Mojec Prepaid meter CIU-PH04 battery issue

If your Mojec CIU-PH04 prepaid meter's CIU is not turning ON when you power it with your AA-sized batteries, then watch this video. Also, if your CIU works sometimes and doesn't work some other time, learn how to fix it so that it powers ON all the the time when you insert your batteries.
The CIU stands for Customer Interface Unit which is used to load your actual prepaid meter or check it the remaining balance on your prepaid meter.

It’s always showing failed when I input any of the codes and even the customer card number.
Also the credit status light doesn’t come on

@aruogudinma if you still have token on it, plug it to your power outlet and insert your prepaid meter number into the CIU. Press the enter key afterwards. It will load a bit and show you "Success". After that, enter your token and press enter. It will also load and show you "Success". If you have run out of units on your prepaid, you will need to insert two AA-sized batteries into your CIU first and then repeat the steps I outlined above.
