Hi Kim! It's a great trimmer! I don't reach for it all the time, mostly because I prefer trimmers that have something to push and hold down the paper, but it gives a clean cut on heavier, more fibrous papers and the light comes in handy. I probably reach for it mostly for the light. Hope that helps! Happy New Year!
