Dublin Culinary Student in India | Food Vlog | Disha Naik

Hi, my name is Disha and I am an international student studying Culinary Arts in Dublin. As a part of my final year Gastronomy project, the 'Un-Essay', our Lecturer challenged us to think out of the box and let go of the beliefs of an essay to be as creative and as meaningful as possible. The Un-Essay was the most challenging yet fun part of my final year!
I am so excited and proud of this project and I can't wait for the world to see it! My perspective as an international student coming back home to eat and what food means when it's mixed with nostalgia in this crazy cocktail of emotions.
I do hope people watch this with an open mind, especially people I personally know in India, to keep in mind that this is made from my perspective for the EU base.
