About The Fosters:
The Fosters is a compelling, one-hour drama about a multi-ethnic family mix of adopted and biological teenaged kids being raised by two moms. Stef Adams Foster, a dedicated police officer, and her wife, Lena Adams Foster, a school vice principal, have built a close-knit, loving family with Stef‚ biological son from a previous marriage, Brandon; their adopted twins, Mariana and Jesus; and newly adopted siblings, Jude, and his half-sister, Callie. As the third season of The Fosters continues, former foster teen Callie is now officially adopted into the Adams Foster family. She must put aside any romantic feelings for Brandon and does so by throwing herself into her Fost and Found website, even drawing the interest of an investor. After his performance at Disney Hall, Brandon focuses his energy on his music, working with Mat on a musical for their senior project. Mariana relationship with Mat is still estranged, so she turns her attention toward running for junior class president. Jesus makes a friend who is into street racing and, at his prompting, questions Ana about his biological father. When Mike discovers a secret that his foster son AJ is keeping, he is torn about what to do with the information. Jude must face the fact that his boyfriend has decided to move away while a serious medical issue for Stef results in a clash of opinions between her wife, Lena, and her mother, Sharon. This made me so emotional HAHA...I was like "No no no no don't sing Callie's song that is for Callie and Callie only" I am for Brallie, but I think they need to be apart. It's good for them. I want Brandon to be with Lou this season, and I know that Brallie definitely will not happen anytime soon. They both have a lot of issues they need to work out. I'm not sure if they'll end up together or not, but I don't think it's over for them yet - even Maia and David have said so. But anyways, David is so talented and I hope they have Brandon singing more often this season!

7 years later and this song still makes me cry 💛💛💛
It is so good to see Brandon Playing his music again to see him enjoying it , to see him get lost in it. To see his smile again and see him genuinely happy . I love how Callie in her own silent way comes to support him, her standing off in the distance the shadows , I loved how happy she was to see him playing again and singing . I loved the look on her face ... she always gets this look on her face as if his music puts her under a spell ... its this look of pure adoration and love . I love how she was holding her self, hugging herself prior to wyatt coming in the picture watching Brandon and then how Brandon glanced over at her .. I love how these two can share some of the most profound emotional scenes and yet they are silent scenes without dialogue. I love how they can share these looks with each other which says volumes about their connection and the love they still share . it was if for a moment they were back in the apartment in love and he was just singing to her both lost in time forgetting all that had transpired since then. As if in that moment they were both acknowledging they still love each other and probably always will but its okay to move on because that is what they need right now . That's a beautiful way of the writers acknowledging these two moving on changing maturing . I think it was also very symbolic having Lou be up front singing with Brandon as if that was the writers way of saying she is Brandon's now but then having Brandon and Callie share that look was them being like these two are each others futures and one day they will find their way back together .
I fell in love with this show first hand because the guy I am madly in love with we have the same looks... and we stopped talking a long time ago but the feelings are still there, I'm glad I'm not the only one who understand that look. Our love is like a skinny love like Brandon and Callies and I know there love is real.
@ StellarFilms101 Their chemistry is really believable its not hard to believe they are truly in love with each other. I too fell in love with the show partially because of them and the beautiful way the writers wrote their love story .I love the looks they both give each other , the first episode the pilot as soon as Brandon saw Callie to me he was a goner he meets her and you can see he is totally intrigued by her , a part of me strongly believes he fell in love with her at first sight and that love just grew as he got to know her . Literally through every episode in season 1 they shared these looks and as they fell for each other the looks just intensified . That's part of reason why I never lost hope in them as a couple even in the episodes post their break up because you could just see in the way they were looking at each other how much they still love each other that the connection even though they both have been trying to suppress it , its still their . Its how I could tell Callie really loves Brandon and still does , no matter who Wyatt is to her he isn't Brandon who has a special place in her heart . it is in the way she looks at him but especially when he plays his music its how I knew in 1x20 no matter what she was saying trying not to love him she couldn't that she still deeply loved him .... the way she was looking at him when he played her part in his piano piece he wrote about those he loves . IT was a look of " do you have any idea how much I love you ". Even when she was telling him she wanted to get adopted the way she was looking at him before she hugged him ,even in this scene , its really apparent where her heart still lies ... his too no matter if he moves on with Lou in the back of his mind will be Callie ... They kind of remind me of Never let me go by Florence and the Machines only because no matter how much they suppress their love for one another and try to distance themselves to let go , move on we all know they will never be able to let go of each other , get over each other because they are each others one and only .

I'm one of those fans that wouldn't mind Callie getting adopted or Callie ending up with Brandon. I get so mad when people backlash Brallie as same for the people who backlash Callie's adoption. Callie will choose in the end. If she ends up happily adopted, I will be happy. If she ends up happily with Brandon, I will be happy. I will be happy with what Callie wants most and the fans should too.

The story of callie and Brandon the way i take it is that its just made to show us in such a hard way that most of the times you just don’t end up with the love of your life. You just end up with who you make it work. And for some reason the love of your life never works out.

omg i don’t understand what’s so hard for u all to comprehend abt this scene 😭🤚🏼 dozens of angry drunken ppl were in his yard screaming and yelling at him to sing something, that was the only song he had prepared so he rlly had no other choice. it’s not an unbelievable thing at all rlly. i mean, clearly, he knew that the situation wasn’t ideal considering he felt the need to go ask Callie before he sang it. Brandon didn’t even expect Lou to come back and sing with him, the song was a quarter of the way done before she came on stage. it’s not like he planned on singing callies song w another girl, brallie was still a thing both before and after.
This is so much better than the iTunes version. I think Ashley's voice really added to it in the best way possible. It sounded amazing with it and most of you are all overlooking how good it sounds since he sang the song with another girl. Like calm down it was so much better that way and Brallie isn't even that big a deal. He's also not even dating Lou so why are a bunch of people commenting that? It might happen but either way the song was good.

This part made me cry because the harmony was beautiful! Lou was being a total jerk until Callie told her that Vico ruined Brandon's dreams. It was sweet of Lou to do that but it's sad that she had to hear it from Callie to help him.

David has such a beautiful voice! I love this song! And I miss Brallie together. I haven't been able to watch any of the new episodes once I saw that Callie will be back with Wyatt and that Brandon will get a new love interest. For me, Brandon and Callie are a huge draw to the show. They have so much chemistry. I love them together. So it's tough for me to watch the show with them dating other people. Callie can be part of the family even while dating Brandon. If Brandon and Callie get married in the future, she'll be fully part of the family, anyway. So I don't know why a piece of paper that says she is adopted is so important in the emotional sense of the word. The family won't love her more if she is legally adopted. They already love her. So Callie can be with Brandon, the boy she loves, AND have the family she wants as well. It's not "one or the other." She can have both. She is almost 18 anyway. What would be the point of a an adoption paper if she is almost 18....I don't get it.
That was my thought at first even tho she dates Brandon she's still part of the family anyway.
