Trying to find the right bike for my wife who is 5'4" with 29" inseam. This was a great presentation, but would be very helpful to know Jen's height and inseam for those of us trying to size the bike.
I bought the same bike and kept the stem backward. And I’m wondering if it kept this way would there be any issue? And I am aware it supposed to be the other way around. But personally have no issue with it.
I’m thinking of turning my handlebar neck backwards for my wife, handlebar are too far away..: have you had any problems with it?? When I first installed them I installed backwards too
Wow, super nice bike for shorter riders looking for their first e-bike. Being in Canada, I've been looking for companies that sell direct to Canada in our currency so there's no question as to the cost. Thanks for giving me another option to compare with DJ Bikes, Rad Power Bikes and Himiway. Enjoy the ride.

Really nice video but, you didn't say how tall you are. Only said for riders 4'10-6'1 Just wondering because I just ordered one for my wife, she is 5'1" I know inseam matters, hoping she'll be able to sit flat footed not balancing on her toes. Thank you.
Guys, nobody will give you your reviews any credibility if you can’t even assemble the bike correctly. Probably should redo video, pretty funny but not in a good way
Backwards gets the handlebars closer to the rider so that she does not have to lean over as much. So other than that what difference does it make? Why does it offend you to see it backwards? It still turns.
Accident waiting to happen her ergonomics are just wrong.. Fire whoever assembled the bike. Turn the stem 180 degrees and adjust the handlebars accordingly. There is a lot of adjustment in the bike take advantage of it your experience will be much better and safer🍻
I thought it looked funny and now that you mention it it makes a little more sense. On the size factor I know they said that they needed a shorter bike for her but it looks like they have the seat too low for her based on where her knees are when she is pedaling. I guess maybe that is how you ride a bike that is essentially just a moped anyway?

I ordered one a few days ago. I'm on the short side and so is my daughter. Glad to hear it performs so well.
The neck that holds the handle bars is backwards…

I Have the CRUISER what i like about e-bikes over manual bikes much better on windy days and going up hills the e-bikes much easier .
Thanks and how tall is your wife? Mine wife is 5’2.5”.
I gave an ocelot pro and those Handel's are definitely backwards
It would be very helpful if we knew your wife's height. My wife is 5'4" on a good day and we're trying to decide which bike to purchase. Thank you!
My wife is 5'2 and she rides this with the seat at its lowest
Very nice bike
