I always have to hear Kat tell me what the REAL horror is in each movie 😂😂😂
Right!! 😅
It’s become her catch phrase. Need to see merch with that
I like the ratings she gives... brilliant.
Same 😂😂
Agreed! 🙌👌🙂
7:11 “go get him, and apologize!” That cracked me up lol 😂
The twist in this movie had me falling out of my chair. I did not see it coming. Was fully expecting thrre to be something supernatural. But no. I was like "Oh my God he's in the FU**ING WAALLLLLS!" 😂 It blew my mind.
The fact that I'll watch Kat watching movies I didn't even enjoy speaks volumes about the entertainment value here.
I totally agree
I get the feeling Brahms was planned to be played by someone with a more unusual appearance, a Javier Botet type if you will. Because originally he was filmed without any mask (I can picture his reveal, crawling out of the wall with impossibly thin limbs). Instead they got a more muscular actor, but test audiences weren't all that frightened of this strapping, hairy chested, normal guy, so the mask was a CGI element added in post.
So basically James Russell was too hot so they nerfed him lol.
"Shake his hand... shake his porcelain hand!" As funny as the "And that's the real horror of the story"
Whenever she brought up Brahms had no knees or elbows had me rolling
🎶 Let's hear it for The Boy...🎶
Let's give The Boy a hand
That creature behind you is the real horror of every movie you react to. That’s for sure.
You are SUCH a fun, funny and satisfying human to watch.
Watching kat flailing her arms around whenever she gets scare watching horror movies always cracks me up! 🤣 Delightful reaction as always!
It's great seeing Lauren Cohan as the lead of a movie
yeah not gonna happen again considering this movie bombed and the show she was on got cancelled.
Yeeees
@@Vendrix86??? Her show is coming back for season 2 though. I thought.
@@popermen694...no...not walking dead related, she was on a show called whisky cavalier years ago that got cancelled after one season.
Looking over your videos Kat...no Paranormal Activity yet?? That would be a fun reaction!
I'm sure she'd love it... I know I would.
And/or Grave Encounters 👌
💯
That would be so good. You have to watch it, Kat!
He was holding the parents hostage. A psychopath kid murdering and setting fires who never wanted to grow up. The mask, the doll proxy, living hidden in the walls - he was disguted, ashamed, and afraid of growing up. Every now and again, the adult would slip out and that's who bullied and controlled the parents but he wanted to be their little boy forever. They loved their son so they created these elaborate rules to rationaloze his existence and live with the terror. They found a way out by sacrificing the new nanny to him in exchange for a little freedom and killed themselves to get away.
1:18 If ever Kat ever had to go deep cover in the UK, she’d easily pass as a dirty old man. 🤣🤣🤣 Stellar uploads. Thanks for the laughs.
Your impressions of the creepy characters just gets better and better.
Kats fully commits herself when watching these horror films & always delivers hilarious reactions.
As a Brit may i say your impersonation of a English accent was pretty good 😂 👍
Speaking of dolls: now I feel the urge to recommend the film "Dead Silence" (by Whannell and Wan, who did the first "Saw" movie and also "Insidious"). It's a spooky, stylish, supernatural tale featuring some creepy ventriloquist dummy horror fun.
Oh yeah great movie... Totally freaked me out 😦
@@alenedavis2865 Mmm hmm, good flick
One meme can describe this movie's twist perfectly.
He's in the walls... HE'S IN THE GODDAMN WALLS!
God I hope you read this. I love watching your videos. My grandmother died a few years ago but around the holidays I still morn for her. When I see that you've posted a new video I get so excited because your reactions and jokes help drive the sadness away. I can't wait for your next video. Maybe some oldies like the original Tales from the Crypt or something.
🖤🌺
Kat is totally not hugging herself at 13:00. Great reaction, Kat!
ONE OF MY FAV “GUILTY PLEASURE” MOVIES. The way I clicked so fast ❤️
Finally! One of my favorite horror movies, just for the twist alone. So glad it got you like it did! Wonderful reaction, as always, Kat! ❤
Weird Harold is the wall movie.
This was grossly underrated. I loved this movie.😂😂
"He's...LOCKING NANNIES IN DOLLS!" Yep, solved it. 🤣
Folks what do you think, is it time for Kat to see ORPHAN 2009?
Definitely !
It was so-so.
I always enjoy Kat's high pitch screams and them little arms just start to fly all over while she balls up her little hands up to make a fist! That cracks me up soo much! Kat's reactions to horror movies is just PRICELESS! Thank you for uploading reaction videos for us to see, its a real treat! Hope you have a great weekend KAT! :) Hey Kat, just a quick question, I was wondering if you could react to a movie called Sinister? I would love to see your reaction to it if you have'nt reacted to it already.
I love how you’re instantly on the doll’s side 😅 also where’s our “finish the job” merch 🔪
Wednesday is my new favorite day of the week now. Best reactions on the Internet. Never heard of the Boy but loved it. Please consider the Bruce Dern Film "The incredible two headed transplant.'' Keep up the excellent work Miss Kat.
*deep sigh* ah The Boy. I had the major twist spoiled for me ages ago. It’s why I haven’t seen it yet. But you’re crazy if you think I’m gonna miss one of Kats videos. Be back in 1hr and 37m.
I always look forward to Wednesdays for these reaction videos. Always beyond entertaining, Kat!
Recommending (again):
Paranormal Activity
The Strangers (2008)
The Invisible Man (2020)
Whoa, transition as 22:22 was great. Oh, I think you should check out "Cube" from 1997 if you haven't already seen it. It's a sci-fi horror and a lot of fun.
Such a dapper little creep.
Happy Wednesday Kat!
♥️
Glad you checked this one out, such a good movie that doesn’t really get talked about a whole lot but a solid good time. I think there is a part 2 but haven’t checked it out yet maybe worth checking out, keep up the good job kat!
*"American Gothic" (1988). Starring Yvonne de Carlo, from Vancouver, BC (Lily Munster). And "Teeth" (2007). Awesome revenge horror*
@12:48, "Get your back to a wall." Sometimes that helps. Sometimes not. :)
I still can't get over your reaction to the Lights Out short film. I'd love to see another UA-cam short film reaction. The Passing is great. Enjoy!
Love your channel and your reaction is gold 💛 happy holidays
1:38 great reaction and you and Maggie have the exact same jump scare reaction LOL
very much recommed Black Christmas (1974) for christmas week as an reaction , one of the best and creepiest horror films and christmas films
Here’s a good selection out of left field. 1977’s “The Car” starring James Brolin, Kathleen Loyd and John Marley. It’s the best killer car movie ever made! Someone will comment that “Christine” is the best killer car movie but they would be horribly, horribly, wrong and have to apologize to everyone.
The Car. Just when you thought it was safe to get back on the freeway!
FYI... Brahms isn't a doll, it's actually Jared Kushner's one and only movie role. It's strange to see him this animated because in real life he is much less
LMFAO 😂😂😂
Bravo!!
Winning comment right here!!! 😂😂😂😂
..yes..i remembered this one... ...Don't forget " The Skeleton Key " , when you have time and will..
You should check out The Silence of The Lambs
I am always entertained and laugh when I watch your videos. Thank you
Every time you swing in the air, I just think you're awesome! I fall asleep to your playlist every night. Love you crazy lady!
When all is said and done, it was Cohen's acting skills that really sold the plot and plot twists.
Is there nothing that that woman can't do?
You have become by far my favourite UA-camr. Enjoy your videos so much!
Thankyou!!!
I saw the movie trailer for this before it was released, and I hate to say it, but I predicted everything that would happen. Doesn't make the story any less horrific or disturbing. I love Horror/Thriller movies like this because they're essentially mystery stories.
That's why I never watch trailers
Movie recommendations: Crimson Peak, Mama, Malignant, The Collector, Boogeyman
Crimson Peak, I think Kat would like that one, too.
Movie editing is crazy! I've been to this castle multiple times in real life. It's a very pleasant castle in a nice area in Canada. But here in this movie, it's so secluded and creepy. Ahhh I love technology. 😂
my first ever date was to see this in theatres, but i havent rewatched it since. i spent most of it cowering in their shoulder, so i actually missed a lot of details. never did a second date, but since then ive gotten obsessed with horror movies. i still flinch though, so i watch at home where i can rewind :)
22:26 - 😂 I couldn’t agree more KAT- pure beauty 🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼
I need to know the story with Mr. Heart of Gold in the corner back there 😂❤
Another great reaction!!!! Please, please, you must watch The Strangers!!!
i like that your issue isnt that there is a creepy doll, but that she didnt treat the creepy doll nice enough lolol
Hi Kat, if you enjoyed this movie I also recommend watching Wes Craven's The People Under the Stairs sometime. And as always the unrated version of Peter Jackson's Braindead (aka Dead Alive). You'll love em both I'm sure. :)
This was one of your funniest videos! I was cracking up every time you got mad at her for not following the rules
Another great reaction. I’ve been wanting you to watch this since I first stumbled on your channel a few months back and seeing your friend behind you in the corner haha.
30 days of night from 2007 this one you should watch i highly recommend it
Exorcist 3 next!
Lol, yeah she Needs to just skip part 2 for sure. 3 is the real sequel. Kinda..
@@randyranderson3150Oh, yes. Exorcist II: The Heretic is a pile of dung. Exorcist III: Legion is a fascinating and creepy sequel, picking up where the 1974 classic ended. And it had one of the most fun jump scares I've seen.
KAT YOU SHOULD WATCH "HUSH" it's one of my all time favs and everyone, especially my woman friends, always love it
27:59- This takes me out EVERY TIME 😂 “They found his apartment……” girl- I’m weak 😂
I'd like to request one of my favorite movies of all time, Lucky McKee's cult classic from 2002, May. It's absolutely terrific and I think it deserves more attention. This might sound strange (once you've seen it), but May really means a lot to me, having seen it in 2003.
I was having a really rough low time that year and seeing someone that was going through some of the things I was feeling then really struck a nerve with me.
Love Love Love this reaction! This movie fooled me too. Please react to the Stephen King Mini Series called Rose Red! It's a really long movie and might have to be divided into 2 parts, but TOTALLY worth it!!! Stephen King was inspired by the Winchester Mystery House to write the book!
I also suggest Cujo. Since I'm afraid of dogs that movie scares the crap out of me.😱😱
Hi Kat, the message of this movie is - dont let your creepy doll alone in the corner... 😘😘😘
😄😄😄
Also wanted to say that this film "The Boy" reminded me of a 1974 American TV movie called "Bad Ronald" in which an awkward nerdy teen living with his divorced Mom has to temporarily stay in a secret place inside the house after something tragic happens in the neighborhood (his fault). But while he is hiding, his mother dies in the hospital while having gallbladder surgery, and since she had told everyone that Ronald had run away from home, the house gets sold and a family moves in. Do more bad things start happening? I won't tell. :)
Now it makes more sense why the parents told her, NEVER throw away food since it's a waste.......it was left to feed the real Brahms hiding in the walls........
This movie reminds me of an older horror-comedy called “House of the Long Shadows.” It stars the old school horror icons Vincent Price, Peter Cushing and Christopher Lee. I think you would find it a fun and entertaining movie and you’ll see why I drew a parallel to The Boy.
House of the Long Shadows is SUCH fun! I think Kat would really like it.
@@raputathebutaagreed!
omg how have I not seen this. Just looked on imdb, and what a classic cast!
Lol, Kat's record was skipping when Brahms came out of the walls.
Note:Don't watch the second one. They really tried to go "Annabelle"with it and it took away from the mastery of the reveal in this one.
You’re so funny thanks for the laughs 😅
First, I loved your reaction- your videos are the BEST!! Second, you’re an actress, when are YOU going to star in a Horror movie? Let’s call A24 or Blumhouse and get this ball rolling ASAP.
Nice reaction
Love to see a compilation video, of all yer jumps scares.
You’re awesome 😎
Keep it up 👍
This is like an evil version of Encanto, where the house is empty and Bruno actually went crazy.
BRAHMSY NO! This was a new one to me, even this reaction edit had me jumpy.
You're my favorite person to watch scary movies with 👍
Fun reaction. You should add "People Under the Stairs" 1991, and "Magic" 1978 to your list.
OMG KAT! I almost pee'ed on myeself with that British Accent! 🤣😂🤣😂
I think you would enjoy watching the visit! its really good and well made and is shot the same way way that Bair witch is!!
Favorite reaction channel hands down 😊
Yay! So glad you did this one, I was shook when he came bounding out of the wall. The second one isn't as good, but worth a watch.
Great job Kat! Another fun reaction. I like that they didn't make it just another possessed doll movie. I'm still hoping for Near Dark sometime. Keep up the great work.
There is a fantastic psychological horror film from the late 80s that is almost completely forgotten titled "PIN". It's a little similar to this film which is why I recommend it. I doubt it will ever win any poles as no one had even heard about it, but for horror fans out there, I'd still like to recommend it. It's pretty messed up.
Yelling in fear: That's beautiful filmmaking!
always a good watch. thanks.
Great film reaction Kat! Thanks 🙏🙂
Question. How did you know that that was Maggie from The Walking Dead if you hate horror movies? 😅
enjoyable to watch and im not talking about the film i love your reactions kat there is nothing like a good british horror
She should do Orphan if it hasnt been spoiled for her.
I’ve seen all the Chucky movies and I’ve also seen the movie Annabelle which also has a creepy doll in.
Don't forget Black Christmas (1974)!!
Fun fact they have the actual doll in a museum in the keys
I am HERE for your bri'ish accents! 🫖🌂
Gotta keep those rats out so they don’t get into the walls.
Hi kat hope you are having an great and awesome day ❤

looking forward to it 🙂
Absolutely love you and your reactions! The Boy 2 was just as creepy as The Boy!Keep up the great reactions Kat!
Should watch The People Under the Stairs next, if'n ya haven't already
30:14 and so do I ♫
Interesting movie, your analysis is so fun. Like dolls? Consider "Dead Silence" or "Magic" (1978) both creepy in different ways, or the ever popular "Childs Play" look forward to next week!
I did not watched this movie before, but my observation is this - I think Kat is scared more of the things she came up in her own imagination then what is really happening on the screen. So the horror with more tension and suspense affecting her more than others. Yeah there were creepy moments in this one... and KAT predicted a smashing of the doll. NICE work KAT! :)
Anyway - we need to see KAT in some "nice" horror movie. Just imagine! :D
Man... when or when are we going to see "Evil Dead 2" or Aliens?
Well - back to my usual recommandations.
"The Terminator" from 1984, "Shocker" 1989 from Wes Craven; "Flatliners" 1990 "The Others" from 2001, "Sleepy Hollow" from 1999, "Twilight Zone: The Movie with Nightmare at 20,000 Feet" 1983. "Basket Case" 1982. and "Child's Play" from 1988 and "Critters" from 1986.
PLEASE! :)
Great video You have to react to The Woods 2006 it’s such an underrated horror movie hidden gem 💎
