Your message is right on. For any activist, the attacking of public monuments, impeding individuals, rights, or ability to earn a livelihood is counterproductive. The problem is that correcting any of these problems, did climate, racism, deprived, educational, or business opportunity requires work, hard work. it is much easier to just the face a public monument or sit in the middle of a road then to actually work and solve the problem.
