You make PPTs in English but you explain the video in Hindi .It really gets very difficult and doesn't go in sync. Why don't you explain it in English itself? If you are targeting Hindi medium students why don't you come up with separate videos exclusively for the Hindi medium students with PPTs in Hindi language only!!

2 reasons-
1- English ppt so that everyone (despite of their language background ) can atleast make notes
2- probably the teacher is more comfortable in explaining in Hindi and since a large part of their audience is Hindi speaking so...
If he explains in English (forcibly) the quality of explanation might degrade,so I'd rather have him speak in Hindi even if it's uncomfortable for a few students as long as the teacher himself if comfortable
