Thank you so much for this teaching.. What a day that will be when we will meet Jesus .. The Spirit and the Bride say Come Lord Jesus Come..Greetings from South Africa.
Based on Hebrews 12:22-24, the Messiah’s death in Daniel 9:26 cannot be separated from the New Covenant fulfilled by His blood at Calvary. Are we supposed to believe the angel Gabriel appeared to Daniel to reveal the timeline of the Messiah who would fulfill the New Covenant promised in Jeremiah 31:31-34, and then the angel failed to even mention the New Covenant. Or, is the covenant with the many in Daniel 9:27 the same covenant with the many in Matthew 26:28? The 1599 Geneva Bible is the Bible the Pilgrims brought to America, before John Darby showed up on our shores about the time of the Civil War. What was the earlier understanding of Daniel 9:27 found below in the notes of the 1599 Geneva Bible? ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dan 9:27 And he shal confirme the couenant with many for one weeke: and in the middes of the weeke he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the ouerspreading of the abominations, he shall make it desolate, euen vntill the consummation determined shalbe powred vpon the desolate. Daniel 9:27 And he (a) shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to (b) cease, (c) and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make [it] desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate. (a) By the preaching of the Gospel he affirmed his promise, first to the Jews, and after to the Gentiles. (b) Christ accomplished this by his death and resurrection. (c) Meaning that Jerusalem and the sanctuary would be utterly destroyed because of their rebellion against God, and their idolatry: or as some read, that the plague will be so great, that they will all be astonished at them.
It is wonderful to hear Dispensational Premillennialism intelligently articulated. This position seems to be taking a back seat in the last few decades. It is like a well of water to a man dying of thirst. Thank you for faithfully serving the Lord pastor Skip. God bless
He calls JESUS the antichrist in Dan. 9:27 "THE" in 9:26 KJV is the definite article added to the original text, mistranslated "the people" and "the prince". Without the definite article the correct interpretation reads "a prince". The antecedent is Messiah to the pro-form "HE" in 9:27. The week is Passion week not the 70th week. The 70th week is the "consummation" in 9:27 that is still to come. Grammatically the consummation goes back to 9:24 the original time specification. Dan. 9:27 reads "and HE (Messiah) shall confirm the covenant (Isa. 55:1-3) with the many (peoples, tongues, nations and kings) for one week (Passion week) and in the midst of the week (Wednesday\Thursday Passover) HE (Messiah) shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease (it is finished) and for overspreading of abominations (40 years of continued animal sacrifices) HE shall make it (Holy City) desolate (void of Daniel's people) even until the consummation (70 th week) and that determined (time of the Gentiles) be poured upon the desolate (Gospel poured upon the children of the desolate; Isa. 54:1)".
We are the people of the comma, 😄. That was something new I learned. Thank You for the wonderful Bible Studies, I am learning so much and it is nice to have it explained in detail. It really dose make a big difference in connecting everything in the Bible. It all makes sense. God Bless.
Great teaching brother Skip, one comment the “comma” or the gap is also explained in the scriptures. He want us to watch and wait for him. I’m in the process of writing a practical book on the gap. Blessings
This teaching is about the “Church Age” or “time of the gentiles” before the conclusion of Daniel’s 70th week…what was previously a “mystery” is now revealed…that salvation is for all people - both Jew and gentile…
Great. This confirms what I know about my latest eschatological discovery -the 70 weeks. About eight years ago I observed I was frequently encountering this phrase and my curiosity rose. The first few websites were misleading though I did not know initially. They gave a very complicated explanation that did not centre on Israel but rather the church. Others had several other gaps and this conflict made me give up on my study for many months. A Jewish site later taught this only gap you're teaching and given the dates it gave, I regarded it as true. It was later confirmed by other teachers and now you. There is a strange sense of gloom and hopelessness whenever prophecy is taught inaccurately. As a result, I echo Peter's admonition that "scripture is not to be interpreted privately" for objectivity and fairness should mark our interpretation of the holy writ.
Pastor Skip: I wanted to add the name of another influential Orthodox Jewish believer named Rachmiel Frydland who, while a Yeshiva student in Warsaw, just before the invasion of Poland, was confronted with Daniel 9 by a missionary named Mr. Rosenberg in a little Jewish mission on Ogrodowa Street. It was his turning point. Then the war erupted with the Nazi invasion in 1939. Rachmiel’s entire family was lost in the Holocaust but he survived. He smuggled himself into the Warsaw Ghetto wishing to die but is persuaded to smuggle himself back out and live. After the fall of the ghetto and finally the end of the war, he spends the next forty years studying and ministering in Israel, Toronto and the States. I was privileged to get ti know this humble man and was commissioned to write a play about his story called Ogrodowa Street based on his autobiography called “When Being Jewish Was a Crime.” Rachmiel was a brilliant and beautiful soul and I thought you might want to add him to your list of those influenced by Daniel 9. Thank you-Steffi Rubin
I always used to wonder why these great preachers are so soaked into errors and preach like fire. Now I understand, no wonder satan deceived the whole world, including preachers in the church.
The Hebrew text of v26 says, “the end of *HIM* shall be with a flood” which is describing a large army sometimes likened to flood waters (Nahum 1.8) also echoing the judgement of Noah’s flood overwhelming the land. This did not happen in 70 AD, but it will happen when the Son of Man returns in glory with His heavenly army (Mat 24.37-39; Jude 1.14-15).
Most translators have disagreed with that for centuries. Nor does it really fit the rest of the verse or the context. The context i clearly about the sanctuary, not the prince to come.
@@ExperienceEric i will never rely on a ‘consensus’ and prefer to look at the text itself rather than filtered through the interpretations of translators with their own unknown traditions and biases and agendas. And no the context is the end of Him, just as it had described how the Messiah is cut off before to form an antithetical parallelism. It speaks for itself and guides the reader. Now there is another army/flood from the false messiah too that will destroy them temple and attack the saints, these should no be mixed up as many do not following the text carefully and this also forms an antithesis just as the false messiah himself is an antithesis and this plays out in Revelation with tons of antithetical parallelisms.
About Daniël 12:11; In the Qumran roles they discovered a decieved translatian from a roman priest somewhere in the time line. It says there 1190 days in stead of 1290 days. 1290 days does not fit in the timeframe of 3½ years (1260 days). The remaining 70 days is the time God will cut off otherwise no one would survive.
There is no gap... 1 Cor 15:23-26 But each one in his own order: Christ the firstfruits, afterward those who are Christ's at His coming. Then comes the end, when He delivers the kingdom to God the Father, when He puts an end to all rule and all authority and power. For He must reign till He has put all enemies under His feet. Jesus is reigning now. Skip dethrones Christ.
Absolutely! He ascended to the Throne of David shortly after the resurrection. He is now "ruling in the midst of His enemies" Like Melchizadek, a king and a priest.
The prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood. Most believe this happened in 70 AD, but I don't see that that happened in the Bible, that it was destroyed by flood. Can someone help me out on this? Is this how the temple will be destroyed after the first half of the trib?
@@michaelbrutsche75 Thank you. In David Guzik’s Bible Commentary, he says After the Messiah was cut off, Jerusalem and her temple would be destroyed again by an overwhelming army (with a flood). Most all Bible scholars and commentators agree that this was fulfilled in the Roman destruction of Jerusalem in A.D. 70.
@@michaelseay9783 It makes sense that the last temple we know of was destroyed in that way, Army (Flood). But the third temple of the tribulation will be destroyed by Christ. Then a fourth temple will be built for the millennial kingdom.
Whythe 70 Weeks Prophecy is not studied in the context of 2,300 Days Prophecy in Daniel 8:14.? Aren't they related? At the end of the 2,300 days prophecy is the sactuary will be cleansed.
You're absolutely correct .and hardly any preacher out there knows what Daniel 8 is saying. I've studied that for about fifty years. It is where (Jesus himself said to go to.. (the first place is Daniel 8.. in Matthew 24:15.) The (transgression of desolation.) Is the (abomination of desolation) in Daniel 8:13. The 2300 days are 91% of the 2520 days in Daniel 9:27 the remainder space is 220 days to build( that sanctuary in Daniel 8!!)
Important that you search out and confirm for yourself if this is what Daniel was talking about in chapter 9:27. It would appear that the “he” from verse 27 has “confirmed a covenant with the many” in his 7 year plan. This was announced on May 25,2021. (Google- Pope 7year plan) And this same person in a mock display went to Mt. Sinai to give us his climate 10 commandments. If this isn’t what Daniel was referring to, then it’s awfully crazy close to what’s described.
None of the people in their mockery of the 10 real commandments confirmed any kind of covenant - with the Jewish people or any other people group… you will know when the “prince to come” / the antichrist comes and makes/strengthens a covenant with the Jewish people….
1. The entire prophecy of Daniel 9:24-27 covers a period of “seventy weeks.” This period applies to one complete, sequential block of time. This prophecy would start during the Persian period and would end during the time of the Messiah. 2. Logic requires that the 70th week follow immediately after the 69th week. If it does not, then it cannot properly be called the 70th week! 3. It is illogical to insert a 2,000-year gap between the 69th and the 70th week. No hint of this gap is found in the prophecy itself. There is no gap between the first 7 weeks and the following 62 weeks. Why insert one between the 69th and the 70th week? 4. Daniel 9:27 says nothing about a seven-year period of tribulation, or about any Antichrist 5. The focus of this prophecy is the Messiah, not the Antichrist. Modern interpreters have applied “the people of the prince” who would come to “destroy the city and the sanctuary” (verse 26) to the Antichrist. Yet the text does not say this. In the past, that sentence has been applied to the Romans, who under Prince Titus did “destroy the city and the sanctuary” in'‘A.D. 70 6. “He shall confirm the covenant.” Jesus Christ came “to confirm the promises made unto the fathers.” Romans 15:8. Nowhere in the Bible is Antichrist ever said to make or confirm a covenant with anyone! The word “covenant” always applies to the Messiah, never to the Antichrist! 7. “He shall confirm the covenant with many.” Jesus said, “This is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many.” Matthew 26:28. Jesus used the same words, because He knew that He was fulfilling Daniel 9:27! 8. “In the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease.” The 70th week was from A.D. 27 to 34. After three and a half years of ministry, Christ died in A.D. 31, “in the midst [middle] of the week.” At the moment of His death, “the veil of the temple was rent [torn] in twain from the top to the bottom.” Matthew 27. The Great Sacrifice had been offered! 9. “For the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate.” Jesus plainly applied this “abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet” (Matthew 24:15) to the time when His followers were to flee from Jerusalem before the destruction of the second temple in A.D. 70. Jesus told His 12 disciples, “When ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies [the Roman armies led by Prince Titus], then know that its desolation is near.” Luke 21:20, emphasis added. Those disciples did “see” those very events. Christ’s very last words to the Pharisees from inside the second temple were, “Behold, (Your house is left unto you desolate.” Matthew 23:38. Thus Daniel’s prophecy about Jerusalem becoming “desolate” was exactly fulfilled in A.D. 70! Jesus understood this perfectly. 10. Gabriel said that the 70'week prophecy specifically applied to the Jewish people (see Daniel 9:24). During the period of Christ’s public ministry of 3 1/2 years, the Master’s focus was largely upon “the lost sheep of the house of Israel” (Matthew 10:6). After His resurrection and then for another 3 1/2 years, His disciples preached mostly to Jews (see Acts 1-6). After that second 3 1/2-year period, in 34 A.D., the bold Stephen was stoned by the Jewish Sanhedrin (see Acts 7). This infamous deed marked the then-ruling Jewish leaders’ final, official rejection of the gospel of our Savior. Then the gospel went to the Gentiles. In Acts 9, Saul became Paul, the “apostle to the Gentiles” (Romans 11:13). In Acts 10, God gave Peter a vision revealing it was now time to preach to the Gentiles(see Acts l0:1-28). Read also Acts (l3:46) Thus approximately 3 1/2 years after the crucifixion-and at the end of the 70-week prophecy given for the Jewish people-the gospel shifted to the Gentiles exactly as predicted in Bible prophecy.
The aspect of an antichrist is a fable introduced around 950 AD. There is so much that you have wrong. With respect, I doubt you personally have thought this through. You say that Jesus didn't confirm a covenant with the many. Mark 14:24, Matthew 26:26-28, Isaiah 53:11, and Romans 5:15. Please show me any verse that anyone but Jesus confirms a covenant with the many. Do you really believe that Jesus didn't cause the sacrifice and ablation to cease? Just prior to His death Jesus said this to the Sanhedrin "your horse is left to you desolate." If you really understood Daniels 70 weeks, you would realize Christ's total victory.
YES, yes, praise the LORD for making co-heirs of the commonwealth of Israel!!! Psalm 46:4 PRAISE GOD FOR EPHESIANS 3:5-6 where the Apostle Paul wrote to God's people, to the church both Jew and Gentile; and to all Israel with ears to hear, the following truth given and revealed by God's grace this declaration: "How that by revelation he made known unto me the mystery; (as I wrote afore in few words, 4 Whereby, when you read, you may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ) 5 Which in other ages was not made known unto the sons of men, as it is now revealed unto his holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit; 6 That the Gentiles should be fellow heirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel: 7 "==========================================His Times and Seasons per the LORD's FEAST; the time of HARVEST at Pentecost. The great and terrible Day of the LORD and day of vengeance will last 3.5 years per Revelation 6:15-17 Again, we read the Ancient of Days sits on His throne and the LAMB's WRATH comes at the opening of the SEVENTH Seal. but towards the end of Revelation Chapter six, DURING the Sixth Seal, Jesus, the Word of God says in: Revelation 6:15-17 that the wrath of God then comes on a God rejecting world. His day of wrath arrives in Revelation 6:15-17 and the kings and people on earth recognize it to be the case and they cry out to the caves and mountains to hide them from God's wrath saying, "Who shall be able to stand"? ------------------The answer is that ONLY those that are sealed and protected by the LORD Jesus will be able to stand and remain standing at His second coming. The SEALED 144,000 of the LORD are His first-fruits of Israel; the LORD Jesus has them sealed as belonging to Him; twelve thousand from each of Israeli tribes [they are sealed by God for ownership & for protection during the latter half of the final seven years prior to Jesus' return as written about in Revelation 7: 4-8. ------------------ The Gospel of Jesus Christ our LORD will be proclaimed globally at the time of the end, and all Israel will be saved. Does it mean that every Israeli of the nation Israel will be saved? Does it mean that all Jews and or men of the line of Abraham will be saved in Messiah Jesus Christ and every one of the living then, will be forgiven their sins and saved from their sins against God and not perish in their sins? No, not everyone of the seed of Abraham is saved except those who are of Abraham's faith through the son of promise, Isaac that leads to God's lamb of God, Yahushua. By Him, "All Israel will be saved. In the LORD, we believe the Word of God means to be understood that the nation of Israel will be saved as a whole, and of those governed by God; Abraham's seed, a people that come to faith in their Messiah and receive Him as their personal Lord and Savior. HOW do we know this? Because the Word of God QUALIFIES the SEED OF ABRAHAM of FAITH. Romans puts it this way: Romans 9:7“Neither, because they are the seed of Abraham, are they all children: but, In Isaac shall thy seed be called.”=======================In current times as of today's date, May of 2023-- the remnant church of Christ is anointed and in God's glory are proclaiming the Kingdom of God with miracles, signs and wonders following them in the USA and in the world. This is showing the prophecy that the Government of the LORD Jesus will be IN His people also for He has made us His co-workers; We see that the INCREASE of the LORD'S full government that is upon His shoulders and we in Him, will rule and reign with Him and the increase of His government will continue to progress in the end times as He comes in His glory Presence-- in His and through His anointed church --until the LORD Jesus returns physically in Jerusalem to rule globally from His Ezekiel Temple during the millennium rule of His reign on this present earth.============= Yes, The Antichrist will show his true colors in the middle of the final seven years, the Jews that love God will recognize the BEAST is not the true Messiah; The rest of what happens has been spelled out in Father's Word for us.
The words of Jesus on the cross “it is finished” was the fulfillment of Daniel 9:24 where it is prophesied that He would “finish the transgression”. Jesus made an end of sins by being made sin Himself 2Cor 5:21 Jesus made an end to sins by purging our sins on the cross Heb 1:3 Daniel 9:24-27 is all fulfilled history!
Daniel 9:26 New Living Translation *26 “After this period of sixty-two sets of seven,[a] the Anointed One will be killed, appearing to have accomplished nothing, and a ruler will arise whose armies will destroy the city and the Temple. The end will come with a flood, and war and its miseries are decreed from that time to the very end.* So people will assume Jesus Christ did nothing, then later the city and the temple got destroyed and this world got flooded and war until the end.
Jesus promised Judgment in the 1st century AD...Matt 23 35...and it happened in AD70....remember, Jesus said not one Jot or Tittle word be taken from the law, unless it ALL be fulfilled....are we (Israel) still under the law???....Daniel 12.7....when the power of the holy people is completely shattered, ALL things written are fulfilled....destruction of Jerusalem AND the 2nd temple = end of all things...
Shalom! We are in the final 7. The 144000 (Remnant Bride), will soon be sealed. The AC is in Israel. He will seek to destroy them. Psalm 119 is a time frame for the end of days. The final letters represent the 70th Week, 7 year Trib. Ayin, first of the 7, represents the 70th. Week, the 7 year Trib. The Temple does not need to be rebuilt. He will stand in the Great Synagogue.
Daniel 9:24 - “24 Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.” RSB Notes to myself: Notice that all six events that are prophesied to occur in this verse about the 70th week are all future events that occur at the end of the millennium. Thus, I tend to believe that the seventy week prophecy is a prophecy of seventy Jubilee cycles that takes us from Daniel’s time to the end of the millennium, a time span of about 3500 years. I tend to see the other part of this dual prophecy as a prophecy about sixty nine and an half weeks of years that took us from Daniel’s time to the death of Yahshua our Messiah. It is important to understand the concept of weeks according to the Jewish mindset. The word week in Hebrew does not mean seven days, although that is its most common usage in scripture. This Hebrew word literally means seven cycles of times or seven revolutions of time. Thus, in this dual prophecy we are talking about seventy weeks of years in regards to the first coming and death of our Messiah and seventy weeks of Jubilee cycles in regards to the completion of Yahweh’s will on earth. In this section I will be explaining how the six prophesied events of Daniel chapter 9 occur at the end of the millennium, not at the beginning of the millennium that we are about to enter. The first of six events that are prophesied to occur at the fulfillment of seventy week is “to finish the transgression” (Daniel 9:24). Notice that the transgression is singular. Although it is not stated clearly in this verse, from the totality of scripture there is good cause to believe this reference is to the original sin that occurred in the Garden of Eden and/or to the original sin committed be the snake aka the Devil. Either way, the resolution of this one transgression occurs at the end of the millennium when the Devil is destroyed and the earth is restored to a perfect law abiding condition. It is this original sin that led to death, since the wages of sin are death. So we should ask ourselves when is death defeated according to scripture? The answer is found in Revelation 20:14 when Death and Hades are thrown into the lake of fire at the end of the millennium. The next of six events that are prophesied to occur at the fulfilment of the seventy weeks is “to make an end of sins”. Sin is the transgression of the law, as defined in 1 John 3:4. Any basic reading of Revelation chapter 20 shows that the Devil is actively deceiving the nations at the end of the millennium. Thus it is easy to conclude that the end of sin comes after his defeat and after the defeat of the nations that encompass and attack Jerusalem. It should be obvious from what I mentioned moments ago that the defeat of death itself cannot take place until the end of sin, since the wages of sin are death. As with all six events of the Daniel 9:24 prophecy, this event too occurs at the very end of the millennial reign of our Messiah (1 Corinthians 15:24-28). The third prophesied event at the conclusion of the seventieth week is “to make reconciliation for iniquity”. The word that is translated as reconciliation here is usually translated as atonement. Thus, in common biblical language we are being told that there is an atonement of sins that occurs at this point in time. To the best of my understanding, there are only two periods of judgement and atonement seen in scripture - the first resurrection and the second resurrection. The first resurrection occurs at the beginning of the millennium and the second resurrection occurs at the end of the millennium. Thus, by this one event it really is impossible to say when the seventieth week of the Daniel chapter 9 prophecy ends. Yet by looking at the other five prophesied events that only occur at the end of the millennium we easily are led to the conclusion that the seventieth week of Daniel is an end of the millennium prophecy. The fourth prophesied event at the conclusion of the seventieth weeks is “to bring in everlasting righteousness.” What is righteousness? It is biblically connected to obedience of the law and the commandments. Luke 1:6 tells us the definition of righteous is “walking in all the commandments and ordinances of Yahweh blameless.” The Psalmist connects righteousness to obedience of law and commandments in many verses (Psa. 119:40, Psa. 119:142, Psa. 119:172). Thus, the question becomes, when will righteousness exist everywhere on earth. Once again, we come to the same conclusion, righteousness will exist when the Devil and the nations of peoples that he has deceived are destroyed at the end of the millennium. The fifth event prophesied to occur at the end of the seventieth week is “to seal up the vision and prophecy”. The Hebrew word translated as seal up in this verse literally means to close up or to make an end. Thus, we should be asking when do the prophecies of Daniel, Revelation and other books of the Bible close up or end? The obvious answer is at the end of the millennium. There are no prophecies beyond the millennium, but there are dozens of prophecies that occur right up to the very last day of the millennium. Once again this prophesied event in Daniel 9:24, like all the others, points to the end of the millennium as the conclusion of the seventieth week, as vision and prophecy does not conclude until the end of the millennium. The final event of the seventieth week of Daniel is “to anoint the most Holy”. What does anoint mean? How would one anoint the Father? Throughout the Bible anointing is connected with kingship. The Most Holy is a term exclusively used in reference to our Father Yahweh. Thus the question is “When does Yahweh get anointed as king?” Once again the totality of scripture points to the end of the millennium, after the thousand year reign of our Messiah. An obvious verse that answers this question is found in 1 Corinthians 15:24-28 where we are told “24 Then cometh the end, when he (Messiah) shall have delivered up the kingdom to Yahweh, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power.25 For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet.26 The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death. 27 For he hath put all things under his feet. But when he saith all things are put under him, it is manifest that he is excepted, which did put all things under him. 28 And when all things shall be subdued unto him, then shall the Son also himself be subject unto him that put all things under him, that Yahweh may be all in all.” RSB The timing of the end should once again be clear, as death is defeated at the same time the kingdom is turned over to the Father; and once again we have confirmation that the prophecy of the seventy weeks of Daniel terminates at the end of the millennium. It is important to note that “the end” of time is biblically defined in these 1 Corinthians chapter 15 verses as being when Messiah gives the kingdom back to his Father at the end of the millennium - not at the coming of his kingdom, which will occur soon. Our heavenly Father is holy, holy, holy and we have become separated from him because of our sins. Thus, Yahweh has an appointed mediator for us until he is able through prophecy “to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness”. When the first five prophetic events of the seventieth week are fulfilled then it will be time for Yahweh to be anointed as our eternal King and tabernacle/dwell among us, as is prophesied in scripture. In conclusion, if we look at what is suppose to occur at the end of the seventy weeks according to prophecy of Daniel 9:24, then we must conclude that each week (aka revolution of time) can only be referring to seventy Jubilee cycles of fifty years each. Only by counting 3500 years from Daniel’s days can we end up at the end of the millennium when all these specified events are prophesied to occur. There are no biblical instructions to tell us to move this seventieth week of prophecy into the end of our age, the beginning of the kingdom age. Doing so will not bring about the fulfillment of Daniel 9:24; it will only cause mass prophetic confusion as prophetic minds continue to conflate and confuse kingdom prophecies with the end of the millennium prophecies.
Olivet discourse warned them about the destruction of Jerusalem. He is regurgitating a theory that was never taught by the early church. Not once is the NT longing for a temple on earth- read Hebrews. Ezekiel is not talking about an earthly temple. The schematic measurements wouldn’t even fit in Jerusalem-read Rev. 22 and see the comparison to Ezekiel’s temple. Picture of the new heaven and new earth.
This preacher is teaching false doctrine first of all if you truly know the Lord you should know that God will not leave any unfinished work undone The first thing that I disagree with is Gods time clock to the 490 year completion this man believes that it is a gap of 7years because of Artaxerxes approving the previous decree again in 445bc but God’s count down to the 490 years started in 458bc when Ezra left Babylon to put God's law in place for the Bible says that we are to seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and all those other things shall be added unto you Ezra went to Jerusalem because there were still many Jews married to strange women and foreign women and Ezra placed God’s law back within the land of Israel even the building of the Temple was interrupted for 7 years because of a confrontation with the Samaritans. A group of people called Samaritans wanted to help the Jews rebuild the temple. The Jews would not allow their help, which angered the Samaritans. From that time the Samaritans tried everything they could to stop the building of the temple. But from the year that Ezra left Babylon in 458bc to 30ad the year that Jesus was crucified was 487 years and you take 6 months from the 487 years which left 486 years and 6 months which leaves 3 1/2 years that remained equals 490 years in which brings us to the day of Pentecost that came in 33ad which fulfills the 70th week prophecy for Israel for the Holy Ghost fell on the Jews first and then to the Gentiles in 40ad when Cornelius received the Holy Ghost and his entire family. And in 70Ad the Abomination desolation occurred that was prophesied by the prophet Daniel the Roman Emperor Vespasian is the man of sin and his Son Titus was the Son of Perdition Titus desecrated the temple he entered into the holy of holies and poured out the daily blood sacrifices and offerings and brought into the sacred Temple two harlots and had intercourse with them on the Altar over the scroll mocking God with his sword believing he had defeated Almighty God He also did worse than Pompey and Antiochus Epiphany 1V who sacrificed a pig Titus sacrificed a pig an Ox and a Ram he sat in the Temple of God showing himself that he is God. Now in Daniel verse 27 this man said that the "He in this verse is some future Antichrist that is to come to sign a peace treaty with Israel but this is false doctrine in order to understand verse 27 you have to understand verse 12 . Daniel 9:10-13 10 Neither have we obeyed the voice of the Lord our God, to walk in his laws, which he set before us by his servants the prophets. 11 Yea, all Israel have transgressed thy law, even by departing, that they might not obey thy voice; therefore the curse is poured upon us, and the oath that is written in the law of Moses the servant of God, because we have sinned against him. 12 And he hath confirmed his words, which he spake against us, and against our judges that judged us, by bringing upon us a great evil: for under the whole heaven hath not been done as hath been done upon Jerusalem. 13 As it is written in the law of Moses, all this evil is come upon us: yet made we not our prayer before the Lord our God, that we might turn from our iniquities, and understand thy truth. In Daniel's prayer he mentioned the oath within the law of Moses concerning the book that God instructed Moses to write in it is blessing if they keep God's law and also curses if they did not keep God's law and Daniel said that " He confirmed his words against us in which the He " is Yahweh Almighty God " and this same He is the same in verse 27 when Jesus died on the cross it had to take God to raise Jesus from the dead and then Jesus led captivity captivity because the Bible says that after Jesus resurrection the graves opened up and those that were asleep in Jesus arose from the dead and went into the holy city and appeared before many and then Jesus ascended back to the Father and God sent the Holy Ghost on the day of Pentecost to fulfill the 70th week prophecy 490 years God will not leave unfinished work. Jeremiah 31:31-34 31 Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah: 32 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith the Lord: 33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the Lord, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people. 34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the Lord: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more. Matthew 26:27-28 And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying, Drink ye all of it; 28 For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins. And the other part of verse 27 and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate. This coincides with Matthew 27:50-53 50 Jesus, when he had cried again with a loud voice, yielded up the ghost. 51 And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent; 52 And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose, 53 And came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many. 54 Now when the centurion, and they that were with him, watching Jesus, saw the earthquake, and those things that were done, they feared greatly, saying, Truly this was the Son of God The sacrifices and oblations ceased because the veil of the temple was rent into from top to bottom signifying no more blood offerings and sacrifices and now the veil is a spiritual veil in Jesus even though when the dust settled the Jews started sacrificing the blood of animals again for the cleansing of sin but it was irrelevant spiritually and because of the Earthquake and the rocks falling from the mountainous areas it caused the Centurion and those standing a distance from him they became so afraid and I know because of the Earthquake it had to be a very great noise. This chapter of Daniel has been fulfilled and it had nothing to do with the end of all times. Amen 🙏!
@dugbell9543 A statement with no substance. You wrote, "The novel and mistaken teachings of 19th century Plymouth Brethren teacher John Darby..." What do you find novel? What do you believe is a mistake and why? Don't be shy. Believers in Christ should be able to discuss the word with transparency, yes?
With all due respect...I believe that the gap is in your head and you are greatly mistaken, that is OK for you, however what of those who are misled by your imagination.
The Church Age is a recognized time period…we clearly are living in the time of the gentiles - and the 70th week of Daniel events have not happened. After that last 7-year period (70th week), Jesus arrives, judges and ends the final war, and ushers in the Millennial Kingdom. On that day every knee WILL bow and every tongue WILL confess that JESUS CHRIST is Lord!
Get ready for God’s wrath! The fact that you’re gaslighting a Pastor who has more theological knowledge than you, you need to get your head out of your butt hole and man up. Study it more for yourself and learn some humility. Know it alls narcs don’t get very far are misled who don’t truly study the word themselves.
@@jhubbard7256that’s just what you have been taught, but let’s go over some things: Daniel 9:24 describes six things to be fulfilled within the allotted 70 weeks when Jesus is to be crucified (all 6 fulfilled) Daniel 9:25 describes the 69 “weeks” Daniel 9:26 describes Jesus’ death and the people destroying the Temple in 70 AD Daniel 9:27 describes Jesus confirming the convenant in the first part of the 70th week (within his teachings), describes Jesus’ death putting an end to sacrifices and offerings occurring at the mid point of the 70th week, and describes the destruction of Jerusalem in 70 AD. The 70th Week was completed when Steven was stoned. The fabrication of the 70th Week not being completed is a cover to hide the identity of the antichrist, just as the Preterist belief that Nero was the antichrist does the same.

Daniel 9:27 has been fulfilled in the 1st century. The good Friday to Sunday is a catholic invention that does not fit " in the middle of week" also those who follow the sunset as the start of day, this theory dies not fit when Joseph of Arimathea ask for the body in the evening. Sunset start of the day puts Joseph in the morning asking for the precious body. However. This Daniel 9.27 is being paralleled in our time as we entered the tribulation. Many will be cut off in the middle of the week. I ask that you examine your faith and seek the Father concerning the Blood of the covenant terms and conditions.
The 445 BC starting point does not work. I'm sure your you hear people say things like this all the time ..but I've studied this for fifty years I know why it don't. I think he gets his from Sir Robert Anderson. It'd be shoveling snow in the middle of the summer time if that was the prophecy. That comes up short 6.9 years. This prophecy does not even go. To crucifixion week when you understand it! It doesn't have to! It says after the 69th week the Messiah is cut off.
The only gap is after the first seven weeks any other gap for a church age is contrived. The anointed one the prince is none but Christ, the prince of life, to say otherwise is to dishonour him and the scripture. This futurist view is simply not true.
When Jesus said the abomination of desolation as written by The book of Daniel. Daniel 9:27 has the abomination of desolation. Right in the verse. He was not speaking of himself. So you're saying that the devil Himself there in Daniel 9;27 is Jesus Christ..you're on dangerous ground!
You are wrong. Jesus died after the 7+62 weeks (Daniel 9:26), after the 69 weeks, meaning in the 70 week. The week in Daniel 9:27 is now, it is an extra week, apart from the 70 weeks.
@@nobledebate8018 Have you read it, and the many commentaries on it? Very few of them, and none of the older ones indicate that the 70 weeks havent been completed. Jesus accomplished all 6 achievements it mentions prior to destruction of the temple in 70 a.d. Jesus put an end to sacrifice and grain offering in the middle of the 70th week. Do some reading. Start with the older commentaries, such as Matthew Henry, Calvin, etc. Be willing to depart from Darby in your understanding of scripture. His twist on theology did not exist prior to 1830.
@@nobledebate8018 I know that passage well. Until Darby and Scofield in the 1800s, all church fathers and teachers understood that the 70th week ended before the temple was destroyed in 70 ad. All of them. Jesus is the one who put an end to sacrifices and grain offerings, and He completed all the 7 deeds listed.
@@rustys5111 I do not pay attention to Scofield, I read the verses and it is very clear that it is what I wrote, besides I checked the verses in Hebrew with the help of a translator. Spiritually Jesus ended sacrifices, but the Jews are going to restart them for a little while until the antichrist stop them to set up the abomination.
And Revelation chapter 19 is not referring to Jesus coming for the church this is not the rapture. Revelation 19:13 13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God. 14 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. 15 And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. 16 And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, King Of Kings, And Lord Of Lords. 17 And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God; 18 That ye may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, both small and great. 19 And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army. 20 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone. 21 And the remnant were slain with the sword of him that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of his mouth: and all the fowls were filled with their flesh. Verse 17 calls for the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven to come to the great supper of Almighty God to eat the flesh of kings and the flesh of captains and mighty men this also coincides with Revelation 14 about the Winepress of the wrath of God. Revelation 14:14-20 4 And I looked, and behold a white cloud, and upon the cloud one sat like unto the Son of man, having on his head a golden crown, and in his hand a sharp sickle. 15 And another angel came out of the temple, crying with a loud voice to him that sat on the cloud, Thrust in thy sickle, and reap: for the time is come for thee to reap; for the harvest of the earth is ripe. 16 And he that sat on the cloud thrust in his sickle on the earth; and the earth was reaped. 17 And another angel came out of the temple which is in heaven, he also having a sharp sickle. 18 And another angel came out from the altar, which had power over fire; and cried with a loud cry to him that had the sharp sickle, saying, Thrust in thy sharp sickle, and gather the clusters of the vine of the earth; for her grapes are fully ripe. 19 And the angel thrust in his sickle into the earth, and gathered the vine of the earth, and cast it into the great winepress of the wrath of God. 20 And the winepress was trodden without the city, and blood came out of the winepress, even unto the horse bridles, by the space of a thousand and six hundred furlongs. This is describing when the heavens opened up just as Revelation chapter 19 the Son of man having a Sharp Sickle in his hand and it was given to his angels into the Winepress of the wrath of God and this Winepress is a trough or a vat in simple terms a deep trench in the Earth or ground and the Angels had a Sharp sickle and the Winepress went as far as a thousand six hundred furlongs which equals two hundred miles from outside the city gates of Jerusalem and the blood in the Winepress went up to the horses bridle this coincides with what Josephus wrote about in the Antiquities of Flavius Josephus the war of the Jews Josephus wrote that there were Armies of Chariots in the sky and the Roman Historian Tacitus wrote that there were Armies of Chariots in the sky pouring down fire onto the Temple. Jesus returned between 66ad-70ad to pour out his judgements on Jerusalem and the temple in Revelation chapter one it says that every eye shall see him even those that pierced him will see him Jesus came back to judge those that Mocked him and did not believe that he was the Son of God The King of the Jews those that Mocked him were the Antichrist because they did not believe that Jesus was the Son of God The King of the Jews they told Pontius Pilate that we only have Ceasar as our king so Crucify him and let his blood be upon us and our children Jesus charged the Pharisees with the shedding of innocent blood of righteous Abel unto the blood of Zacharias son of Barachias and all the innocent blood within the Earth and this includes the entire body of the Sanhedrin their whole house was left desolate Caiaphas tore his robe when Jesus told him that he was the Messiah the son of God king of the Jews Revelation 18: 23 And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived. 24 And in her was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth. It says in her was found the blood of the prophets and the Saints and Jesus had charged the Pharisees and their entire body of Antichrist believers with this blasphemy because they also called Jesus Beelzebub. When the Lord comes for the church this will be totally different from Revelation chapter 19 For the Bible says that those that are alive and remain will be caught up to meet the lord in the air in the clouds and we shall forever be with the lord. Not for a thousand years but forever because the phrase a thousand years is not literal its spiritual Amen 🙏!
There is no gap. The count started a second time. The punishment on Jerusalem was doubled as it says in Isa 40. Ottomans made the decree in 1535 and 62 weeks later Jerusalem had just been recaptured fulfilling that prophecy during troubled times. 7 weeks later at precisely the 69th week, sign of the Virgin Rev 12 on 9/23/2017. Also, Jerusalem recognized and America sets his tents or embassy between the seas as it says in Daniel 11 with Michael showing up after embassy established. So it all lines up to a second coming and according to that great sign in the heavens, he’s been born naturally and fully human again. He’s here now on a white horse with bow and crown. When you see him he will have his own blood on that robe. There’s two individuals described in Isa 53 and one has children living a long life. These are the two witnesses. Prince who is to come is Jesus and his followers are the ones that created the AoD and that wasn’t done until Rome adopted Christianity after Constantine. You’re not even close in your interpretations.
Oh...Church... Please listen... Don't fall for false teachers. Read 2 Thessalonians Chapter 2 verse one onwards. The coming of the Lord and our gathering up to Him will not happen until the Antichrist is revealed. Rapture is at the end of the seventieth week of Daniel. The body of Christ is both his Church and the remnant of Israel combined.
Not bad. Many things false in this, and many things true. But overall, not bad. But if his false things were preached true, tons of things would be made way way clear. The Bible by itself is clear enough for me
Daniel 12:11-12 u didn't want to deal with these verses because these verses reveal that whoever lives through the antichrist reign, and lives to see the 1,335th day from the midpoint of the seven year period, u were BLESSED to do this, therefore the teaching that woe is u if your here on earth during the antichrist reign is now exposed to be a lie, to live thru that time is a blessing, not a curse, as the pre trib has traditionally taught the body of Christ. I have 5 videos on UA-cam under the title. PT1 the pre wrath rapture and the third coming of Jesus. To find the next video just type in what part your looking for like pt2 pt3 ECT and then type in the rest of the title. The 1335 days is from the midpoint. Of the 1260 day. Daniel 927 agreement. If you subtract 1260.1335. the remainder space is the cleansing of the Temple of Daniel chapter 8 after the 2300 days!
@@JamieElison Daniel 8:13 the vision is concerning the daily sacrifice, and the transgression of desolation. Both the daily sacrifices, and the transgression of desolation, happen at the midpoint of the seven year period, not half way thru the first 1260 day period. So it's 2,300 days from the midpoint of the seven year period, and not from half way thru the first 1,260 day period just back it up to the midpoint of the seven year period, forward for a total of 2,300 days.
The church has turned from the word by teaching false doctrine by the pretrib rapture Jn.6,39,40,44,54 when Jesus said All the father gives me I'll raise up on the last day and all that eat my flesh and drink my blood ill raise up on the last day Rev 11,15 the jews will turn to Jesus on the last day Rev 11,13. We are in the tribulation now, the horses went out 86 and 87, the seven years of Daniel starts in the sixth trumpet, the 6th trumpet is told us in two parts first the kings of the east then the building of the temple and two witnesses 11,1-14 all the sixth trumpet seven years long, we are now at the first four trumpets getting ready to take out one third of the earth and sea Rev 7,9,14 then your in the woes or last three trumpets 5,6,7 and trumpet six is the seven years. But I believe the first four trumpets are a one day nuclear war that will destroy one third of the earth and sea, Rev 7,9,14 but they will take out a multitude no man can number to heaven. Then you have 5 months of clean up in the 5th trumpet, then your in the seven years of Daniel in the sixth trumpet, it ends Rev 11,14 then the seventh trumpet Rev 11,15 the Lord Jesus. The Lord comes 45 days after they Setup the abomination of desolation Daniel 12,11,12,13 the 45 days after they Setup the image of the beast is the mark of the beast period, 45 days then the resurrection with Daniel vs 13 . I'm sharing this mystery with you so you can know the time. Your brother in tribulation John.
Based on Daniel 9:27 it states; "in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate." That's the mid point of the 7 years. In Daniel 12:11 it states; "And from the time that the daily sacrifice shall be taken away, and the abomination that maketh desolate set up, there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety days." that's the second half of the tribulation. Once the abomination of deselation happens, Christ will come 3 1/2 years latter. You should listen to Him and put away your bias and prejudice. You might learn the truth
@@richardmanning7601 Dan 9,27 says in this midst that not exactly in the middle but in the seven years, Dan 12,11,12,13 said they stop the daily sacrifice, same as Dan 9,27. Then 1290 days later they Setup the abomination of desolation, then 45 days later is the resurrection with Daniel. The 13 chapter of revelation the man of sin is revealed and hes given 1260, so before hes revealed they stop the daily sacrifice 75 day's before . Rev 11,1-14 you see them starting to rebuild the temple for three and a half years then the two witnesses for three and a half years, thats the seven, but according to Dan 12,11,12,13 Jesus returns 45 days after the abomination of desolation it Setup ergo the mark of the beast comes out. The end of the antichrist you see the image come out and it brings the mark of the beast, Rev 13,15,16 . Jesus said when you see the abomination of desolation spoken by Daniel 12,11,12,13 , run for the hills Matt 24,13-22 Rev 14,6-13 Matt 24,22 unless those days weren't shortened no one would survive, thats why it's only 45 days long not 3 . 1/2 . Three and a half years you wouldn't have to pray that it happened in winter because you would see three winters .

This is false doctrine and interpretation of prophecy. All of the 6 prerequisites in Dan 9:24 were fulfilled at the beginning of Christs ministry, and yes he was the most Holy who was anointed at His baptismal. The “gap” that is mentioned is false. The 70th week speaks of the Messiah confirming the covenant with his disciples and other Jews and then is cut off/crucified in the midst of that week. THEN the disciples continue to confirm the covenant for 31/2 more with the Jews and their 490/70wks probation ends when the corporate body/priesthood/nation when they kill Stephen. The gospel then goes to the gentiles. Futurism is an invention of the Jesuits and this pastor is preaching and teaching their false eschatology. Why? I will tell you why…
Excellent observation, Son of Nun. I would point out the massive error in the preacher's interpretation/calculation of the START of the 70-Weeks prophecy (at 10:25 to 10:38), where the preacher has it starting in 445 BC, which would put the 69th Week, when the Messiah would be revealed, in 39 BC., or 8 YEARS AFTER Christ's death! How anyone could take a "490-YEAR time prophecy, and stop the prophecy by cutting off the last SEVEN Years of said time prophecy (over a 2,000-year pause now, and still running), and resume the time prophecy THOUSANDS of years well into the future, and STILL call it a 490-YEAR TIME PROPHECY, is beyond ABSURD!

i think you are gravely mistaken, and your interpretations that i never heard of before confusing as well...there is nothing absurd about the gap, in fact pastor Skip explained quite well about other prophecies with gaps...now, according to you, the 70th week, the Jacob`s trouble, has been fulfilled, that the disciples "continued to confirm the covenant for 3 1/2 more years" and if that`s so, where is the great tribulation that Jesus explained it would happen in the end days in Mathew 24 since He co-related the great tribulation with the prophecy "spoken of by Daniel the prophet"?! it should have come right after...and remember Jesus said "And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened."... since this tribulation has not happened yet, even in your "version" of events there is a gap...
@@josh7191-j6b Carefully read the text again. Where is tribulation mentioned in the 70 week prophecy?. There is simply no tribulation if there is probation going on for God‘s people, namely the Jews. I presume you believe Israel is significant today as having a place in Gods plan. This is also false and a decoy. The establishment of Israel as a nation in 1948 was also part of the plan. The problem is is that you have Jesuit teaching of futurism baked into your framework and paradigm when it comes to this prophecy. Don’t believe me? Look it up. The reason for this is they needed to create an actual person as an antichrist that would be yet future as in our time, because the Bible was pointing to the Catholic Church as antichrist. So this little doozy would pretty much override and overtake the prophecies of Daniel and revelation, which are the actual prophecies that we need to understand. Most evangelicals think certain prophecies of revelation still need to be fulfilled, but the only thing that needs to be fulfilled in revelation is the market of the beast and the seven last plagues, and the prophecies thereafter. What this interpretation of the 70 weeks has done is that it has made the Messiah the antichrist! How? Because the text you interpret when the Messiah gets cut off in the midst of the week is attributed to the antichrist person, revealing who he is after 3 1/2 years. This has nothing to do with the 42 months or the 1260 days of prophetic math Found in Daniel and Revelation. The antichrist is the role of the pope in the system that he represents. The Catholic Church has already infiltrated the main lines of Protestantism, and by seemingly mutual agreements ended the reformation a few years ago , not that it was still reforming because they stopped. If they would have to reform, they would have corrected the natures of the father and the son (Trinity) and restored keeping of the seventh day.
Another end times teacher who obscures the scriptures. Until the Scofield bible in 1909, nobody ever suggested the 70th week was moved till the end times. Nobody in church history ever suggested that the return/appearing of Jesus was a 2-phased event until Darby in 1830. Nobody pre-Darby teachers suggested that the x-year tribulation was only about Israel and the church would have flown away beforehand. Nobody ever suggested there would be 3 resurrections as dispensationalism teaches. The 70 weeks of Daniel were completed before the temple was destroyed in 70 a.d., just as Daniel said. There are not 3 resurrections (pretrib, post trib, post millenium). Jesus returns only once and creates the new heaven and earth right then, just as 2 Peter 3 clearly says. Paul clearly states in 2 Thess 1:6-8 that the church will NOT get relief until judgment day, no sooner. Skip is a wonderful pastor, but he doesnt grasp eschatology per the scriptures.
No, it is not this teaching that prevents them from turning to Messiah, it is that blindness in part that Paul wrote about. There have been MANY Jews come to faith in Yeshua as their Messiah through understanding Daniel 9.

The following proves you are correct. Based on Hebrews 9:15, the Messiah’s death in Daniel 9:26 cannot be separated from the New Covenant fulfilled by His blood at Calvary. Is the New Covenant found in Daniel chapter 9? (See Rom. 1:16, Matt. 10:5-7, Acts 10:36-38) (b) Christ accomplished this by his death and resurrection. (See Heb. 9:15) (c) Meaning that Jerusalem and the sanctuary would be utterly destroyed because of their rebellion against God, and their idolatry: or as some read, that the plague will be so great, that they will all be astonished at them. (See Matt. 23:38, Matt. 24:1-2, Luke 19:41-44) ------------------------------------------------ During recent years many New Covenant scholars have examined Daniel chapter 9 from a New Covenant perspective. Did Christ fulfill the summary found in Daniel 9:24? Is it about the New Covenant fulfilled by the blood of Christ at Calvary? Dan 9:24 Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy. Heb 10:16 This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them; Heb 10:17 And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more. (These two verses are quoted from Jeremiah 31:31-34.) Heb 10:18 Now where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin. Act 10:36 The word which God sent unto the children of Israel, preaching peace by Jesus Christ: (he is Lord of all:) Act 10:37 That word, I say, ye know, which was published throughout all Judaea, and began from Galilee, after the baptism which John preached; Act 10:38 How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him. The death of the Messiah is found in Daniel 9:26, and there are only two possible singular antecedents for the word “he” in the next verse. Those antecedents are either Christ or Titus, who was the prince of the people that destroyed the temple during 70 AD. Dan 9:26 And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined. Dan 9:27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate. Is the “he” in Daniel 9:27 the “Messiah”, or “the prince” of the people that destroyed the city and the sanctuary in verse 26? If we used “the people of the prince” it would not be a singular “he”. Does the author of the Book of Hebrews connect the New Covenant with the Messiah’s death found in Daniel 9:26, in the verse below? Heb 9:15 And for this reason He is the Mediator of the new covenant, by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions under the first covenant, that those who are called may receive the promise of the eternal inheritance. (NKJV) Verse 26 also says the Messiah would be cut off “after” the 69 weeks. If I agree to paint your house “after” 69 weeks, it will not be painted until the 70th week, or after. Is there a “gap” of almost 2,000 years between the 69th week and the 70th week, or was it fulfilled during the first century when the Gospel was preached “first” to the Jews? We know there is a time period when the Gospel was taken “first” to the Jews, as the Apostle Paul said in the verse below. Rom 1:16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek. Can we find a time period of about seven years when the Gospel was taken “first” to Daniel’s people during the first century? If we can, we have good evidence that the 70th week of Daniel has already been fulfilled. Did Christ command His disciples to take the Gospel only to Israel in the passage below? Mat 10:5 These twelve Jesus sent out and commanded them, saying: "Do not go into the way of the Gentiles, and do not enter a city of the Samaritans. Mat 10:6 But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel. Mat 10:7 And as you go, preach, saying, 'The kingdom of heaven is at hand.' Is the time period when the Gospel was preached “first” (Rom. 1:16) to the Jews in the passage above, confirmed in the passage below? Act 10:36 The word which God sent unto the children of Israel, preaching peace by Jesus Christ: (he is Lord of all:) Act 10:37 That word, I say, ye know, which was published throughout all Judaea, and began from Galilee, after the baptism which John preached; Act 10:38 How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him. In the passage above Luke confirms the fact that the Gospel of Christ was preached throughout the land of Israel after the baptism which John preached. Here again, we have a text which reveals a time period when the Gospel was taken “first” to the Jews, as Paul said in Romans 1:16. Bible scholars have looked at the number of Passover celebrations in the Gospels and have estimated Christ’s earthly ministry to have lasted about three and one half years. Was the Gospel taken “first” (Rom. 1:16) to the Jews for a period of about three and one half years during the period of time revealed in the Gospels? In Galatians 1:14-18 Paul reveals he did not go up to see Peter until about 3 years after his conversion. During that time the Gospel continued to be taken almost exclusively to Daniel's people, before Paul took the Gospel to the Gentiles. Read the recent book "The 70th Week of Daniel 9 DECODED" by David Wilcoxson for confirmation of the above. Watch the UA-cam video on Daniel 9 by Dr. Kelly Varner.
@@jellysleeks9428 The globalists at the "World Economic Forum" have said by 2030 you will own nothing, and you will be "happy". Meanwhile many in the modern Church claim we do not need to be concerned about global government. The truth is found below. What does an understanding of the New Covenant do to the Pretrib Rapture doctrine? Since the New Covenant is “everlasting” in Hebrews 13:20, how is the New Covenant Church age going to end seven years before the Second Coming of Christ? Why would anyone think God is going back to the Old Covenant system now made “obsolete” by the New Covenant in Hebrews 8:13? We are not come to Mount Sinai in Hebrews 12:18. We are come instead to the New Covenant church of Mount Zion and the blood in Hebrews 12:22-24. Once a person comes to understand the New Covenant promised to Israel and Judah in Jeremiah 31:31-34, which is found fulfilled by Christ during the first century in Hebrews 8:6-13, and Hebrews 10:16-18, and specifically applied to the Church in 2 Corinthians 3:6-8, and Hebrews 12:22-24, modern Dispensational Theology falls apart, and the pretrib removal of the Church falls with it. The Capitol "C" Church, as we use the word today, is not found in the entire Book of Revelation. Individual church bodies in ancient Asia Minor are found. In Revelation 12:11 we find those under the blood of the Lamb. A person cannot be under the blood of the Lamb and not be a part of the New Covenant Church of Jesus Christ. Verse 12 of this passage proves at least part of the tribulation period is the wrath of Satan upon the people of God. Rev 12:11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death. Rev 12:12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time. "It may come as a surprise to most pre-Trib prophecy students that the post-Trib position (in its primitive form) is the oldest point of view." (The quotation above is from the book "Will You Escape The Tribulation? RAPTURE [Under Attack]", by Tim LaHaye, copyright 1998, Page 197.) Tim LaHaye was co-author of the “Left Behind” books and movies which have convinced millions of modern Christians that the Church age ends seven years before the Second Coming of Christ. Recently, Pastor Matt Furse of Mountain View Baptist Church in Custer, S.D. has written a book titled “Which One Is Right?’, which reveals the recent history of the pretrib rapture doctrine, and the fact it does not agree with what is written in the King James Bible. The gathering of the Church is described at the end of 1 Thess. Chapter 4, and the timing of the event is found in chapter 5. The word “But” in the first verse of chapter 5 connects the two chapters, and the words “we” and “sleep” in verse 10 of chapter 5 prove the two chapters are connected. The Greek words for “wrath” and “tribulation” are not the same word, as proven by the verse below. Rev 1:9 I John, who also am your brother, and companion in tribulation, and in the kingdom and patience of Jesus Christ, was in the isle that is called Patmos, for the word of God, and for the testimony of Jesus Christ. On the road to Emmaus He said the Old Testament is about Him. He is the very Word of God in John 1:1, 14. Awaken Church to this truth. Jer 31:31 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah: Jer 31:32 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by husband unto them, saith the LORD: Jer 31:33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people. Jer 31:34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more. Is the most important genealogy in the Bible found in Matthew 1:1 (Gal. 3:16)? Is God's Son the ultimate fulfillment of Israel (John 1:49)? Why has the modern Church done a pitiful job of sharing the Gospel with modern Orthodox Jews? Why would someone tell them they are God's chosen people and then fail to share the Gospel with them? Who is the seed of the woman promised in Genesis 3:15? Who is the "son" in Psalm 2? Who is the "suffering servant" of Isaiah 53? Who would fulfill the New Covenant promised in Jeremiah 31:31-34? Who would fulfill the timeline of Daniel chapter 9 before the second temple was destroyed? Why have we not heard this simple Old Testament Gospel preached on Christian television in the United States on a regular basis? Once a person comes to understand the New Covenant promised to Israel and Judah in Jeremiah 31:31-34, which is found fulfilled by Christ during the first century in Hebrews 8:6-13, and Hebrews 10:16-18, and specifically applied to the Church in 2 Corinthians 3:6-8, and Hebrews 12:22-24, man-made Bible doctrines fall apart. Let us now learn to preach the whole Gospel until He comes back. The King of Israel is risen from the dead! (John 1:49, Acts 2:36) We are not come to Mount Sinai in Hebrews 12:18. We are come instead to the New Covenant church of Mount Zion and the blood in Hebrews 12:22-24. 1Jn 3:22 And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight. 1Jn 3:23 And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment. 1Jn 3:24 And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him.
He calls JESUS the antichrist in Dan. 9:27
"THE" in 9:26 KJV is the definite article added to the original text, mistranslated "the people" and "the prince".
Luke 15:10
Just so, I tell you, there is joy before the angels of God over one sinner who repents.”

Amazing teaching- wow!
We are the people of the comma, 😄. That was something new I learned. Thank You for the wonderful Bible Studies, I am learning so much and it is nice to have it explained in detail. It really dose make a big difference in connecting everything in the Bible. It all makes sense. God Bless.
You should un-learn the commas by reading the teachings of all bible teachers prior to Darby.
The great tribulation against the Saints is Satan’s wrath. God’s wrath against the wicked is during the day of the Lord.
Awesome teaching. Praise Lord Jesus. Waiting for beautiful event when soon the Lord comes on clouds
Thank you sir.
Great teaching brother Skip, one comment the “comma” or the gap is also explained in the scriptures. He want us to watch and wait for him. I’m in the process of writing a practical book on the gap. Blessings
Interesting. So, what is your thought about how long the gap will be, Daniel , and what brings you to your conclusion ?❤️
Daniel, let me clarify……..I am speaking if the gap between the rapture and The Tribulation beginning.
What an absolutely interesting and inspiring message. Come Lord Jesus

4/24/2024: LISTENING 👂🤙🌺🌴⏰🎚️🙏🏾Come quickly, LORD JESUS.
No it's not
Not so. Read any bible teaching prior to Darby.
The people of the comma. Sounds like a great idea for a bumper sticker!
Bad theology. It is a new concept, thunk up by Darby in 1830.
AMEN!!!
Don't you know that this preacher is a false preacher ? he is not teaching the truth
The ones who are still ALIVE by that time will “ turn to Him “. Need to clarify this, Skip.❤️
Not all.
He's already made that point to his audience
Love ya. mean it!
Nonsense. You can't just stick 2000+ year gaps just to fit your narrative.
Absolutely. No ancient bible teachers suggested a gap.
There is no gap... 1 Cor 15:23-26
But each one in his own order: Christ the firstfruits, afterward those who are Christ's at His coming.
The Lord said not worry about what you ware .
Isaiah 59:19. The word flood is used to describe total invasion or total destruction, not necessarily water.
@@richardmanning7601 agreed.
@@michaelseay9783 It makes sense that the last temple we know of was destroyed in that way, Army (Flood). But the third temple of the tribulation will be destroyed by Christ. Then a fourth temple will be built for the millennial kingdom.
@@richardmanning7601yeah but Titus is not addressed as the abomination of desolation in the book of Daniel! That Jesus tells you and Matthew 24:15
Is there a scripture that defines a week to equal 7 years?
He says Rome ended ...why do we still sign the Roman charter at the G7 meetings?
It doesn't involve the daily sacrifice that gets stopped!
And turn the page again ..Daniel 8:13 the (transgression of desolation). The( first place it's written ) where Jesus sends you form Matthew 24:15...
Wow.
4. Daniel 9:27 says nothing about a seven-year period of tribulation, or about any Antichrist
You nailed it, tiptop
I cant find the link of the Daniel 9 timeline on your website, can you put the link in here?
Psalm 46:4
PRAISE GOD FOR EPHESIANS 3:5-6 where the Apostle Paul wrote to God's people, to the church both Jew and Gentile; and to all Israel with ears to hear, the following truth given and revealed by God's grace this declaration: "How that by revelation he made known unto me the mystery; (as I wrote afore in few words, 4 Whereby, when you read, you may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ) 5 Which in other ages was not made known unto the sons of men, as it is now revealed unto his holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit; 6 That the Gentiles should be fellow heirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel: 7 "==========================================His Times and Seasons per the LORD's FEAST; the time of HARVEST at Pentecost.
------------------
The Gospel of Jesus Christ our LORD will be proclaimed globally at the time of the end, and all Israel will be saved.
In the LORD,
we believe the Word of God means to be understood that the nation of Israel will be saved as a whole, and of those governed by God; Abraham's seed, a people that come to faith in their Messiah and receive Him as their personal Lord and Savior. HOW do we know this? Because the Word of God QUALIFIES the SEED OF ABRAHAM of FAITH.
Romans puts it this way: Romans 9:7“Neither, because they are the seed of Abraham, are they all children: but, In Isaac shall thy seed be called.”=======================In current times as of today's date, May of 2023-- the remnant church of Christ is anointed and in God's glory are proclaiming the Kingdom of God with miracles, signs and wonders following them in the USA and in the world. This is showing the prophecy that the Government of the LORD Jesus will be IN His people also for He has made us His co-workers;
We see that the INCREASE of the LORD'S full government that is upon His shoulders and we in Him, will rule and reign with Him and the increase of His government will continue to progress in the end times as He comes in His glory Presence-- in His and through His anointed church --until the LORD Jesus returns physically in Jerusalem to rule globally from His Ezekiel Temple during the millennium rule of His reign on this present earth.=============
Yes, The Antichrist will show his true colors in the middle of the final seven years, the Jews that love God will recognize the BEAST is not the true Messiah; The rest of what happens has been spelled out in Father's Word for us.
The words of Jesus on the cross “it is finished” was the fulfillment of Daniel 9:24 where it is prophesied that He would “finish the transgression”.
Jesus made an end of sins by being made sin Himself 2Cor 5:21
Jesus made an end to sins by purging our sins on the cross Heb 1:3
Daniel 9:24-27 is all fulfilled history!

Daniel 9:26
New Living Translation
*26 “After this period of sixty-two sets of seven,[a] the Anointed One will be killed, appearing to have accomplished nothing, and a ruler will arise whose armies will destroy the city and the Temple. The end will come with a flood, and war and its miseries are decreed from that time to the very end.*
So people will assume Jesus Christ did nothing, then later the city and the temple got destroyed and this world got flooded and war until the end.
Shallow speaking concerning a profound book of Daniel. Watered down Ministry- "shallowism"
A problem is introduced as we now have 1007 years between the two resurrections.
Dispensationalism requires 3 resurrections. Quite a goofy idea.
Daniel 9:24 - “24 Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.” RSB
Notes to myself: Notice that all six events that are prophesied to occur in this verse about the 70th week are all future events that occur at the end of the millennium.
This preacher is teaching false doctrine first of all if you truly know the Lord you should know that God will not leave any unfinished work undone
The first thing that I disagree with is Gods time clock to the 490 year completion this man believes that it is a gap of 7years because of Artaxerxes approving the previous decree again in 445bc but God’s count down to the 490 years started in 458bc when Ezra left Babylon to put God's law in place for the Bible says that we are to seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and all those other things shall be added unto you Ezra went to Jerusalem because there were still many Jews married to strange women and foreign women and Ezra placed God’s law back within the land of Israel even the building of the Temple was interrupted for 7 years because of a confrontation with the Samaritans.
Daniel 9:10-13
10 Neither have we obeyed the voice of the Lord our God, to walk in his laws, which he set before us by his servants the prophets.
Jeremiah 31:31-34
31 Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah:
32 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith the Lord:
33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the Lord, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.
34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the Lord: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.
Matthew 26:27-28
And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying, Drink ye all of it;
28 For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.
And the other part of verse 27
and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.
This coincides with
Matthew 27:50-53
50 Jesus, when he had cried again with a loud voice, yielded up the ghost.
51 And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent;
52 And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose,
53 And came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many.
54 Now when the centurion, and they that were with him, watching Jesus, saw the earthquake, and those things that were done, they feared greatly, saying, Truly this was the Son of God
The sacrifices and oblations ceased because the veil of the temple was rent into from top to bottom signifying no more blood offerings and sacrifices and now the veil is a spiritual veil in Jesus even though when the dust settled the Jews started sacrificing the blood of animals again for the cleansing of sin but it was irrelevant spiritually and because of the Earthquake and the rocks falling from the mountainous areas it caused the Centurion and those standing a distance from him they became so afraid and I know because of the Earthquake it had to be a very great noise.
This chapter of Daniel has been fulfilled and it had nothing to do with the end of all times.
Amen 🙏!
The novel and mistaken teachings of 19th century Plymouth Brethren teacher John Darby have completely dominated the Church in these last days. ✔️

Study it more for yourself and learn some humility. Know it alls narcs don’t get very far are misled who don’t truly study the word themselves.
@@jhubbard7256that’s just what you have been taught, but let’s go over some things:
Daniel 9:24 describes six things to be fulfilled within the allotted 70 weeks when Jesus is to be crucified (all 6 fulfilled)
Daniel 9:25 describes the 69 “weeks”
Daniel 9:26 describes Jesus’ death and the people destroying the Temple in 70 AD
Daniel 9:27 describes Jesus confirming the convenant in the first part of the 70th week (within his teachings), describes Jesus’ death putting an end to sacrifices and offerings occurring at the mid point of the 70th week, and describes the destruction of Jerusalem in 70 AD.

It's now
I dont know. I cant follow that.
The only gap is after the first seven weeks any other gap for a church age is contrived. The anointed one the prince is none but Christ, the prince of life, to say otherwise is to dishonour him and the scripture. This futurist view is simply not true.
⬆️👍 bingo, thank you.
No scripture backs up that newfangled idea invented by Cyrus Scofield in 1909.

False.
And Revelation chapter 19 is not referring to Jesus coming for the church this is not the rapture.
Revelation 19:13
13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.
17 And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God;
18 That ye may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, both small and great.
Verse 17 calls for the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven to come to the great supper of Almighty God to eat the flesh of kings and the flesh of captains and mighty men this also coincides with
Revelation 14 about the Winepress of the wrath of God.
Revelation 14:14-20
4 And I looked, and behold a white cloud, and upon the cloud one sat like unto the Son of man, having on his head a golden crown, and in his hand a sharp sickle.
Jesus returned between 66ad-70ad to pour out his judgements on Jerusalem and the temple in Revelation chapter one it says that every eye shall see him even those that pierced him will see him Jesus came back to judge those that Mocked him and did not believe that he was the Son of God The King of the Jews those that Mocked him were the Antichrist because they did not believe that Jesus was the Son of God The King of the Jews they told Pontius Pilate that we only have Ceasar as our king so Crucify him and let his blood be upon us and our children Jesus charged the Pharisees with the shedding of innocent blood of righteous Abel unto the blood of Zacharias son of Barachias and all the innocent blood within the Earth and this includes the entire body of the Sanhedrin their whole house was left desolate Caiaphas tore his robe when Jesus told him that he was the Messiah the son of God king of the Jews
Revelation 18:
23 And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived.

It says in her was found the blood of the prophets and the Saints and Jesus had charged the Pharisees and their entire body of Antichrist believers with this blasphemy because they also called Jesus Beelzebub.
When the Lord comes for the church this will be totally different from Revelation chapter 19
For the Bible says that those that are alive and remain will be caught up to meet the lord in the air in the clouds and we shall forever be with the lord.
Not for a thousand years but forever because the phrase a thousand years is not literal its spiritual

The Bible by itself is clear enough for me
27:26 kinda funny how he put this up because Ephesians 3:6 is further proof that the Covenant was *fulfilled* in the 70th Week Of Daniel

Carefully read the text again.
This century old dispensational heresy has kept so many Jewish people from turning to Christ.
No, it is not this teaching that prevents them from turning to Messiah, it is that blindness in part that Paul wrote about. There have been MANY Jews come to faith in Yeshua as their Messiah through understanding Daniel 9.

The little Horn of Daniel chapter 7 is not the first place it's written..he comes from chapter 8... most people don't know that eight was written before 7... and Daniel chapter 8 says he is a( king Daniel 8:23). And the functioning time of the( sanctuary in Daniel 8... Of the daily sacrifice functioning..
and then he breaks the covenant. At the midpoint ...and it's another 1260 days or 42 months. Just subtract 1260 from 2300 Daniel 8:14. lets you know that the daily sacrifice was operating for 1040 days. If you subtract 2300. From 2520 which is the space of time. That the agreement is made for Daniel 9:27..that to be operating.. And the temple to be built is 220 days!
The prince of the people who is to come, called the prince, is also called "the little horn"; aka the BEAST, per God's Word will be called the "Assyrian" and will be a man from the Tribe of Dan. He will likely establish and start out as a world leader from his base in Turkey as part of the end times eastern half of the revived Roman empire ten horns. That place, aka, Constantinople, is Turkey. In the middle of the final seven the man of perdition will attack Israel. His army will invade & take possession of the OUTER court of the third temple given over to the gentiles at the middle of the final seven. Only at the point of 1290 days of the final seven years, will the BEAST go into the Holy of Holiest of the 3rd Temple when that old Serpent called the Dragon overcomes God's end-times, two witnesses are killed and lay dead for 3-days before God resurrects them; at that time, Jesus returning in power & glory sends both the Antichrist possessed by Satan & the false prophet alive into the lake of fire.
The 1290 “days” have already passed along with the “7 years” which was Daniel’s 70th week.

Based on Hebrews 9:15, the Messiah’s death in Daniel 9:26 cannot be separated from the New Covenant fulfilled by His blood at Calvary.
Is the New Covenant found in Daniel chapter 9?
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Dan 9:27 And he shal confirme the couenant with many for one weeke: and in the middes of the weeke he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the ouerspreading of the abominations, he shall make it desolate, euen vntill the consummation determined shalbe powred vpon the desolate.
Daniel 9:27
And he (a) shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to (b) cease, (c) and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make [it] desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.
(a) By the preaching of the Gospel he affirmed his promise, first to the Jews, and after to the Gentiles. (See Rom. 1:16, Matt. 10:5-7, Acts 10:36-38)
(b) Christ accomplished this by his death and resurrection. (See Heb. 9:15)
(c) Meaning that Jerusalem and the sanctuary would be utterly destroyed because of their rebellion against God, and their idolatry: or as some read, that the plague will be so great, that they will all be astonished at them.
(See Matt. 23:38, Matt. 24:1-2, Luke 19:41-44)

During recent years many New Covenant scholars have examined Daniel chapter 9 from a New Covenant perspective.
Heb 10:16 This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them;
Heb 10:17 And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more. (These two verses are quoted from Jeremiah 31:31-34.)
Heb 10:18 Now where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin.
Act 10:36 The word which God sent unto the children of Israel, preaching peace by Jesus Christ: (he is Lord of all:)
Act 10:37 That word, I say, ye know, which was published throughout all Judaea, and began from Galilee, after the baptism which John preached;
Act 10:38 How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.
(NKJV)
Verse 26 also says the Messiah would be cut off “after” the 69 weeks.
Mat 10:7 And as you go, preach, saying, 'The kingdom of heaven is at hand.'
Is the time period when the Gospel was preached “first” (Rom. 1:16) to the Jews in the passage above, confirmed in the passage below?
Act 10:36 The word which God sent unto the children of Israel, preaching peace by Jesus Christ: (he is Lord of all:)
Act 10:37 That word, I say, ye know, which was published throughout all Judaea, and began from Galilee, after the baptism which John preached;
Act 10:38 How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.

"It may come as a surprise to most pre-Trib prophecy students that the post-Trib position (in its primitive form) is the oldest point of view."
(The quotation above is from the book "Will You Escape The Tribulation?

New Covenant Whole Gospel:
Let us now share the Old Testament Gospel found below with the whole world. On the road to Emmaus He said the Old Testament is about Him.
He is the very Word of God in John 1:1, 14. Awaken Church to this truth.
Jer 31:31 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah:
Jer 31:32 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by
husband unto them, saith the LORD:
Jer 31:33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.
(John 1:49, Acts 2:36)
We are not come to Mount Sinai in Hebrews 12:18. We are come instead to the New Covenant church of Mount Zion and the blood in Hebrews 12:22-24.
And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us.
