The all time best piano concerto played just as Mozart wrote it…
Marvelous performance by Eschenback and the Ochestre de Paris. These 28 minutes made my life better.. Beautifully recorded.
This series of Mozart concerti are absolutely wonderful. The second movement always moves me to tears, it is so utterly beautiful. Thank you.
Eschenbach is one of the greatest musicians of our time. Exquisite.

tHANK YOU!!! UNENDING THAKNS TO ALL OF YOU FOR HAVING MADE ME DREAM 28.55 MINUTES IN THE GOLDEN JOY OF PARADISE... !!!
Had Amadeus been alive to hear,'Eschenbach' perform with such zeal & with all that goes with the tone & texture of modern instruments, surely AWM would've been reduced to tears, also.
Such a rich work. A delight of all emotions musically
When I was 16 years old, I heard Christoph Eschenbach play 23 with Boston and I guess Kühn. It was one of the formative experiences of my youth. Some years later Christian Zacharias played it in Boston with Bruno Weil, both musical heroes of mine.
I love his playing of Schumann and Schubert
This is so very beautiful!! As always Christoph Eschenbach respects the composer’s work
giving it his personal way of interpretation, clear, every single note can be heard even in the fastest parts and runnings. The pianist’s love for music and especially Mozart‘s concertos is unique! I have been following Mr Eschenbach since my (also musical) youth and surely will not stop. The second movement is just overwhelming! To me it’s a prayer … Thank you so much! Thea Germany 🙋🏼♀️🍀
I am just going to change my mind to vote this as the best rendition of this one of the most wonderful piano concerti before Pollini with Karl Bohm which is absolutely astoundingly beautiful :) Thank you so much for uploading this treasure and putting tear in my eyes. and I am deeply grateful to the Maestro who has chosen to play piano concerto 12 as well for this special occasion of his 70th birthday.
What an incredible performance. I cannot imagine how it would be to have been there in person. It gives me full body goosebumps.
It does indeed raise goosebumps-the repeated phrases in the first movement-from the first time, to every time I’ve heard it, and here executed so brilliantly, delicately, decisively. A masterpiece, masterfully interpreted. Thank you.
The one and only..... an absolute Genius!
Bravo
Hermoso 💞
fabulous
Bravo, maestro! More precisely, not the maestro, but the demiurge!
Exquisita musics
Magnífico!!
Absolument fantastique!
Excelente. Me gusta la musica de Mozart. Y este pianista tica y dirije maravillas
Beautiful⚘️
the adagio of #23 is one of his best..equal to #21 IMO
Meu Deus!
Just as Mozart wrote it…
2:18✨
His son quipped that power bars were nothing more than adult candy bars.
Horns took out their slides. Likely to make their horns lighter weight for the A horn movt's

Why does piano have a slight muffled sound
Yes.. the audio isn't as good as it deserves to be. poor mic placement. still enjoyable concert.

Too bad the audio is Mono.
Genial, ein Klaviervirtuose steuert sein Orchester synchron....
ein multitascing genious man....
the orchestra is robust and crystaline clear but the pianos' tone is just plain off. still enjoyable though. probably due to poor microphone placement.
