The way Ben smiled before the scene changed made me laugh. It was like he was saying "Heh, heh. Get my little joke there?"🤣

Having Callaghan die at the end of Big Hero 6 would have been letting him off too easy. He should live and feel awful about what he did. Tadashi died because of Callaghan. Callaghan didn’t care, actually blamed Tadashi for dying because he ‘should have known better’ and thought his death was a price worth paying if it got him his revenge. He straight up tried to murder Alistair and, in his mind, that would have been justice because he thought his daughter had died working for Alistair. He hated Alistair for accidentally casing the death of his daughter and was willing to deliberately kill in his quest for revenge. Not that his plan would ever have been justified but his actions were what almost did end up killing his still-alive daughter. At the end, you can see that Callaghan realises what he’s done is wrong. He might have hated Alistair but realising his daughter was alive forced him to confront the fact that everything he’d done was WAY WORSE than what he’d hated Alistair for doing.
Hiro would certainly have felt responsible for Callaghan's death and he didn't deserve it. I agree about the fact Callaghan had to suffer the consequences of what he did. I really love Big Hero 6.
In the series, Callaghan appeared twice and was remorseful of his actions. He also didn’t reveal Big Hero 6’s identities as a sign of gratitude for saving Abigail. In addition, he didn’t try to escape because he knew he belonged there for being responsible for Tadashi’s death and knew he could never make it up to Hiro.😞😭
For as much as the BH6 fandom (esp. Tadashi stans, I'm realizing) likes to paint Callaghan as Satan himself...they tend to let Krei off the hook a little too easily. Yes, what Callaghan did was wrong. HOWEVER, it was Krei's experiment that caused his daughter to be lost and presumably die (I know she didn't actually die; bear with me). And hell, in the series, Callaghan's statement that Krei cuts corners and ignores sound science for profit turned out to be 100% true! Just about every villain who appears in the show became a villain because of Krei or his company fucking them over in some way. Yet he never gets any kind of real comeuppance for it and the series treats him like he's basically a decent human being. That's a big part of why I love the movie, but can't stomach the series, and really am not that involved with the fandom anymore.
I think what make Callaghan a good villain in that movie is he is the dark mirror of Hiro. Both are geniuses with expertise in robotics, both suffer terrible losses, which they are both witnesses to by the way. Hiro even comes extremely close to becoming like Callaghan after he takes out Baymax's chip that prevents him from causing harm.
Good thing you guys acknowledged Return of Jafar, because people would've had a field day in the comments otherwise. Hades does not deserve to die because he is the coolest, important and greatest God villain ever in the animation movie of Hercules in all the time and this God villain given us our childhood

Er...Disney Hades is totally different from Greek Mythological Hades. I'm pretty sure he was actually not evil in mythology. I've heard he was the only non-cheating husband.
I just realized all villains in Pinocchio: The fox, the cat, Stromboli, the whale and the guy who turned all kids to donkeys never died nor had their just desserts
Monstro wasn't even a villain, if you think about it. He was just a VERY angry whale. And Honest John and Gideon's literary counterparts got what's seen as comeuppance for pretending to be disabled (which, nowadays, it's pretty ableist to show it in modern media). Plus, Stromboli's original counterpart Mangiafuoco gave Pinocchio coins out of pity after the latter begged for another puppet's life whom the former was going to sacrifice instead of Pinocchio when the wooden boy accidentally ruined one of his puppet shows. And the Coachman NEVER got his justice-maybe in the future, he'll be imprisoned after his crimes are exposed!
Here's a few more honorable mentions; Stinky Pete (Toy Story 2) - Taken in by a young girl who likes to paint her toys. Lots-o'-Huggin' Bear (Toy Story 3) - Strapped to the front of a garbage truck. Madam Mim (The Sword in the Stone) - Catches a cold and is last seen in bed. Ronno (Bambi) - Last seen tumbling into the river. Captain Hook (Peter Pan) - Blasts off with Tick-Tock on his tail. Randall Boggs (Monsters Inc.) - Banished to the human world. Captain Gantu (Lilo & Stich) - Two words, Gantu... Your. Fired. Chick Hicks (Cars) - Booed off stage for his dirty tricks.
I was thinking the same thing. But then it was said no Pixar characters. Because if they were included then the chef from Ratatouille should have been there too
Also for Captain Gantu [Villian Defeat] (Lilo and Stitch) - Grand Councilwoman: "SILENCE!, I'm retiring you, Captain Gantu." NOTE: Gantu doesn't come back until 2006, as Captain, when he was hired.
In Greek Mythology there actually is a place beyond the Underworld. It’s Tartarus and that’s where the chopped up pieces of the Titan Kronos were thrown. Zeus worked with his mother (her name escapes me) to chop up Kronos (his father) because Kronos had swallowed all of his children (the Olympian Gods) as he was afraid they would one day overthrow him.
Yokai didn’t deserve to die because he is the important, coolest and interesting villain ever in the animation movie of Big Hero Six (2016) and he have a lovely daughter
Principal Mazur- A Goofy Movie Not seen again after his phone call with Goofy threatening that Max will end up in the electric chair. Okay he’s not technically a “villain” but the fact that he went THAT far, he was pretty close to reaching villain Territory. Plus, being the motivational tool behind Goofy and Max’s trip, he nearly got them both killed. Also, Madame Mim-The Sword in the Stone. Last seen bedridden while being tormented by sunshine.
Not all Disney villains should have to face death upon being defeated. These titles are well-thought out. There are better ways for them to face the consequences without dying. The Fox and the Hound was an interesting comedy-drama. Had no clue Grandpa Joe himself voiced Amos Slade. So that was one of his last performances in the 80s before he passed, huh? Respect.
I’m surprised Captain Hook from Peter Pan wasn’t included on this list. He didn’t die at the end of the movie and is shown to be already in the sequel return to neverland.
also spoiler alert: it is assumed the dog was put down in the novel because of urbanization-induced poverty also in the myths about Hades: 1. souls are usually found in the palace of Hades, not at bodies of water (srsly any souls found at Phlegethon & Lethe are goners) 2. as the underworld developed in the myths, sinners such as Sisyphos, Tantalos, & the Danaïdes who committed unfathomable crimes were condemned to Tartaros (alongside the Titans, who were bound and confined within adamantiom); while blameless souls went to Elysiom
Other noteable Disney villains who do not end up dead in the movies they appeared in would include the following (along with some Pixar characters for good measure): The Coachman ("Pinocchio") Captain Hook ("Peter Pan") The Queen Of Hearts ("Alice In Wonderland") Madam Mim ("The Sword In The Stone") Madame Medusa ("The Rescuers") Sid Phillips ("Toy Story") Stinky Pete The Prospector ("Toy Story 2") Randall Boggs and Mr. Waternoose ("Monsters, Inc.") Chick Hicks ("Cars") Lotso Huggin' Bear ("Toy Story 3")
But what about the Coachman from Pinocchio? One of the worst Disney villains ever, and he doesn't get what's coming to him. He abducts young boys, takes them to Pleasure Island where they become donkeys, and he sells them off to the salt mines and the circus without the authorities even suspecting him.
Amos Slade does get something of a redemption, so he's very much an exception among Disney villains. Ratcliffe: dies a grizzly death irl, but goes on to live many years in Disney Oliver Cromwell: lives until 1658 irl, but suffers a classic Disney Villain Death in 1650 in Wolfwalkers Animation: Changing villain fates since...well, since Snow White, actually.
Madam Medusa should've made this list. She lost her valuable diamond, while her own crocs turn on her as she clings onto a tall smokestack out of their reach. But then again, she is similar to Cruella in terms of bad driving habits and her greedy personality.
3:06 Okay, I am glad I'm not going to see those eyes in Cruella. Especially coming towards me on the big screen. It's fine when she's not looking straight at the camera, but here, she is.
1.)Omino Di Burro (that's the coach man's real name), Honest John, Gideon, and Stromboli should all share the top spot. Not only do none of them die! They all get away with their crimes!
The real Ratcliffe died a very gruesome fate - a native American tribe offered him corn if he gave them copper. It was actually a trap, and he got captured. He was tied to a pole and skinned alive by the tribe's women using mussles. His skin was all burnt in a big fire in front of him. After his face got skinned, he got thrown into the fire and died.
Though, imagine how it must have been when they took her to the hospital to check on her after the crash? I can imagine she would've been screaming to those doctors and nurses for those puppies that they had to sedate her

It's possible that Monstero The Whale died by smashing hisself into the huge rocks on shore.
Here's a few more honorable mentions;
Stinky Pete (Toy Story 2) - Taken in by a young girl who likes to paint her toys.
Because if they were included then the chef from Ratatouille should have been there too
@@GBmovieluv Oh. Must have missed that.
@@SomePkmnlovingdude it's ok. But like I said I agree along with the chef from Ratatouille
Don't Mr. Waternoose (Monsters, Inc.) He was arrested, and telling that company to die.
Also for Captain Gantu [Villian Defeat] (Lilo and Stitch) - Grand Councilwoman: "SILENCE!, I'm retiring you, Captain Gantu."
NOTE: Gantu doesn't come back until 2006, as Captain, when he was hired.
In the live action video of 101 Dalmatians glen close played Cruella Deville and she made me howl with laughter
we don't know if he does tho, he WAS eaten by the croc
@@Flossy_jane1965 what
In Greek Mythology there actually is a place beyond the Underworld.
Rhea. Zeus’s mother was Rhea
Emma Stone as Cruella De Vil is the best, awesome, interesting and greatest casting ever in the movie of Cruella (2021) in all the time
Na Glenn Close supremacy
8:00 Yzma
Yzma was a bit too silly and not evil enough to be worthy of death.
Yokai didn’t deserve to die because he is the important, coolest and interesting villain ever in the animation movie of Big Hero Six (2016) and he have a lovely daughter
He was taken into police custody. he didn't die.
@Nadia Shakil some people hated it some people loved it that's all you really need to know about Big Hero 6
Yokai is one of the Best Villains out there, He just want to avenge her Daughter's Disappearance.
Yeah he just was angry that they test it with no human
Hey, some villains gotta live.
True, that's how sequels happen
Do top darkest cartoon villains.
Lady Tremaine's face when she saw the Slipper was the most Satisfying villian loss in Disney.
Principal Mazur- A Goofy Movie
Not seen again after his phone call with Goofy threatening that Max will end up in the electric chair.
Captain silver - treasure planet Captain silver leaves on a small boat about after saving jim
Respect.
I swear, "The Phony King of England" gets me rolling on the floor laughing every single time!
Great List!
The legitimacy of this list is very dubious since they didn't even mention Captain Hook.
And gave an honorable mention to Stromboli, but not to Coachman Barker.
I’m surprised Captain Hook from Peter Pan wasn’t included on this list. He didn’t die at the end of the movie and is shown to be already in the sequel return to neverland.
Which he didn't also die in
@@GBmovieluv yep!
10:57 did Cinderella just say B*stard😳
And what about Captain Hook he’s a villain that doesn’t die
Yep, and unlike Jafar he didn't even die in the squeal. He should be in Jafar's place on the list.
@@bencalebrod not to mention that walt didn't want him to die because he was a really funny character
Madame mim from sword and the stone!
Also I feel that the only reason Cruella made #1 is because of her movie.
also spoiler alert: it is assumed the dog was put down in the novel because of urbanization-induced poverty
also in the myths about Hades:
1. souls are usually found in the palace of Hades, not at bodies of water (srsly any souls found at Phlegethon & Lethe are goners)
2. as the underworld developed in the myths, sinners such as Sisyphos, Tantalos, & the Danaïdes who committed unfathomable crimes were condemned to Tartaros (alongside the Titans, who were bound and confined within adamantiom); while blameless souls went to Elysiom
I love the update of the new videos.
Awesome Interesting Video.
Other noteable Disney villains who do not end up dead in the movies they appeared in would include the following (along with some Pixar characters for good measure):
The Coachman ("Pinocchio")
Captain Hook ("Peter Pan")
The Queen Of Hearts ("Alice In Wonderland")
Madam Mim ("The Sword In The Stone")
Madame Medusa ("The Rescuers")
Sid Phillips ("Toy Story")
Stinky Pete The Prospector ("Toy Story 2")
Randall Boggs and Mr. Waternoose ("Monsters, Inc.")
Chick Hicks ("Cars")
Lotso Huggin' Bear ("Toy Story 3")
Speaking of Disney, any chance you could do a video list of the top 10 episodes from 'Big Hero 6: The Series' please?
At least lady Tremaine didn't get the grim brothers ending. Lol
Also, Tremaine suffers a worse fate in Cinderella 3. First being turned into a frog, and then changing back as a servant.
You should have added Captian Hook, Governor Ratcliffe , Cruella De Vil, and Alameda Slim.
Ratcliffe is on this list.
very very great fun list I like it a lot great job mis mojo one of my absolute favorite list ever number one is one of the very best villains ever
He said “Get your slimy souls off me!! Ewww” 😂😂😂 I be dead as lol
But what about the Coachman from Pinocchio? One of the worst Disney villains ever, and he doesn't get what's coming to him. He abducts young boys, takes them to Pleasure Island where they become donkeys, and he sells them off to the salt mines and the circus without the authorities even suspecting him.
I think Cruella's comeuppance from 102 Dalmations should have been featured because it's quite entertaining
Excuse me! Why weren't Madame Medusa & Madame Mim included on this list> Two of the most underrated Disney villains and also did not die either.
I thought she got eaten, Madusa
@@calebray1834 nah
@@calebray1834 it never shows
I love the way Lady Tremaine was shocked 11:15
Yzma is hand down one of the best villains. Her evil cat laugh is everything 🤣🤣
Amos Slade does get something of a redemption, so he's very much an exception among Disney villains.
Ratcliffe: dies a grizzly death irl, but goes on to live many years in Disney
Oliver Cromwell: lives until 1658 irl, but suffers a classic Disney Villain Death in 1650 in Wolfwalkers
Animation: Changing villain fates since...well, since Snow White, actually.
These villains are still out there planning revenge
Draclaura lost her Life she forgot her Sword and her Life she lost her Sword crystal Like Raven / geralt Riva of The Witcher vs Prince Hans
When I saw this, I know that devillie been on 1
“If.. if is good” 😂😂😂
1.)Omino Di Burro (that's the coach man's real name), Honest John, Gideon, and Stromboli should all share the top spot. Not only do none of them die! They all get away with their crimes!
Awww. No Captain Hook?
The real Ratcliffe died a very gruesome fate - a native American tribe offered him corn if he gave them copper. It was actually a trap, and he got captured. He was tied to a pole and skinned alive by the tribe's women using mussles. His skin was all burnt in a big fire in front of him. After his face got skinned, he got thrown into the fire and died.
Yzma later became a Principal Amzy in Kuzco Academy
Where Kronk would consistently pull the wrong lever.
You left out Princess Namaari.
Let me just say it wasn't black and white between Raya and Namaari and the real bad guy was the droon.
You can’t kill cruella de vil! She’s basically immortal lol
Though, imagine how it must have been when they took her to the hospital to check on her after the crash?
I can imagine she would've been screaming to those doctors and nurses for those puppies that they had to sedate her
