Bootleg Mtn is so sick! I was shocked at how well built those trails are! Ninja Mexican was my fave, but the jump tracks at the bottom are also so sweet. Hats off to the builders and nice riding as always.

That move at 0:45 and 1:00...I've seen so many riders you follow do that. They sweep the rear tire in the opposite direction of where the turn is coming and I assume it's to get themselves in a better position to make that turn at high speed. Can you explain a little bit more about that technique? What is is called? How do you do it? It looks so bad-ass when it's done.

Hi Nate, great video. Do you ride the trail blind putting your faith in the rider in front of you? If so have you ever followed them off the trail to hazardous consequences?
Do you crop and rotate these by hand in postproduction? The stabilization is fantastic but it also seems to sort of look towards the apex of the corner at some points. A cannot believe a camera would just make video like this for you.

Proper turn initiation right there. Basically dumps your bike into the next turn.

This was our first lap on all of this. Its more fun that way. Sometimes you go into the bushes, but it is all part of the game.
