I'll admit, I was a little thrown off by the title when I first saw this, but I have to admit: pure genius! I could never have come up with strategies like yours, I'll admit. Usually, I'd just go with my favorites and see how it all ends up.
I love the ol`skill swapper, especially when you can them to become immune. It was also smart to give Gyarados Motor Drive and Espeon Intimidate, that way the opponents pokemon would have sharpl lowered attack. Anyway good startegy
I realize that three people have already called that genius, but -damn- that was good. I actually lol'd at the 2xIntimidate; Electivire got bitched out. And have you tried that strategy with Slaking?
I have a Kingdra that is way more defensive than yours appears to be. Its SpDef is probably higher than Def but it took about 1/4 damage from Psychic. Anyway about your Gyarados - nice skill swapping - whether you pick Waterfall or Aqua Tail is merely a matter of preference, but Thunder Wave is probably best found on a less offensive pokémon. Return? Earthquake is always good, and after a few Dances, no electric type can stop you. There's also Ice Fang and Bounce(HG/SS), but which is better?
Im sorry to all Palkia fans but they made shiny Palkia look like a pepermint LOL taking Gyarados' weakness and turned it into an asset.5/5+fav+subscribed!!!
@dreadcooler Cool. My team on Platinum is Infernape, Staraptor, Luxray, Roserade, Quagsire, and Graveler. I know its a generic team, but I've trained them a lot and I'm not trying to impress anyone with something original.
Unless he actually caught a shiny Latios in a Pokeball (two rare occurrences such as these are not likely at all), then yes, that Latios is a hack. Then again, hacked events are traded quite often, so he may have gotten the hack from someone else passing it as legit, or from the GTS.
I used to be sooo badass that I was bacially Chuck Norris and I could take out Gyaradoses with one single punch and then I would eat Gyarados Sushi for breakfast, lunch and dinner but then....A RED GYARADOS CAME AND GAVE ME A HYPER BEAM TO THE KNEE! :)
the opponent clearly haxs cause call his thigs are practically shiny and he probally ookesaved something wrong on the latios...Dragon claw...pulse...come on..damn hackers

The 10 ANIV event Latias and Latios did come in Pokeballs. However, any shiny one is not legit, as shiny ones were not possible from that event.

I skill swap Regigigas with my Gardevoir.
It helps cause Gardevoir is a Special Attacker anyways.
