there were no special programs in schools in the 70s to dumb kids down..folks went to decent public schools, and parents were older..not teen parents..pre-crack the community was solid..

Im white, born in 89. My fathers in federal prison, bank robber. When him or my grandfather dies, they aint got shit to pass on to me. Im still not making excuses, and if i end up in prison it will be my own damn fault. So that whole excuse of not getting anything given is bullshit.
When people forget they will take a response for their action not waiting for response, and they like wow I didn't expect that, I thought you forgot me... That's why we live in the society where when you take yours that somebody owes you, yous a gangster. People in stone centuries lived that way. People knew they are responsible for action threatened to other person. So when people see you are soft and can't confront them using that issue, they will do whatever they want knowing they won't get any response from weak people, then after decades these people don't know where is the sniper shooting them who is bringing them problems ruining their made life.
These guys were intelligent.
