  • The body is your vehicle for enlightenment. When grounded through embodiment, even when triggered and “reactive”, you have the capacity to observe your own thoughts/behaviors & start to reshape them. In this practice, we will use simple techniques to drop into the body and explore our deeper sensations and emotions, and open the door for embodied mindfulness.
