the one thing I know about emotions is that they change one hour from right now you will not feel the same way and I wanna encourage you tonight that you might be in darkest moment you might be going through hell and high water but I wanna prophecy over your life it is always to soon to quit - are in front of you we love you you don’t have to do this having anxiety and depression is like being scared and tired at the same time it’s the fear of failure but no urge to be productive it’s wanting friends but hate socializing it’s wanting to be alone but not wanting to be lonely it’s feeling everything at once then feeling paralyzing numb this is a picture of what anxiety and depression at times feels like yet what I’m learning more and more in life is that it’s fear that causes anxiety anybody who’s ever gone through depression would tell you that it’s just not something in your mind - you know I’ve gone through different pain in my life and different obstacles in life and I’ve been through some real challenges yet this thing with anxiety what’s so strange about it is that sometimes it comes out of nowhere with the silliest stuff and literally what I’ve learned in these moment of anxiety is that I have to stop listening to myself and I have to start talking to myself to be honest so as God is my witness I’m like “Rich you’re great” - “Rich this is gonna pass” you’re just fine everybody here loves you, Rich everybody here’s for you Rich, you’re amazing Rich, this too shall pass -we must learn to talk to ourselves focus on the internal things that we can control rather on the external things that we can’t control fear causes anxiety but number two what I see is that depression detaches us from people life is short it’s too short to live depressed it’s too short to live anxious and it’s too short to live everyday with thinking about taking your life I wanna challenge you tonight to get up that you’re not quitting tonight that one day it is a point in all men to die but that’s Gods responsibility not mine so I don’t know who I’m preaching to tonight but I wanna say to you get up your future is brighter than your past I wanna say to you in the balcony get up your latter is greater then your former I wanna say to every person in this room get up because the best is still yet to come I got a God who works miracles come on and worship him in this house its ok to not be ok

Isolation is where I fight my battles from because people have burned me with what I've told them. I've been alone for years fighting my demons, I've trusted family, church and friends. Its hard for a man to open up and if he does you can't lose him because he may never open up again.

This has been me for a long time I’ve battled depression and also anxiety but never knew how to describe it till watching this… I wish I could find a way past it all but comes to a point where you just don’t want to go on anymore. Feeling alone is something I never wish on anyone.

Me too. When I tell my parents or friends that "I am in pain, I am not well". They tell me to see other struggling peoples life and be happy. They tell that I am living well, so I can't understand what pain is. I am amazed that how easily they judged my situation. They don't even know what's going on inside me. 😢

Your anxiety in delivering your message cannot answer certain life questions, my dear brother. Well, I’m from India aged 58 + now. Series of disasters made me find no reason to live. That series started 25 years ago and now still is on as if some evil (or maybe some bad-god) standing invisible by my side and wishing and driving me to fail again again and again. And why I’m living now is fear to die. The pain. It is very easy to preach and I don’t wish you nor anybody to experience this worst. Best of Luck. May the Devil bless you as God, if et al he exists, failed to be a god. Then when the thin line between the god and devil is erased, it doesn’t matter much who helps us.
