LOL this only showed up in my recommeded because ive been recentley OBSESSED with ALIEN STAGE, i don't know too much about gravity falls lore but i do see how this FITS SO WELL WITH THIS, like Bill and Luka are both probably really manipulative, but it's interesting here the "make me your god, i can give you everything" line as Bill is really powerful (i think, idk im just guessing LOL) and he's technically already almost like a "god" in their world.
