The first minar was build by Sultan (shahabuddin Ghouri Tajik)in Ghor province present day Afghanistan (Minar jam)
and then his Turkic commander build the second Minar(qutub Minar) in Delhi as a sign how huge his empire was
there is also a city called after Qutubuddin Aibak in north Afghanistan
(Aibak city )

Qutub Minar was not Built by Aibak but the Astrologer and Space researcher Varah Mihir as “Vishnu Stambh” . For Space observation and under the rule of king vikramaditya . It was conquered and Modified as Qutub minar later. Temple ruines and Minar have same temple bells carvings.
