as soon as the phone gets in fast load mode automatically and then I get this message "Reselect your device. When a device changes modes for the first time you must select it again. To continue, reselect your device from the browser menu. It may have a different name such as "Android". If your device does not appear in the browser menu you may need to disconnect and reconnect the device cable. As you are using a Windows machine, you need to install additional software ( Android USB Driver ) to connect your phone if you have not already done so". When I try to reselect device, it does not appear because it is in fast load mode. I do not know what do do. I think I have the android USB driver installed because the laptop recognizes the device (when on). I could not find the driver on the Dell site thouth. Could you please help me?
