Hi, Sarah! .. Genesis 1 asserts the absolute sovereignty of God over creation. The repetition of "And God said" highlights that God creates through His word, demonstrating that creation does not result from conflict, accident, or struggle (as in many ancient Eastern creation myths). Instead, creation emerges effortlessly and purposefully by God's divine command.

@@afiron4856 yes I would love to!! I think what I’m going to do is make 1 video per week for each book- so right now I’m reading through Psalms , proverbs and now Genesis! I’d love to make entire playlists eventually for these books for those who want to listen all the way through! 🙏🏼📖
