Yup, that one had the blower reverse wired some time in the mid 2000’s. Most likely happened during an overhead service upgrade where the 3 phases were re-connected in reverse causing the blower to suck air instead of push. I think Randall has a video of it before it was reverse wired back in 07’ or something. Sounded like regular chopper level 7 back then before it was miswired.
