The first property I have seen in all my searches that I could ever think of living in after my beautiful home by Mt. Diablo State Park. Carroll Ranch is so gorgeous, that like looking at a priceless and breathtaking work of art, it brought tears to my eyes.
This ranch was owned by David Gates (Bread) and homesteaded by the Lee family. City Slickers with money come to the valley, build big, and raise up land prices, then leave.
OMG i have dreamed of this! But unfortunately, in that dream I also won the lottery and without the latter happening in real life, the rest of the dream will never come true!
