7 years really? I built one of these in about 2 hours freehand on a bandsaw it's not rocket science?
Thanks for the idea, but i'd rather make my own than pay an outrageous amount for something so simple, I could make one for 35 bucks from materials at any home depot/lowes...
But your not going to get the 7 year planning that comes with the $120 version.

Does anybody make a stand for offset-body guitars, like Jazzmasters?
Crude woodworking and a waste of valuable wood when made that way. You should have the lower portion a separate piece with the grain running hoinzontal and tenoning into the back piece.
Wow, you really spent 7 years designing that? Get real. I just drew up my own version of a guitar stand in 10 min. & it will only take me a few hours to make! Maybe I'm on to something here?

Why all the hate in the comments section? Sometimes the simplest looking products do indeed take a long time to get just right. He probably meant it took 7 years for the product to reach the way it is now, I'm sure there were other stands before this one that weren't as good but over time he made small adjustments until he ended up with this stand. I think it's a beautiful and practical stand. Because of the lamb skin instead of plastic or pvc it won't damage nitro finish and the fact that it's adjustable and portable make sit really convenient. I would buy one but I build guitars and build my own stands but for anyone looking for a high end stand I don't think there its a better one on the market.

Thanks Eddie. The Negative comments are not worth my energy to respond. Since releasing these vids., I have Built and shipped over 5000 of these to every state in the US and most countries.
