It’s a tough lesson but a lot of people need to understand financial principles my man. I didn’t buy a C8 (own a C7) but when I bought the car, I made sure that I could afford double my payment.
Cars are disposable income my man. Remember that.
Good thoughts Jorge, invest in your future now while your young. When you get older and your pretty much set so you can live comfortably with out busting your butt, Buy the nice stuff that you like and enjoy it. I am 74 years old and have been enjoying the nice stuff for the past 15 years.
I made car payments all through my 20s and early 30s. Once you get to the point of realizing it's a scam, just pay cash. I hope you get another one later down the road. wife and I have a small fleet of 8 and the GT3RS is our favorite by far. I sold the C8 z06 in prep for the ZR1 prebuy showcase last month. Keep focusing on those rentals and you'll get there man, just remember that cash > finance 99% of the time.
Definitely! Can I afford it yes, but is it the smartest move to make, most definitely not. Will it hurt me down the road, maybe, but for sure my mentality has changed over last few years and I will be able to make the smarter decisions in the future.

They are good, but if you go wot back to back to back 3-4 times full rom range it will trigger the check engine again. Normal driving and a pull here or there they work. That’s not bad considering these high flow cats are basically straight pipes

ive noticed over the years so many corvette's get sold just afew months after they get bought. guys have family commitments, that's why you see the largest group of corvette buyers are senior citizens.
Yeah you are either younger or older, hard to have a car like this for someone in the mid 30-40s while the family is young.
The last video I watched you mentioned getting rid of the zl1. Stumbled upon this video and now the c8 is leaving. This is why I don't follow car youtube channels. You made a smart choice though.
Hi George is it. I f you are able to buy 50 C 8s with your cash net with like I do then who cares pay it off lower your insurance and hang on to it if you don’t have an ability to to buy at least 5 of them minimum then keep it even with the losses
U really don't need to explain nothing it just car i rather use that money to something else like u said u family or a side business or investment, u always get another corvette

50 years old this year… paid my house off and time for me to get my c8 for my wife and I (no financing) as I saved up for it as well. life is good and the toys will come again. Look at all the people who are upside down in them buying them with market adjustment 🤦🏻♂️

The Camaros were cool for sure, but I started this channel to show people my cars, and whether I got views or not wasn’t really my motivation to buy or sell cars. I got cars I wanted at the time and don’t regret it, but now my thought proceed and my motivations have changed lol

No disrespect but $1400 a month for a slow N/A 500hp C8 is ass. I pay $1000 a month for my C7 Z06 / Z07 but it’s at least supercharged 650hp. You put a lot of hype in getting a C8 Z06 so idk why u even wasted your time in the slow C8. Should have just kept the ZL1. Them C8’s trash
The dam c8z was a mess from gm in terms of availability…waited so long and got to the point where it wasn’t even interesting to me anymore. The C8 is a different type of car compared to the Zl1. I really enjoyed the c8 from an experience driving around standpoint and when the closed the track down I lost interest in racing since I don’t street race anymore.
1000 a month for a slow C7z. Iv got 30k total in a 3000gt that will run circles around a C7Z and no car payment. The C8 and c7z have the some 0 to 60 so I guess you are calling your car slow too.😂
I have a htc 3lt loaded and fing happy 3k miles on it from may 23 and had 5k miles on my 2017 C7 Z51 manual, I’m happy got 54k from it to put on my 23 htc c8, racing isn’t shit on the street, sorry the track was closed down but life is great with exception to the demoncraps fing America up again only complaint!
@@phaking2409 agree man, the c8 is a different class of car at this point. It’s not meant to be a drag racing car to be honest and it’s more of a head turner than a speedster lol
