And it's funny, umbridge partly acts like a teenager (with all the fake sweet behavior) and pinkish cute stuff(tho she turns it into cringe), at the core she's pure evil. Like even for tom riddle you can feel a bit of sympathy, but she's just ugh. Snape on the other hand is all dark and gloomy, yet he doesn't want to hurt any student like her.
