About The Fosters:
“The Fosters” is a compelling, one-hour drama about a multi-ethnic family mix of adopted and biological teenaged kids being raised by two moms. Stef Adams Foster, a dedicated police officer, and her wife, Lena Adams Foster, a school vice principal, have built a close-knit, loving family with Stef’s biological son from a previous marriage, Brandon; their adopted twins, Mariana and Jesus; and newly adopted siblings, Jude, and his half-sister, Callie. As the third season of “The Fosters” continues, former foster teen Callie is now officially adopted into the Adams Foster family. She must put aside any romantic feelings for Brandon and does so by throwing herself into her “Fost and Found” website, even drawing the interest of an investor. After his performance at Disney Hall, Brandon focuses his energy on his music, working with Mat on a musical for their senior project. Mariana’s relationship with Mat is still estranged, so she turns her attention toward running for junior class president. Jesus makes a friend who is into street racing and, at his prompting, questions Ana about his biological father. When Mike discovers a secret that his foster son AJ is keeping, he is torn about what to do with the information. Jude must face the fact that his boyfriend has decided to move away while a serious medical issue for Stef results in a clash of opinions between her wife, Lena, and her mother, Sharon. And what’s funny is before the finale Brallie shippers were willing to give the spin-off a chance but now on social media a lot of Brallie shippers said they won’t be watching the spin-off the writers managed to piss of Stef/Lena fans and Brallie fans in the span of a few months
I feel the the writers’ intention of for scene was for that they both remember and acknowledging their past, but they’re leaving it in the past and Brandon moves forward
But their chemistry was too damn fire and they just look insanely in love
I feel so cheated by this finale, there had been no Brallie in a while then you bait us my using them in almost all your promos in the finale just to not have them be together! Having Brandon be single would have been better instead of marrying someone who we don’t even know. Also it is obvious that Brandon and Callie are still very much in love with each other
We don't know Eliza, yes, but its been five years since Grace died, all of which we didn't see. Also personally, I don't feel cheated with all the Brallie promoting, because Callie and Brandon were more than just lovers, they were also best friends, confidants ... yes they'll always have that connection, but you can have that special bond as your best friend

I'm happy Brandon married someone he loves, but nothing will convince me that he's in love with her, or as in love as he was with Callie. BUT y'all were sneaky with that little scene of them in his old room, when he said that "this way" (marrying someone else) they'd be able to be in each other's lives, and that he'd still have her, or something like that. My Brallie heart is still wounded, but that was a satisfying scene and the ending as a whole was beautiful.

The ending made me so mad because you could obviously see that they still loved each other when they were talking and when he opened the door that he was expecting her but it wasnt. And the night before the marriage he was saying that he didn’t even know if he wanted to get married or if she really even gets but that Callie does.
This scene shows that no matter what brandon and Callie will always be in love and his wife even knows it. Its gives that feeling that they will end up together even though we might not see it happen.

I think Brandon is trying to get over Callie but we all know that will never happen. I think with this new spin off that Brandon should realize that he made a huge mistake and find Callie before she tries to move on too. The way he always finds a way to look at Callie those eyes he has for her. He can deny it all he wants but will not change how he feels. Think we need to finally get this Brandon and Callie thing going. No hiding no restrictions.

I’m glad I’m not the only one who feels this way!! Truthfully I stopped watching once Callie was adopted because I know that Brandon and Callie would probably never end up together and it’s made my heart break because they love each other so so much and as much as they try to move their relationships don’t work because they can’t get over each other. And we need a closure between them and have them finally talk about the past and talk about their future cuz I don’t think we ever got closure on that.

I mean he can’t look away from Callie while a song for him and his wife is being sung. A song that he wrote for Callie to begin with. I still can’t get over this ending. Brallie was the true relationship and that’s how it should have ended.
I’m not even upset that Brallie wasn’t endgame I’m upset because as characters they deserved better than terribly written closure scene. Not to mention Brandon should’ve married someone that we could say was the best girl for him Grace and Callie are both way better for him than Eliza. I never thought they’d write Brallie so badly the way they got to closure scene was terrible as well I just think it could’ve been done much better. For one not having Brandon get married to Eliza but still giving Brallie a closure scene could have made this finale way better or keeping Grace alive and having him marry Grace. Not to mention the writers wanted to respect the foster care system yet kept telling Brallie shippers it was okay to ship them even after the adoption and even paralleled the Idyllwild sex scene like cmon
Brian Castillo the writers didn’t make any sense tbh like Brandon was starting at Callie the whole barley paying attention to Eliza she even asked if he still loves Callie and he couldn’t even say anything because he knows that he still does the whole finale didn’t make no sense because to the viewers it’s clear that Callie and Brandon still love each other in that way but they wrote it him marrying Eliza who he didn’t even pay attention to in this scene that’s his fiancé and he is looking at Callie that’s how bad the finale was

I was honestly so happy that Emma stuck around, but Jesus man, the guy just never grew up and worked to fix things with her, and he drove her away. Mariana was probably never going to make it work with Matt either, she was too confused. And Brallie, well.. I was finally accepting them moving on, and these guys had to make us suffer through the finale.
A great scene in my opinion. Chemistry aside, them being able to share that moment shows how far they have come.
that final stare says everything about what happened over the last 5/6 years on that show, it was them silently telling each other, "I will always love you as more then a sibling even if i can only love you as a sibling." i mean even Eliza seen it, i mean they're love was so strong on the fosters even after them splitting up for the family sake, they knew they were going to be okay.

Like they are still in denial that in reality they do love each other not as brother and sister, but for the sake of others and not causing trouble to end it as a forbidden love and pushed themselves to move forward. Crimson Lee maybe that is why the spinoff title is good trouble because Brandon and Callie will find their way back to each other which represent trouble. I heard you can actually reverse an adoption. Then maybe good represent that you can’t fight destiny, they are destined to be a family but as husband and wife not as brothers and sister. They are not blood related, did not grow up like one and fell in love first before legally becoming brother and sister through adoption. This scene and the song will not be in the script if the thought of them being endgame is not part of the spin off. I see two people in denial and who tries so hard to become brother and sister. I for one believe in real love that you will never be truly happy unless you are with the right person.

Everyone saying brallie should’ve ended up together miss the entire point of the show and callie’s plot line. She NEEDED a family, the fosters were meant to be her family. Her and brandon had a strong love and it will always be part of their relationship, but they’re soulmates in a different way. They knew they weren’t meant to be together as boyfriend/girlfriend, but be a part of each other’s lives as family. Besides, the best part about them is their unspoken bond, it’s always there regardless of who they’re dating/marrying. This clip portrayed it perfectly. I personally loved the ending!

The very best part of the Fosters was Callie and Brandon. It was about her/Jude, having a Family. She was 16 . In two years she would AGE OUT. It had a run of 5 years. Even three seasons would have been more than enough, without getting adopted. They never intended to have them together. Show got cancelled. Maybe it was viewers just got tired of watching and waiting for them to be finally together. Or not. First three seasons seemed the best to me.

I think their relationship did what it was supposed to. They got what they needed out of being in love at the time. Callie and Brandon now know what it’s like to be really loved. But they also learned that love has its limits. I think at the end of the day, everyone got what they needed. And that’s always a good ending.

it's been a while and I still can't understand how it is possible that they made such a bad ending for them. reviewing the series it is possible to perceive details that the first time I didn't notice. throughout the show they put different people in their lives, some are cool, but at the end of the day: brandon and callie. and then when you finally decide to move on, they do this scene. make it look like it's not over. and if in fact the love of the two was not over, why did you, at the very least, make a decent ending? cmon, they deserved more. even if they weren't supposed to be together, this is pathetic!!!!

There is a spin-off show called Good Trouble which is on Hulu there's two seasons so far, Brandon only guest stars a couple episodes but Jamie is one of the main characters on the show .

I understand that they should remain family in the end because she found her forever family with his parents and siblings. I just hate that they wrote them to have sex and then write them to end up having her adopted by the end. I wish thet would have never crossed that line and wrote them to clearly have been over each other yet still love each other. The season finale had way too many moments where it seemed that Callie was not over Brandon and Brandon potentially hoping for Callie in some small way. It really upsets me that they didn't clearly end their romantic relationship and really played it up till the end.

I wish that Brandon could have married Grace. They were wonderful together and her death was so sad. But if he couldn’t marry her then he should have been single in the finale. It felt very strange to go from seeing him crying over Grace to marrying another girl in the next episode. Yes, I know that the episodes were meant to take place several years apart, but still. It’s hard to get attached to a new girl who seemingly just appears out of nowhere like that, especially after watching him being in love with Grace. Even having him marry Talya would have been better than Eliza because at least we know Talya. Since the finale takes place years after the first season, it would be believable that Talya could have matured enough that maybe she now would be a good match for Brandon.
