What is ASMR?
Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response
A feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound.
• Autonomous - spontaneous, self-governing, with or without control
• Sensory - about the senses or sensation
• Meridian - signifying a peak, climax, or point of highest development
• Response - referring to an experience triggered by something external or internal

ASMR signifies the subjective experience of "low-grade euphoria" characterized by "a combination of positive feelings and a distinct static-like tingling sensation on the skin". It is most commonly triggered by specific auditory or visual stimuli, and less commonly by intentional attention control.

I’ve been watching asmr for about 13 years now (i started in middle school when it was still a “weird” thing haha) and i just started watching your videos about 2 months ago and they’re very relaxing and soothing. you asked what we do, and i just graduated with my masters in counseling this past December and just started working as a licensed therapist a couple weeks ago. Very excited to begin my career

Today we did our monthly food bank delivery! We have a kids group we call the ‘kindness crew’. All our kids are 4ish. And we do good deeds for our town.
Then I went and got my nails done!

I'm a student Vet Nurse and I had a lady today say her dog was autistic and she genuinely meant it! Lol
lol…Lois is so funny…she shows all the signs of all the alphabet…she is even OCD when she eats her kibble! She takes it out of the bowl, sets it in a row on the floor…and THEN eats it…🤣😊❤️

I think it’s just time to move to northern Nevada!!! Hehehe I mean I used To live in a a crazy area in California too and yes there are things that happen here but it’s definitely not as frequent! It’s totally different here.

The UK is full of crime too.
Me and my family live in a small tiny town in the north of England it's nice full of countryside we are 30 mins away from Manchester and that's full of crime we go to Trafford centre alot that's basically a huge shopping centre in Manchester and there's always crime there too including bombs 😢 xx
