when i was young and our subdivision is quite rural and sparsly populated we have guyabano tree on our yard, i love eating the fruit cold after meal when its in season,..sigh... my gud old days....simple n nice video.

Nice video. The guyabano (soursop) is not "bad": they need to sit a few days to ripen.
it's customary in these type of markets to give you a small try or "tikim".

Another vote for roxas night market in daveo.. apparently it's recently reopened after covid. Was some history also with a bombing in the past.

This fruit stand adventure was quite revealing... You're the very first foreigner who didn't have an aversion for trying every exotic fruit that is mostly only found in Southeast Asia. It is quite a challenge to describe how they truly taste as nothing quite tastes like any of them anywhere else. I am sure you were pleasantly satisfied and surprised, Marshall.
