Is “hair cracking” dangerous or no? Genuine question because I have no idea.
Possibly I would recommend doing extensive research however different cultures have different techniques so what may be dangerous from a western standpoint can be completely different in any other country ^^

I was told by a doctor hair cracking can cause bleeding under the scalp
@@red1093Yes, it is. It causes more problems for you than actually helping you. It can also cause huge permanent damage to your scalp as well as bleeding inside the scalp. It's been scientifically proven and doctors will literally advise you not to do it. Non of the "healing or reliving" has been proven to actually work.
