- Chocolate Vienna Butter Cookies.

Ingredients:
- 125g butter
- 50g icing sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla paste
- 1 Egg white (35g)
- 100g flour
- 25g Cocoa Powder
- 25g corn flour
- a pinch of salt
- Dark Chocolate Compound

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven at 170C & line the baking pan with baking paper, set aside.
2.In a bowl, cream butter & sugar together. Then add in vanilla extract & egg white. Mix well.
3.After that, sift in flour, corn flour, cocoa powder & salt. Mix until combine.
4.Put the dough inside piping bag with piping tip. Pipe the dough on the baking tray.
5.Bake it for 30-35 minutes. Once baked, take out from the oven.
6.Let it cool down on wire wrack. Once cool down, dip it in melted chocolate. Let the chocolate harden.
7. store it in airtight container.
