Someday I will count how many gear changes you made during this 9 minutes. Many of them does not make sense for me, but I do understand that gear changes in honda could be pleasure and class of its own :-)
Hello Mikrobi! Yes I know 😅, but that road has speed limit and couldn’t force myself to drive most of the times at high revs! The manual gear is so great that makes you change “because you can” or “just for fun”! Since I can’t drive faster than 100km/h, at least I can change gears whenever I want 😂. Thank you!
Absolutely love this car. Had mine for going on 5 months now and I still look forward to everytime I get to drive it. So much fun to drive, the sound of the lil turbo spinning makes my day, such an impressive Civic ❤️. Literally in love with that thing 😁😁.
I own this same car with a manual gearbox and its definitely the new car to buy right now if you want something good on gas, fun, practical, and relatively inexpensive
@@TheTimeSte Mine doesn't. I have the 2018 LX Coupe and mine doesn't do that at all. No idea why people are saying theirs is rev hanging. As soon as you put the clutch in mine, it'll drop the rpms. Only thing mine does (not sure if this is just my car or other people with the Coupes have noticed this) is after it's been off for awhile (5 or more hours I'd say), the rpms will drop crazy low (500-600rpm) if you let out the clutch out like you normally would if the car was warmed up. You really gotta keep giving it gas and slowly let off the clutch for a good 10-15 minutes before or the rpms will drop very low to the point it'll feel like you'll stall the car. As I've said, I don't know if the other Coupes do this as I don't know anyone else who owns a Coupe. I've driven a standard 2019 Sedan and it doesn't do that. The Sedan I drove doesn't have the rev hang either (or if it does, it's not noticeable). I wouldn't worry about the rev hang. It's not as bad as people say it is. I've driven a couple other standard cars before as well and those ones didn't rev hang either.
I included the video because I thought a person here would skillfully use a mechanical transmission. But how can you jer* * ff the gear knob so many times? The previous presenter jerked the clutch... DAMN!!!

I have the 2018 LX Coupe with the standard transmission and I absolutely love it. Crazy fun to drive. I have a question for anyone who owns a standard Coupe or has driven a standard Coupe before however. I've noticed that when I cold start mine (after it's been off for 5 or more hours), if I take off and let the clutch out as I normally would when the car is warmed up, the rpms will drop crazy low and it feels like I'm gonna stall thew car (like 500-600rpm). Only does that when the car is cold. Has anyone else with a Coupe or who has driven a Coupe noticed this?
I don't have this car but I had the same issues. I took it garage after garage being told nothing was wrong and how the car needs to warm up, come to find out I was misfiring
when this happen you need to check: throttle body - and clean it if neccesary. then check for spark plugs (wanting to stall usually happen all the time and not only when cold) but still a thing to check as Ive seen in the past. another thing to check while youre going for the spark plugs is coils which will be probably it. a dying coil can still function well at times. good luck bro and drive safe.
