I've got a question and an idea for a video. I have about 8,000 comic books. But I don't remember what's in those long boxes. Is there an app or an easy way to catalog/inventory them? Or do have to make an excel sheet and manually list everything? Could you recommend some apps and share with the community what you do with your stuff?
@violetcat6608 I finally found it in the tab section 😅👍🏾 thanks for the info...man gonna miss him, he was one of the best at this UA-cam thing ah well 😢 😅....
Of the three books shown, I would consider grading the entire story arc that begins with DD #227 thru 233. Of course, I'd want a duplicate set. I don't buy on spec so, for me it's about protecting books for years to come and I have a reader set too. The story arc was outstanding from beginning to end. I do appreciate your channel and the other similar channels as they keep me up on current trends, etc. Best to all.
I have all three of the books featured here including Three copies of Daredevil 227, one which is a Newstand. Debating on sending the Secret Wars and Hulk books in as i may want to keep those in the P.C. but two of the Daredevils are definitely going in for a 9.8 prescreen.
Hey Reggie man missing your video's man...and your brilliant commentary your one of a kind. What happened??? Hope all is well blessing's my friend ✨️🙏🏽
@RegieCollects I'm a straight-up buyer. I collect for myself.. and don't really sell anything. This gives a different perspective on the hobby in general.
Not sure that the perspective changes the answer that I gave. At the end of the day, if you already own the book and it’s a nice copy, sending the book with a prescreen makes more sense the buying an additional copy. If you do not own the book, then buying the grade that you want is clearly the better approach.
This is the reason why it's hard to support some UA-camrs. Ask for money (patreon). Ask for support. Ask for help with their own comic series, and just disappear. Not even a video or anything to say bye.
All nice books - I’ll be on the look out for Thunderbolts when it is back in the dollar bin :D I know I already own SW not sure about the DD tbh. ABC BBD - just throwing a few extra letters up 🎉
I have a couple books I want to grade that are signed with a COD, but, have no idea how to do it. I’m having a Feral 1 signed retail exclusive getting delivered tomorrow and want to get it graded asap-I have heard there is a time limit you have to send the signed ones in for grading-if you wait too long you get the dreaded green label. Does anyone know the best way to get these graded? I really don’t want to mess up-I screwed up with the signed WalkingDead100 back in the day and I’m still scarred over it
Good question. The best way to answer would be to give you a reference where you can read the difference for yourself. CBCS does a nice job of outlining the differences on its website: www.cbcscomics.com/comics-grading-scale
@@artesiabulldogsyeah he was/is affiliated with a guy who was caught falsifying CGCS books and another group who was swapping books from slabs and regrading the higher grade copy…it’s not a coincidence he left when he did…he got away with fooling you all for long enough he ran when the sh1t was about to hit the fan…just go rewatch what books he tells you aren’t worth grading and then see what books he would try to sell you after that😂 like every UA-camr they are in it for themselves…if you believe otherwise I’ve got a bridge you might be interested in

Hey Regie, just heard you’ve left UA-cam. You seem like a nice chap to me. Come back if you feel like it.👍
Where did you here this from, ive been wondering what happened to his channel???

I was thinking the same? Miss ya Regie, hope your ok
I hope your ok Reggie! You haven't uploaded in a month (not like you but you did say you have a demanding job!)
Your in my thoughts bro😊
Im worried.... Is he posting on other social media?
Too much heat with his book manipulating
That wall though 👊🏻
Great topic to discuss!

After secret wars that book, will be pretty worthless. I'd grade and sell.

It's easier to just buy the grades you want for your PC. Skip all the headaches and nonsense.
Maybe. Folks may already own the book and doing a pre-screen wouldn’t necessarily be a headache.

Is Regie okay, i didn't watch all the way til end of video ___ did he announce something?

Maybe you have covered it before, but what is “presecreen “ and how does it benefit you for a 9.8?

I’ve never had a book graded before. I have a Batman 635 655 and 656 that I’m considering but want an opinion on whether it’s worth it to do
Based upon where values are now: 635 - 9.4+ only, 655 / 656 - 9.8 only.
Miss the channel yo
Was missing your videos… everything ok?
Newbie here, what’s the difference from 9.4, 9.6, 9.8? I see a big price difference from 9.4 or 9.6 compared to 9.8.

you could buy a copy of the overstreet guide to grading comics.
Any thoughts on FF#209?
There was been a big spike in value of the 9.6+ that I’m not sure will be sustainable. I would stick with the 9.8 or not at all.
@@RegieCollects Kinda what I was thinking. Thanks.
