This kind of slow burning romance is too boring if you can't make a good story or scenes. The fact is, I only enjoy the story and the acting only in the last one hour. The progress is significant and meaningful. Funny thing is, even if you fast forward it halfway, you don't even miss many things.. 😂 So if you're easily bored with the fakeness of the story, just skipped the one hour plus in the middle, and you'll be fine.
Do people really get married like this still? I am not talking like the remote backwoods od these countries, either, but modern, educated, and traveled societies?
I feel like I've watched this before but I'm not sure if it's just that I've seen the same couple in something else and the same storyline so many times... Anyway I find that the FL has a very annoying tendency of constantly making assumptions regarding the ML. I get that she lacks confidence but it doesn't make it any less annoying.
Yup I'm pretty certain I've watched this before. I can't recall much about it though so I guess I'll watch it again. EDIT: I forgot how much the FL's acting grated on my nerves though. The sobbing crying she did at one point and then the annoying over-the-top shyness and innocence all comes across as very forced and false and irritates me.

This is something we don’t see often…a sensible FL and a gentlemanly ML and a slow build up of a very romantic relationship. This is excellent 10/10
