The pressure is not zero, but the net pressure is zero as it's the same on both sides of the yellow line.

Why did you equate atmospheric pressure to 0 when the standard atmospheric pressure is 101.3 KPa?

Thanks for the question. The assumption is that atmospheric pressure is equal at both ends of the system, so cancels out.
